My coffee was made perfectly, and is always consistently made the same way each time. Service was great and I was greeted when I walked in. This location always has a busy drive thru line. I got to experience the rudest service I've ever seen in any Starbucks (and I have been to MANY). When the lady greeted me, she said, rather snarkily, 'welcome to Starbucks.' When I thanked her she replied, rather blandly 'well, we're required to say it, so...' It made me wonder if it was her last day of employment. Or, perhaps people are ruder in MO. Whatever it was, the actual new barista was super sweet when I asked for sweetener. She even called me sweetie. They were friendly and told me to have a nice day. That's the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars. My drink is disgusting AND took 25 minutes to prepare?! I order the same thing at each Starbucks and depending on the tax rate, it's usually 9.78-10.50 or so. Well, they not only charged me nearly $12.00 but my Frappuccino is poorly blended; like lumpy and super liquidy as if it's already melted all the way. It tastes like pure oat milk with barely any coffee and NO vanilla or white chocolate flavor. I ordered a vanilla café frap with oat milk and added white chocolate mocha, and an extra double shot of espresso. Not only does it taste gross, it was made improperly because it's very light and like I said, not frozen. I'm not a big complainer but I just don't get how it's super messed up, when the label literally has the recipe printed. I drink this every day and know exactly how it should look and taste. I'm pissed because they were more expensive and slower than any other Starbucks. WORST drink I've ever had at a Starbucks. Sorry not sorry -can't tip ya! Sloooowww.... I had never been before to this fairly new location but stopped on my way to work. The drive thru was at least 12 cars deep so I went in. I ordered the Bacon Gruyère Egg Bites. That's it. I was in there 10 minutes waiting for them. You could have shot a cannon through the store. There was no one in there. Just 4 employees milling around like robots. I recently read an article about Starbucks sending out a "Barista Need-to-Know" update about how to handle questions and aggressive political opinions from customers because Howard Schultz might run for president in 2020. I guarantee you these 4 employees would do nothing but stare at you blankly. I'm not sure that anything would register in here.... read more

I stop by here quite often on the way to work. They are fast and accurate most the time. Whoever is working the window is super friendly. They make suggestions for you to try. The inside is quaint and has seating for you to work or just enjoy your tea or coffee. read more

So I am an frequent Starbucks visitor. I recently moved jobs bring me closer to this Starbucks location. This is the third time I have placed a mobile order, prep time for every drink is 4-9 minutes. Without fail I have my drink 15 minutes after I place my order, very disappointing! Then today, I go in and have to change my mobile order because of a discontinued item and am greeted with eye rolls because I didn't know what I wanted the second after I was told I couldn't have what I ordered. When I decided, no one wanted to take charge of actually filling the order. Once filled I received this(see picture), what's the point of ordering a Trenta size if it's not filled up! Made a mobile order and came in after 3-4mins. My green tea was done but 3 of my vanillin bean was just sitting on the counter with milk in it. The girl that was making he drinks just constantly ignored my 3 drinks and worked on walk in orders. Been waiting over 5mins. Including the time I ordered my drink, total 10mins. She keeps making other ppl ordered that cake in after me. Didn't even bother to ask if I need anything else. Rude *UPDATE* My venti green tea frap has caramel taste in it and my kids tall vanillin bean frap has coffee taste in it. Fail! I'm in a time crunch so I didn't even bother to go back and get my drinks remade. Who knows, maybe I would have to wait 20 minutes. I come in today with high hopes that a second chance could redeem them, and it did. Music was set to a reasonable level and my order was quick and accurate. However, the young girl who appeared to be running the show seemed to be short with her staff and was very condescending and rude to them. I obviously don't have enough context to know how the day had been or any personal issues this girl may have been going through, BUT if you're in a customer service business you know going in that means there will be times where business is VERY busy, and vice versa. Also, if you choose to enter into any kind of management role that means balancing that responsibility with the training and development of your staff. It was unsightly and very unprofessional to see her being condescending to the staff. read more

