We were on the way to Shenandoah and wanted to get some coffee and breakfast. This Starbucks popped up on our GPS. We were pleasantly surprised to see quite a fancy Starbucks with fancy furniture in the middle of nowhere. I don't usually go to Starbucks for coffee, but this was our only choice, and I cannot make any complaints about that. The staff was friendly, and our food came out quickly. The bacon, egg croissant tasted great, and the coffee did its job for the location. If you're on your way to Shenandoah, maybe remember this place for coffee and breakfast. Otherwise, you may have to settle for gas station coffee and hot dogs. read more

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was upsetting enough that I feel it's important to share. I ordered a matcha latte with specific customizations. When I tasted it, the matcha was noticeably bitter. I calmly and politely went back through the drive-thru and asked if there was a way to fix it. I did not ask for a free drink or a refund--just a fix, even something as simple as extra syrup on the side. The drink was remade, but while I was at the window, one employee stared me down and I could hear them complaining about me, saying they made it "exactly the same way." That alone was uncomfortable and unprofessional. When I drove away and actually tasted the matcha (not just the cold foam), it was still bitter. I then called the store--not to demand anything--but to let them know about the employee behavior. Instead, I was told that staff are "tired of remaking my drinks," that I "frequently" do this (which is not true), and that the only option was a refund. I was interrupted, talked over, and ultimately hung up on--twice--despite remaining calm and respectful the entire time. I come to this location often for a standard drink and very rarely have issues. Asking for extra syrup or correcting a dairy substitute is not "frequently remaking drinks," and even if a drink needs to be fixed, no customer should be stared down, talked about openly, or made to feel like a problem for politely addressing an issue. This wasn't about a drink--it was about how I was treated. Unfortunately, due to the lack of professionalism and customer service, I won't be returning to this location. read more

Stopped today 30 April. Regular customers. Went inside to order and not acknowledged by staff. Bathroom, came back and still nothing. Decided to use drive-thru. Attempted to place order but staff mumbled, repeated order incorrectly. Finally got to window and received one drink while the staff joked around. At last received second drink after 10 min. Staff was not that busy. Not sure the manager on duty but certainly poor service. Doubt we'll return. read more

Normally I don't have an issue here, however the rudest barista was apparently having a bad day? We had a mobile order, verified it at the speaker and the window, and he tried to give us a wrong order. We asked for it to be switched then he switched them, however my strawberry açaí refresher was missing strawberries. When I asked for them we were rudely yelled at "no, there's none, we're out" when that wasn't indicated when I ordered or a "hey, to let you know we are out of strawberries" and he then slammed the window in our face. Left a horrible taste in my mouth an out the whole interaction and the fact I paid full price for an item I didn't receive correctly. read more

Two members of your staff were extremely rude this morning both had a serious attitude. One replied to my question "WELL I dont know about that" and walked off. We returned the Nitro cold brew as we had requested vanilla cream to which the second staff member said "WELL its been sitting here for a long time (4 mins) and I already put vanilla in it" - Do they always reply with "WELL"...Never experienced such an off experience at this location - I am a regular and a local. Tried their hot black today and it had that earthy, real-coffee taste I crave. The barista was welcoming and made me feel right at home.

Sometimes things go wrong. But it's how you fix it is what really counts. I received the wrong drinks. When I went back, a young lady named Jay immediately rectified the problem and taught me the Star Buck Language. It was an enjoyable experience. Jay customer service skills are AWESOME!!! read more

Stopped in over the holidays to try the new location right off of 29. The staff was friendly and my drink order was correct. If your drink requires a straw, check it before you leave. I got home with my husband's frappuccino and the straw had a hole in it. Order ahead option isn't always available, but overall, I like the new store. read more

I always come to this Starbucks because hand down they know how to make my coffee the way I like it. but today the attitude and rudeness was uncalled for, I went through the drive through asked the guy for 5 ice waters because my kids was yelling they wanted water not a big deal right, well he had the audacity to huff and puff roll his eyes and give me an attitude, I called the store and told the shift leader hopefully he will talk to him about it because this was uncalled for. I had my kids in the car and they don't need to see ANYONE disrespect there mom and think it's okay. what kind of world is this coming to. read more

Newer Starbucks location right near Walmart complex. Friendly staff and no wait time. A lot of indoor seating and spacious outdoor patio area. Went two days in 7/2022, coffee good quality and quick service. Only criticism is store could be a lot cleaner in main seating area. Arrive at 7A lots of crumbs on tables, chairs and floor. A lot of flies both in seating and service areas. Overall, good location with drive thru. read more

So this was a brand new location and they did not have their stuff together yet. They were out of lids and were serving the hot coffees in the plastic cups! They were out of all the holiday cookies, cake pops and did not get our orders right after making it twice. We asked for soymilk and they did not get it right. They probably should of waited a week or two more to open to make sure they had things right. Overall not the experience we are used to from Starbucks. read more

Customer service at this location was extremely bad on Friday, I asked if they could put my drink in the refillable plastic cup I was going to buy and the clerk said, "No, because they couldn't guarantee it's cleanliness." I gladly offered to wash it in the bathroom (because I've done that before) to which Gabe responded still, "No, they could not give me a drink in the cup because then I couldn't get the $.10 cup refill discount they offer." and I said, "That's fine, I don't need the discount today... I just want my drink to be in the plastic cup I'm buying." Then Gabe again said, "No" because "I hadn't left the building." It's a ridiculous conversation at this point, but I repeated, "You mean, if I leave the building with a cup that I've just purchased, and walk back in the building to buy a drink you still wouldn't put it in the cup?" He said "Right, because you haven't left the parking lot yet and we can't play the system like that." At this point, I had to laugh a little to myself, guessed Gabe was just in the mood to harass, not to serve me, and just generally felt like being a big d**k, so I put my cups back on the shelf and said "I think I'll go to a different Starbucks." to that Gabe gave me a sarcastic little "bu, bye!" wave.
