Road trip and when I need to use the bathroom and take a break I like to find a local Starbucks. This location is an easy access to and from I-5 so I stopped by. Plenty of parking and clean bathrooms. Inside is clean and modern. Ordered with the mobile app and they got my order right. Gave the pistachio latte a try today. It was alright, it comes with 4 shots or pistachio flavoring and I reduced it to two pumps of flavoring as I don't like my coffee too sweet. Nice spot for a break and I would come back! read more

Lovely place. Despite the newer location further east off of Pioneer, this Starbucks continues to be busy. I find the dining area here to be especially comfortable and spacious. Drive-thru can get gnarly, but they keep it moving fairly well. Great coffee/drinks, snacks, pastries and sandwiches. Staff members are efficient and helpful. read more

Sunday 01//04 13:22 How hard can it be to take a coffee order and get it right ?! Reluctantly come to Starbucks out of convenience and/or lack of option. I'm reminded why almost every time I walk into one. "Decaf Breve 4 stevias please", dude turns around to start making me a caffeinated drip coffee. "Decaf please" oh ya. Made me a decaf drip coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 :( then when I refused that my order was pushed to the baristas to make an espresso with steamed cream ............... a breve. They made it but had no sweetener, had to turn that back in for the stevia to be added. Only took 20 min to get the correct drink I don't have any confidence it's even decaf. Today is now the 2nd time in a 2 week period, that I've gone to pick up an order for my wife, and the person in the drive through leaves out a drink or a food item. Today it was a white chocolate mocha, and I really don't appreciate getting home, just to have to drive back to Starbucks to get the rest of my order. They didn't offer anything or even apologize. I'm not sure if someone new is working and normally my drink isnt completely wrong but today it was. I had to throw it out. I asked for a grande iced matcha with coconut milk and somehow received a regular grande iced matcha without classic? I can't have dairy...so that was a bummer but I didnt even know it was wrong until I tried my drink and noticed it wasn't sweet at all. thats when I looked at my drink and noticed it was indeed wrong. please train your new employees better on how to listen or how to press the proper buttons. the barista read the ticket how it was so the person taking orders is putting in drinks wrong or something... very sad to toss a full drink. read more

Despite my past review, I have continued to frequent this Starbucks and I would just like to say, it has gotten significantly better. Lately when I have came, my favorite employee Evan, is more than happy to help when I need it. He is also checking up on me and getting anything I need. The team here is always super friendly. No matter if I get here at 4:30AM or 4:30PM they're wonderful to interact with. Shoutout to Ashley for being fabulous and genuine every time I've visited. She has gone above and beyond even the couple of times a mistake has been made to make things right. I will say, the parking lot is a bit tight (obviously the developers fault) so beware when trying to get in and out as the drive thru line will get super long during morning rush thereby blocking you in if you decided to park to pickup inside. read more

This Starbucks is failing. It's absolutely brand new and their coffee brewer is down. The gal offered me an Americano and I said I'd like a poor over. She said it might lake a little while but I said that's ok. I mean wants a watery and bitter Americano. Then after I paid she said it would be 15 minutes or so. I watched her fill other people's ordered until she got my pour over and when I got it it was lukewarm. This gal could have just got it done in 3 minutes and still handled the other ordering a timely manner. Never going back. read more

Customer service is fine and the food is fine. But they DO NOT know how to make a good cup of coffee. No matter what I get it is repulsive. I've tried white chocolate mochas, caramel macchiatos, and java chip frappes. Going to save some money in the future and skip this location. read more

I literally just stopped by this location to grab some coffee for my road trip. No one ever came over the speaker to take my order. I stop at the drive thru window was told a total (obviously, for the car behind me). Told the young lady that no one ever took my order. She questioned me, "So, no one ever took your order?" I confirmed that exactly that happened. She looked dumbfounded and offered no solution. I told her, "That's fine, I'll go somewhere else. " This location needs to get it together. read more

Ordered a kids drink for my 2yr old and the barista steamed the drink 25° hotter than they were supposed to for a kids drink. My son drank it and ended up spilling it and burnt his tongue and leg. The assistant manager seemed concerned and filed a claim but when I called, she totally omitted that her barista steamed the drink too hot! They offered us a free coffee as their way of apologizing for my sons burns! read more
