Slow moving and glad I got my iced coffee in time as my flight boarding had started on my recent trip back home. Yeah, its a typical Starbucks location in an airport. If I can give a -1 I would. Customer service was terrible. The workers were talking too much and didn't pay attention to the customization on my order. I asked for my whip and drizzle, she didn't apologize and just handed me the cups with the whip cream and drizzle. The matcha latte in venti size was literally just milk...couldn't taste it at all. ****COCKROACHES****EVERYWHERE!! Wanted to grab a coffee and snack before catching a ride from ten airport so I stopped by this location since I was right next to my baggage claim. Young lady working there was nice, I was the only one in line. As I was waiting by the drink pick up location I started to notice movement and oh my gosh, the longer I waited the worst it got. There were cockroaches EVERYWHERE! And I mean, they were on the cups, coming out of the stack of lids for the coffees, they were on everything! The lady handed me my food and drink as soon as I saw them and did a little jump, she didn't seem concerned at all. Ended up having to toss everything I bought, seeing them crawl all over the "clean"cups and lids, I knew they had to have been inside the cup she just handed me. Hope this is the right location near the early C gates. Ordered breakfast here due to a late start this morning. Egg white bites, turkey and provolone ciabatta, and matcha with lavender cold foam. $22 total. The wait was only 8 minutes from line to receipt of items! From now on I'll stick to my usual order of the spinach feta wrap. The ciabatta was dry and so was the turkey. The egg white bites were a bit oily. The stand out of this order was the matcha with lavender cold foam. I know this is a frivolous order, but it is soooooo good. It's an airport Starbucks, it's pretty much exactly as I expected it to be. I felt bad for the two women working. They had an insane line and only two people to do everything. They were hustling trying to get everything done. But, it's hard to make hot food, make drinks, and take non stop orders, with a crazy line. I think they did the best they could given the situation. I suggested ordering on the mobile app if you want to skip the line, I ordered ahead and it took much less time to get my items! read more

ST. LOUIS AIRPORT STARBUCKS... 4/15/2024 These employees have NO IDEA what customer service means. They have no work ethics on their jobs. Literally 8 of them deliberately ignoring customers for no reason, no management to delegate and no form of common sense. Each employee clearly shows how much they hate their jobs! Cashier's just leaves her/his station while there is a line of customers. Missing for over 15 minutes and no one to tend to the customers causing the line to go even longer. Customers left the line because of these workers BS, while the other workers yell at each other. All you hear is " you fu%€*up, no you fu@£¥*up. They ALL should be on social media to expose their ridiculous behavior. Whomever is hiring these people should also be fired. Ridiculous customer service!! Ordered the ham and cheese croissant. Waited and waited and waited. They finally called my name and said they didn't have it. Didn't want to give me a refund but I insisted. Made me go all the way back through the line again and made me wait another 15 mi. For a manager to finally give me a refund. No I'm sorry, no thank you, no anything. Deserves zero stars. By far the worst service and coffee I've gotten at any coffee establishment. I'm not even sure the girls who showed up after I waited almost 5 minutes were even the correct employees. No Starbucks nametag in sight. Arrived around 5:13pm i think on July 7th for coffee and nobody was there. It was messy and one if the faucets was on running water. After about 4 minutes two girls finally walk into Starbucks. My friend orders her iced coffee with extra cream and the "barista" says what do you mean extra cream? What's the cream? There's no cream. Never have they not known what extra cream meant I order a simple hot coffee with steamed almond milk. Again, she says steamed? This is specifically about the one on the lower floor by the piano. I'm not the biggest fan of Starbucks but it consistently delivers a drinkable cup . Well not here! It was absolute swill. I only drank it because I needed to sit at the table to plug in my computer and it was $3.12 so I choked it down. I am not a coffee snob but seriously, I've had better coffee at casinos which are notoriously bad. Don't do it! Stay away! I was catching a flight & had time to stop for a coffee. All I ordered was a tall skinny vanilla latté...my favorite!! It took them 11 minutes...count them; ELEVEN MINUTES...in an airport to make a small cup of coffee. No, it wasn't just because they were busy...because 9 people...count them; NINE PEOPLE...got their order before my SMALL CUP OF COFFEE. Only stop by here if you have time to get your shoes shined. I'm currently sitting in the Starbucks waiting area at the airport and I have to say, the professionalism and care for the customers in the two hours I've been sitting here has been exceptional. I don't write reviews often unless it's terrible service, but as I sit here I needed whoever at Starbuck to know that the team that is working the counter right now is amazing. They seem fun and the work environment feels like something anyone would want to be a part of. I hope the employees at this Starbucks see this and know how great they are. Worst service from any airport Starbucks that I have ever had. This is the Starbucks by E29,and I will tell ypu that I am also tempted to never frequent a Starbucks again!!! The person who took my order was extremely rude and with an attitude for no reason. I asked for a Carmel salted cold brew with foam and the woman attending me rudely said "cream is over there" I politely asked "Oh then the cream on top of the cold brew" and she again, with an attitude said "we don't do that here." So I said "oh okay, can I get a white chocolate mocha please?" And again with the attitude, asked her co worker to remove the order and said "what you want?" I had to repeat my order. Got to the airport early and stopped to get a coffee and two refresher drinks. Took them 10 minutes to get me one of the refreshers and took them 20 minutes to get me my other drinks and I had to remind them. Always get your receipt back from this location. read more

The Starbucks location at Gate E29 usually gives great service. However, today at around noon, I ordered a grande peppermint mocha Frappuccino with coconut milk. She asked if I still wanted whipped cream. I told her yes. When I saw the young lady preparing a hot drink, I asked her if that was the Frappuccino. She snapped and told me that I didn't order a Frappuccino. I told her that I did and apologized if she "misheard" me. She finishes making the drink and throws it at me without saying a word. Her attitude was very foul and should not be on display at a place of business. We all have bad days but if she was having one, she should've taken a break to get herself together. I travel ever week for business and stop by this Starbucks frequently. Most of the time, the employees are friendly but this girl was the pits. I stopped in St. Louis for an hour and a half layover and stood in line for almost 20 minutes waiting for three employees to try and fix the espresso machine while using a vacuum cleaner off the floor to vacuum coffee beans out of the espresso machine on the top and then the coffee tasted horrible.
