This location has been my favorite since moving to Florida! They are located in a super cute vintage feel plaza! The entrance to this store is grand! Great place to come do many things, like grocery shopping, mail salon and also visit the Floral Boutique hidden behind the building.. super cute! Some 'Bucks are special, and this one definitely is! If the mood of your favorite Hallmark movie could be all wrapped up in a coffee joint, it would be this one. A huge and beautiful location in a gorgeous shopping center that looks like something out of Santa's Village. The employees are wonderfully friendly, and the space is clean and beautiful. I got my drink quickly and it was tasty, as expected. My only gripe is that it took nearly another 10 minutes to get my single cranberry bar, an item that isn't cooked or heated at all. Surely there's a better way to process orders than to keep those waiting on ready-made food waiting with no explanation? Maybe it was just an off day, but a bit of a frustrating first impression. The location is a a love/hate relationship for me. While I selfishly am excited to have another nearby Starbucks, I am also sad when the beaches go corporate. But we will make the best of this situation. There are still plenty of great local cafes in the area and this is a matter of convenience! Parking - tons Tablespace - tons Chairs outside - tons Baristas - tons, but like really they were super staffed during my visit and for that many people to be working at a non-drive thru is shocking. This is my favorite Starbucks when tooling around this area. The cashiers are friendly, the barista's can always make your drink exactly as you ordered it, and there is always an abundance of food items to choose from to go along with your drink. Plus, there is a wide variety in their selection of coffee beans and gift items. It's a shame there aren't many unique coffee shops in this particular area. We are finding we do travel a lot more to find better shops (not Starbucks). This particular Starbucks does a really good job. They get it right every time, and that caffeine always hits the right spot, especially when you have it with a scone. My favorites are the mini vanilla scone, the larger, blueberry scone, and the almond croissant, depending on my mood. In fact, I do like most of their pastries. I waited in line for about 10 minutes just to place an order. Initially, there was nobody at the register. There were 3 employees (2 making coffees and 1 getting to go orders ready). After waiting about more than 5 minutes, the person making the to go orders came over to take orders. Then all of sudden, 1 of the people who was making the coffee came to the 2nd register. I thought she was there to help out as there were 6 people waiting in line with nobody at the register for a while. Then, I realized she was there taking the order of someone who was NOT even in line (so she basically allowed her to cut in line). After she allowed the person to cut in line, she went back to making coffee. I must have waited 10 minutes to place my oder (1 coffee and 2 bakery items). My coffee came out quickly. However, I had to wait another 10 minutes for my 2 bakery items (1 was warmed out and came out 3-5 minutes after my coffee.) I was done drinking my coffee and eating the 1 warmed up bakery item, my 2nd bakery item was still not out (the 2nd bakery item was NOT warmed up). Can't go wrong with Starbucks! I got a coldbrew with almond milk and a shot of vanilla in a reusable cup. I did have to add a bit of creamer and vanilla to it but it was still tasty! This is a great location to have a small business meeting and sip on some coffee or latte whichever floats your boat. I usually don't drink Starbucks coffee because it is too strong for me but I love their Lattes and that I had today. This location is a lot bigger than other locations in the area. They have nice comfy sofas and lots more seating available than most Starbucks. The noise level was not too divey. We were able to conduct a small meeting at one of the tables and also take advantage of the free WiFi with little noise or distraction. This also have countertop seating with port connectors for your electronic devices. The service was fast and efficient. Starbucks has already established a known reputation for quality so it is what it is. But I would definitely go here again I like the layout and available space at this location. read more

CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE SUCKS!!!! I stopped at this location for my usual coffee and I was not acknowledged by non of the employees. There was a guy making drinks who made eye contact with me and did not acknowledge my presence. There was a lady at the counter who also did not say anything to me but she sure was able to have a non work related conversation with another customer. I come from customer service background and I know acknowledging the customer is a big deal. This Starbucks is a hit or miss with staff. Some can be super rude and don't listen. For example, just left and asked for light ice.. pretty sure they put extra. The service is lackluster, slow, and just not good. In a prime place like this should be doing so much more. It seems like this place is on the decline at least with the people running the place. The employees are more interested in serving their own coffee rather than serving customers. I come in and they take my order, the guy hollers the order and the barista states "I got it", then she proceeds to make herself a drink and take a break. I others are just standing around and having a conversation with each other. My drink and others were just waiting to be made, so I had to ask them to make my drink. I generally order a peach green tea lemonade. I'm not really into coffee and green tea is the only tea I drink. You can barely taste the tea and it's a really good drink.... Sometimes if you don't drink it fast enough, the ice waters it down. The evening manager gave us attitude one night when my friend pointed out that he didn't wash his hands between mopping and filling up a cup of coffee... Exact words were "Jesus Christ!" I've been to this location twice while shopping in the area. It is not convenient due to no drive-thru and hard to find parking during busy times, but the location is clean, large and has a nice ambiance. However, both times I was here I had to wait long for my drink. The first time here, I placed my order and went to the pick up area. There was nobody in line behind me, and the order taker started cleaning up around the register area. The barista walked away and took some dirty items in the back. I waited and waited for the barista to come back and she didn't. Nor did she say anything when she walked away. The cashier came over a few minutes later and started making my drink. While making my drink the barista came back and started cleaning up but again looked down the entire time. The drink tasted good but some courtesy would have been nice. The second time was today and when I walked in a lady was standing at the register talking to the cashier. I stood at the register waiting to place my order and they both acted like they didn't see me. The customer continued talking about a child and dangerous fever temps and the cashier was sooo interested in what she had to say. I inched my way in between them so that the cashier would acknowledge me and take my order. Who has time to wait while they are talking about fevers? He was friendly while taking my order. His name was Parker. After my order I went to the waiting area and once again as soon as I got there, the barista walked in the back with some creamer containers. She didn't say a word. When Parker seen this he came over and started making my drink. When the barista came back out from the back, she continued filling cream containers and didn't even look up. Once again my drink tasted good, so that's a plus. The baristas who are at the drink stations should learn some customer service skills.
