Stopped in to try a donut and coffee when I was having my hair cut in the same shopping center. The place is very busy around 8:30-9:30 am. They have a large selection of donuts, croissants, munchkins, and cinnamon rolls. Some of the notable flavor donuts are Boston cream, blueberry or strawberry filled, red velvet, coconut, chocolate cake and sour cream. They also make egg sandwiches. They had a good selection (I went before 10am) and great value for money. Pretty sure it was under $9 for 12 donuts. This is now my new place for donuts in the Brandon/Valrico area. It's in the shopping plaza on the corner of Lithia Pinecrest and Lumsden. It's right next door to Thai X-press. I was really impressed with the freshness and quality of their donuts and coffee. I was also super happy with the service we received. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They make the coffee just the way you want it. They ask you how much sugar and how much half & half (or milk). Such a big difference from the usual chain donut shops. I loved the Glazed Croissants! The glaze is nice and thick. I was also a big fan of the Strawberry Glazed donut. These are thick and soft. I liked that you could actually taste the strawberry flavor in the glaze. I didn't get to try any of their breakfast sandwiches, but I did get to see one. It's a very decent sized sandwich. I also saw a refrigerator case with brand name juices, iced coffees, and different kinds of milk. I will definitely return to try other donuts, éclairs, and cinnamon buns. It's sad that such great donuts were served with such bad service. When we arrived the girl behind the counter couldn't have been less excited to help us. We arrived around 11. Based on how she was acting, I asked if they were closing soon. She didn't care to answer questions or make suggestions. She clearly was just annoyed we were there. The donuts were great though. I've been coming here recently and the donuts don't taste like they use to when they first opened. I even went all the way to seffner and Tampa to try the other hole in one donut shops to make sure It wasn't in my mind.
