Normally I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks coffee indoor dining. However this spot was super cool, and the staff have always been nice and accommodating. The tea was fresh and warm, it's nice Starbucks finally is using cups like smaller coffee shops where you feel more at home. I came here to study and the server was very polite asking me if I needed a refill if you dine in you can ask for refills, I opted not to. But this spots mellow, and worth coming to and relaxing. read more

just had a horrible experience at this Starbucks. I've been here before and it's been good but today was different. As soon as we got up to the counter the person taking our order looked irritated that we were even ordering and gave us a nasty look. When we got our cake pops one of the bags had a hole and the cake pops fell through it. When asking for a new one cause of the hole she said what? a new bag? and when we said no a cake pop it fell through, she looked very irritated. Bad experience and bad customer service. read more

Nice location right next-door to the Oxford suites hotel. Four people working behind the counter: one cashier, and three baristas with a total of four customers waiting for a total of 5 drinks. I ordered a short soy matcha latte and my wait time was 20 minutes. It was good and the other drinks looked good as well. Cashier was friendly and the baristas were having fun together. They have a drive-through which is nice when you have dogs. Great if you're not in any hurry. read more

I went into Starbucks on Hopper Ave, this morning around 4am they just opened around 3:30 am . I placed my order a venti white chocolate mocha or latte with an add shot, here's the good part I went over to their case where they have stuff like banana bread their breakfast sausage and I saw a fly on their looked liked banana bread and I went back over to tell the barista I didn't check her name she was blonde hair in a ponytail and I told her there was a fly on one of those pastries and she asked me if I wanted something I said no and all she said you just came over to tell me that and she did look and saw it, no sorry or any apology. read more

Most of the Starbucks exactly the same right? No they're not. The reason I know is because I go to different one to to three times a day. The employees are young and cannot be bothered. I don't know how many times I've sat out on the patio drinking tea, only to come in to see if I can get a scoop of ice but I continue to be ignored. I get it if you're behind or in the weeds but Employees just sit there and talk on their heads sets. I will make sure to go out of my way, I'd rather go pay twice as much at the casino Starbucks... you can't go inside only the drive thru is open, don't go here if you want to walk there .Only the drive-in is open you can't walk inside so if you walked there to get coffee forget it. Although the beginning of my experience here wasn't the greatest, the ending made up for it. I was told in the drive thru that my $100 bill couldn't be accepted, I had no smaller bill or my cards on me. I left drive thru with nothing, but after calling the district manager Eugene I was comped both my items right away I went back thru drive thru and both items were made fresh. This used to be a top notch Starbucks. No so anymore. Was there March 9 at 4:15 pm. There was absolutely no urgency to any of the baristas movements. There was a gentleman in front of us who was taking a lot of time doing whatever he was doing. The barista looked at us with a blank look. No " sorry for the wait", "thanks for your patience", or "I'll be with you in a moment". Just a blank empty headed stare. A simple acknowledgement of the situation goes a long way. i have driven thru this sturbucks may times and have always had great experience. today 07/29/2019 at around 9 ish in the am i did my usual drive through and the lady who took my order was great i specified i wanted my hot chocolate extra hot. i got my hot chocolate and it was warm and since i had insisted twice on the extra hot i told the lady i ordered extra hot and she took it and gave it to a young lady to redo it. my nightmare started there. her attitude was not great and she looked at me and i thought oh boy,let me look carefully because she is handling my drink. i was on the phone and asked the called to hold. (excuse the caps)this lady made my drink and after making it she acted like she was putting the lid on but squeezed some dirty water in my drink and walked back and i started yelling through the window what are you doing? the lady who took my order come and i told her what happened and i asked for my money back and they gave me a gift certificate and aplogised but i was not intrested in that i was mad she did that. when i asked her why she did that she did not say anything and had a smuck on her face. i parked my car and went inside and i told the manager what she did was wrong she would have poisoned me and she doesnt not know what medical issues i have. she would have poisoned me. she should not be handling anyone food. i am beyond mad that she did that and i wonder what her motive was. read more
