Service at this Starbucks has gotten better. They are much friendlier now and the drinks are made correctly more often, which is a noticeable improvement. It can still be very slow during peak times, so expect a wait if you come during the morning rush. The store itself is a little odd. They have coffee beans for sale, but no merchandise, so no mugs, tumblers, or seasonal items like most locations offer. I came in around 1:30 today for a pick me up before I had to run to class. The barista that made my drink drew a heart on the ticket and I've heard that they're allowed/encouraged to write on the stickers now, but that simple gesture made my day and meant a lot to me. People are always quick to review when they have a bad experience. But I live in the neighborhood and I've never had a bad experience here. My kids and I frequent this location and have only ever had great experiences! My daughter hangs with her friends here after school quite often and they always treat them like valued customers, not obnoxious tweens(which they can be lol). The good and drinks are great, the atmosphere is chill and inviting and the staff have always been amazing! read more

I have never had one issue with this location and I visit weekly. I order usually on my phone for pick up when I'm about to leave my house and my order is almost always ready when I arrive (it's maybe a 5 mins drive). The few times I do order in the drive thru the staff is friendly. It is a very busy location and I think they do a great job keeping up. read more

I guess the Franchisse is pricing itself out of the market. Though the service is friendly and prompt, it is painfull to pay $8.35 (plus a dollar tip) for a venti Americano with two extra shots and two sugars and a splash of milk. Starbucks coffee is not THAT much better to merit that price. read more

This is the worst starbucks I've ever been to by far and it's just because of the workers one in specific and his name is sebas. He is the worst, he always has an attitude when I'm getting my order taken at the screen. He is always so mean to me as well and I did nothing to provoke this today I was there so excited to get some coffee then I got to the window and it was him working and then he was gonna give me a straw when I didn't even ask for one and he bent the first one in half then tried to hand it to me I didn't take it so he got another one and bent that one in half too then tried to hand it to me I looked down at it confused then he says to me "oops looks like this one is broken" just being so extremely rude and then he hands me my loaf and leaves then I'm waiting by the window for about 3 minutes he comes back and says is there anything else you need and I'm like yeah where's my drink then he's like okay and then I wait for another 5 minutes and a completely different person comes up to the window and gives me my drink and I didn't even get to drink my drink because I was scared he spit in it because this is not the first time he has been rude and not doing his job I've been to that Starbucks about 5 other times this year and he has always been there and always rude one other time I had paid in cash and I was waiting for my change and he didn't even give me the right change and when I asked for the right change he had said to me " no you get what I give you I don't care" so that's just way out of control and horrible customer service. I will never be going back to that Starbucks until he has been fired. Also apparently he doesn't even speak English properly is what one of the workers told me today so why in the world do they have him working the drive thru and the window? I really hope Starbucks sees this or the manager sees this because I have been treated so poorly by Sebas at rosemount starbucks on Robert trail right off highway 3. He needs to be gone. read more

This store is so inconsistent with their Covid policies. One week you can go in, the next you can't. Order online and have to sit in a line of 30 cars. A week ago you could walk in and ask for your order. At the very worst they could offer curbside. You can't call as they don't answer their phone. Management is extremely rude. I've been to this Starbucks a handful of times. Each and every time the service has been terrible. The employees are very cold and unfriendly. I understand it's busy from time to time but if I'm more perky than you after waiting 20 minutes for my drink, it really makes me not want to give you my business. A simple smile or "hello" can go a long way. I had to ask the barista for a straw to be able to drink my drink, she huffed a bit and rolled her eyes like I was inconveniencing her. I frequent a lot of Starbucks all over the Twin Cities, I suggest going to any other location if you're able and you'll likely receive much better service. (Cliff Road in Eagan is my favorite! It was not clear weather or not you could go in and order or it if you had to order online. Also when I got in the place it took about 15-20min to get 2 grande drinks when they had about 6 staff members. When i got the drinks they didn't put strawberries in it( i got 2 pink drinks) and they said it would be just fine. However it was not fine it was unsatisfying and just didn't taste right. read more

Just ordered a drink with light ice and not sure what this Starbucks views as "light" but I can assure that other Starbucks give non-light ice that's less than their "light ice". I'd rather not order a venti and get 3/4 of the cup filled with ice. read more

Times have changed... this place used to be my favorite coffee shop. Unfortunately the staff has completely turned over in the past year. The service has greatly declined. The wait times range from 15-25 minutes in the mornings between 6:50-8:00. They frequently run out of products and make drink order mistakes. My wife and I stopped on a Saturday morning for a cup of Christmas blend (Dark roast). The person ahead of us was told they were out of light roast. We were told they only had enough dark roast (Christmas blend) for my wife's small. The girl was unapologetic and could only offer medium blend. What sort of coffee shop is out of light and dark on a Saturday morning? Could they have not made more? Other coffee shops can brew more while you wait a few minutes. Slowest Starbucks drive through I have ever been too. I've been through it a few times because I have an infant, for convince I use the drive through. The man didn't know what order I had and wasn't for sure after he charged my card if he charged the right amount. Drink tastes good still. read more
