Finally got a chance to make it out to the Dutch Bros location in Riverview Fl. I think they've been open for more than a month now and it's still pretty busy in the mornings. I waited about 25 minutes in the drive-through line to get a drink. The girls working the drive-through were very nice and definitely working quick to get everyone's order. When I got to the pick up window, my drink was ready to go. I got a golden eagle with a soft top. The flavor was OK I could definitely taste vanilla and the caramel sauce but the coffee itself was lacking. It wasn't strong at all which was unfortunate but they are still pretty new so I'll give them a retry in a few months. read more

I came through the drive through. They use a zigzag approach with 2 lines and this works pretty well. The wait times weren't that bad and the ladies taking orders were pleasant. I'm glad we have a Dutch bros in the area! I ordered the brown butter chocolate chip latte and it was delicious. read more

My new favorite coffee place. They have so many options and combinations that you can literally order anything. The drive thru may look long but they are pretty fast. You do have the option to park and walk up to the window or order ahead and have your order ready when you arrive. The parking is located in front of the building so you do need to drive around the chipotle to find the parking. There is no in door option at any of the locations, which make it a quick service place. The staff is very helpful if you have any questions about the menu and they are always energetic. They play really good music while working which keeps them motivated. Don't forget to take a look at the secret menu, they have some really good flavors. I like the Protein Mocha with banana and coconut with a soft top and drizzle!! read more

Lines are always crazy long, regardless of time. expect to wait at least 30 minutes just to get a drink. The staff were friendly and doing their best, which I appreciate. I was super stoked about this Riverview location after trying it out west years ago. I used the drive thru Thursday morning to grab a blended Golden Eagle. It took about 15 minutes to order once I arrived then another 8 min to get my drink. I had time to kill but I would not recommend coming if you are headed to work and don't have at least a 20-30 min cushion to wait in the drive thru. They admittedly stated they accidentally gave me a medium instead of a small -so it was def worth the wait. The staff seem to all be naturally nice and inviting. Watch out Starbucks....there is a new flavored drink Champion and they are Dutch Bros.! Tried for 1st time at this new location and was very happy. I went simple with a coffee breve and it was very creamy. I will try regular black coffee next to see what it tastes like, but it has to be good. Wife had the sugar free Annihilator hot and said it was the best flavored coffee she ever had. Line is a bit long in drive-thru but they are newly opened, and popular so likely will get quicker turnaround times going forward. I mean Starbucks can't even give me a coffee with cream when I walk in, in under 15 min. Anyhow, staff at DBs is friendly, greet you with a smile like they enjoy working there. Why did you guys get rid of the greatest food item ever... the lemon poppyseed muffin top. That was by far the best item on the food menu and the chocolate chip pales in comparison. Whoever made that decision may your pillow always be warm and your socks always be wet. Also side note but however they do the drive-thru line is pretty dang annoying. Not fun that every time I go I get told I have to wait and go behind a car that was 2-3 spots behind me when we first got in line. Happens every time. But back to the important stuff... we NEED the lemon poppyseed muffin top back! Every friend and even employee I've talked to says it was one of their favorites and they're incredibly sad it's gone. Weird to open a new location with certain food items and then take them away barely a month or 2 in. And it's even more frustrating when the app says you guys still have them but then you get there in person and are told they don't actually have them anymore and they're not coming back... read more

ignore the review about it being a long wait time, the place just opened so obviously everyone in town will be excited and go, as they do for every new place that opens here. the staff are super friendly and dont let the rush get to their mood, they always have nice and playful conversations with me making me feel welcome. even though its super busy they dont rush the drinks presentation and are always super yummy. i recommend going her read more
