I love how this place feels like a shop your grandma would take you as a kid, even though you've never been here lol. I was throughly surprised by how good the breakfast sandwich was. The donut options seemed endless and have classic and new era flavors. The staff was lovely and attentive as well.

We wanted to visit a mom/pop donut shop and found this place. Everything was fresh, prices are good, and there is a lot of donuts and breakfast items to choose from. We got about four donuts, a breakfast sandwich, a cream cheese everything bagel, and a water for about $18. There are tables for you to sit out and enjoy your food inside and the area was very clean. Staff was very nice and food came out quick!

Yummy! Yummy! Yummy! What else can I say, all the donuts are so fresh and the glazed croissants is a must, sorry we only got 1. I'll be back whenever I come back to Tampa and make the trek to Zephyrhills. The trip will be worth it if you're a donut lover like me Be sure to get there before they ate done!

Stopped in to try a donut and coffee when I was having my hair cut in the same shopping center. The place is very busy around 8:30-9:30 am. They have a large selection of donuts, croissants, munchkins, and cinnamon rolls. Some of the notable flavor donuts are Boston cream, blueberry or strawberry filled, red velvet, coconut, chocolate cake and sour cream. They also make egg sandwiches. All the baked goods are delicious. The coffee is also good. The staff is friendly and service is fast. There is a small area with a few tables and chairs and a TV, if you want to sit and eat there. Plenty of parking right in front

Donut holes - ordered a mix of 2 dozen and ended up with soooo many more! Yummmm

Exceptional donuts. Nothin fancy but hits the spot every time. These donuts are made fresh daily and you can tell. The basic glazed is nothing close to basic. It's so fluffy and flavorful. And the donut holes are excellent. We ordered 2 dozen and they gave us a GENEROUS amount! The cake donuts are exceptional as well! Check them out before going to those big chains! You can't beat the quality or the price. We got 4 donuts and 2 dozen (ended up with so much more) donut holes all under $7.00

Always the best donuts and kolaches around the Riverview/Brandon area - hands down! Wish they had a location closer to my house - we love them that much!

Dozen: Boston creme, glazed croissants, mixture of sprinkles and glazed and a strawberry filled. All yummy!

I could see that they had sold out of a few items, like fried oreo donuts, but they still had plenty of delicious treats left. I went with an apple fritter, guava-filled donut, samoa donut, and a frosted, then topped with mini M&Ms donut. Total cost for 4 pastries: $11.00. I made the mistake of having a piece of the apple fritter on my way home, and sadly could not stop eating it; thus, no picture. However, it was AMAZING. One of my favorites ever. The other donuts were parceled out over the weekend, and they were all delicious. This store has been around forever, and they are just as good as they always were. They also offer breakfast sandwiches and various coffees. Parking can be tricky even with their own parking lot, but it's worth the hassle. If you're done overpaying for fancy donuts, Nicola's will satisfy the craving.

This is hidden gem quaint neighborhood donut shop with a mom-and-pop feel. The pastries and service are both 5 stars. On our recent visit we came in about an hour after opening and were pleasantly greeted by the happy employee and their delectable donuts. With dozens of tasty treats to choose from we went with our favorites. Cronuts, apple fritter, cake donuts, and fruity pebbles. Thinking of it now makes totally giddy. We happily paid $18 for 8 speciality donuts. Nicola's is a favorite. I totally recommend. Get there before they sell out!

I stopped by later in the day, and they were basically sold out of almost everything which, honestly, is usually a great sign for a donut shop. There were only a few apple fritters left, along with some Boston cream donuts, so I grabbed a box to bring to the office during my clinical rotations and made sure to save one of each for myself. The apple fritter was absolutely delicious. fresh, flavorful, and packed with that perfect balance of sweetness and texture. The Boston cream was just as good, with a light, fluffy donut and a rich filling that wasn't overly sweet. The biggest compliment I can give is that the entire office loved them, and they disappeared quickly. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the whole place had that classic mom-and-pop shop feel that's getting harder to find these days. You can tell they focus on making quality products rather than trying to be a trendy chain. Next time I'll definitely make it there earlier before everything sells out. If a shop is running low by the afternoon, they're clearly doing something right. Hole In One Donut is a hidden gem, and I'd absolutely recommend stopping by if you're in the area. I'll definitely be back.

I typically order the chicken salad…read moreor a sandwich, and I also place large catering orders for my customers because they genuinely enjoy the food. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience, I won't be returning. I stopped in around 3:00 p.m. and was happy to see it wasn't busy. I went to the deli counter, waited for someone to serve me, ordered my chicken salad, grabbed a soda and chips, and headed to the open register. As I walked up, the cashier called another customer over ahead of me. I waited while he spent several minutes deciding whether to pay cash or by card because of the 4% card fee. I continued standing there with my three items, to the point that I actually set them down and debated walking out. Then, instead of helping me, the cashier motioned for an entire family to come to the registereven though I had been standing there waiting before they arrived. After that, she waved over another customer, and I had to wait while a mother and her two teenagers decided which desserts they wanted. Again, I stood there patiently. When it was finally my turn, there was no greeting, no "thank you for waiting," nothing. The first thing I was asked was, "Do you have a pickup order?" I said no. She then motioned for my chicken salad container, saying she needed it. I placed it on the scale and set my other items on the counter. The cashier then asked, "Are you okay?" I simply shook my head because, honestly, I wasn't. Instead of recognizing why I was frustrated, she continued talking, making comments, and escalating the interaction rather than simply ringing me up. At that point, I asked, "Do you want to argue? Do you want me to go back and forth with you?" I then asked who the manager was. She pointed to a woman beside her, who identified herself as the owner. I asked if she could ring me up instead. Even then, the cashier continued making comments. It was only after she continued engaging me that my voice became louder in response. Rather than addressing the repeated comments from her employee or asking what had happened, the owner immediately said, "Do not raise your voice at my employee." That response was disappointing. There was no concern for the customer experience, no apology for repeatedly being skipped in line, and no attempt to resolve the situation. There was also no acknowledgment that the interaction had been escalated by the cashier's continued remarks before I ever raised my voice. The irony is that I have spent a significant amount of money catering from Frankie's Deli over the years because my customers love the food. Good food will bring people in once. Great customer service keeps them coming back. Sadly, this experience ended that relationship for me. There are plenty of places with great food, but respect and customer service matter just as much. One final thought: this is Florida not NY. Hospitality goes a long way. The aggressive, dismissive attitude I experienced isn't what I expect when supporting a local business. I won't be back.