There were fruit flies in the pastry cabinet. The top of the cabinet had about 1/2 inch of dust on it. The floors were dirty, not only under tables and in general, but around the counter you could tell that it hadn't been swept or mopped in several days. Disgusting! There were several people in there, but not so busy that you can't clean because there were people behind the counter just chatting. For what you pay at Starbucks there is no reason to be dirty. Avoid. I've had to go here because the company keeps putting me in the nearby hotels. The coffee is very inconsistent depending on who is working and lets face it, that's all Starbucks has going for it. Also several times I've tried to go in and relax outside of the hotel room and it sounds like a night club! When I'm out for that I don't go to Starbucks for it! I may have a coffee addiction. That said the past few times have gone there drinks have been wrong. The manager is rude. I get anyone can have a bad day but it seems every time I go in is a bad day for her. I love location since right by my house. I have been to this location to meet a friend for coffee and every time I go my caramel macchiato tastes so bland. I'm not sure what they are doing wrong but it's not right. My usual Starbucks is the location in the Target in Bridgeton ( they know how to make any drink amazing). I wish this location would do better, as it's more convenient to go through the drive through. Also they do not give receipts at the drive through. . Seriously awful service - literally the worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks, a company that (at least I thought) prided itelf on positive customer engagement and friendly service. I went to this location to pickup just a basic dark roast ordered in advance through the app, and after I tried to walk in at 11:50 am on a Saturday to make the pickup in store, I was abruptly and rudely confronted by a mind-numbingly unhelpful "worker" who greeted me with "We're closed!" When asked "what time do you close?" (for some reason this location closes at noon - random, but ok still doesn't explained why I can't go inside for 2 freaking seconds...what if I decided I just wanted to take a walk to Starbucks and didn't have a my car to make this pickup? Doesn't make sense why ONLY the drive-thru is only option) The worker didn't offer any assistance whatsoever and instead insisted I "get in the drive-thru" line, which was easily 10+ cars deep at this point. I asked if I could just step inside briefly and pick up my single item, since with 10 minutes to spare before they actually should be closed it would have taken me all of only 10 seconds to pickup my item off the counter (as usual) and then this would all be over, but allegedly this worker "can't get back inside" (she was confronting me in the parking like, repeating over and over again "sir, we're closed", when in fact as I pointed out they were NOT closed yet) I thought this was a totally ridiculous and obvious lie that she couldn't get back inside, so I decided to just wait for one of the other customers still inside waiting to just let me in as they left - yes other customers were still inside, so clearly I think it would have been no problem if I just stepped inside for literally maybe 7 seconds FLAT just to pick up my coffee sitting there on the counter right there which I could still see through the front door (the door was locked to outside at this point of course). Eventually, a customer came out but IMMEDIATELY a Starbucks employee from inside closed the door and locked it again before I could get to the door or ask for any assistance from him! I thought: this is the absolute worst customer service I think I've ever experienced, maybe ever! SO at this point I'm force to utterly waste my time and get at the back of the round-the-building drive-thru line while multiple cars ahead of me continued to place orders in front of mine well after my simple coffee was ready and getting cold by this point no doubt. By the time I FINALLY got my coffee, after it was cold of course, I didn't even want it anymore and didn't drink it - I ended up just throwing it away! What an utterly absurd waste time and money. Easily the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had in my life. I will not be back. read more

I stop at this location at least 4 x a week for the most part I'm satisfied with the service I've received but there have been a few problems with this location opening on time and not because of bad weather. The store is not the cleanest especially early in the morning,and there has been 1 or 2 employees who were a bit unfriendly,. Went through the Drive Thru and waited to be greeted, then ordered my drink and I was told it was seasonal but I ordered it the day before, and it's still listed on their menu as well as the Starbucks website. After that another woman cut in and asked what would we like? When I barely had 3 seconds to look at the menu for something else. We got to the window where we waited and waited for the woman to come to the window for the money and waited for change and then waited and waited again for the drinks. When I was handed the drinks they were leaking coffee everywhere and had whipped cream dripping off of them. And to top it all off the drinks were not made correctly and tasted horrible. This is the worst Starbucks my husband and I have ever visited. I do not recommend this Starbucks to anyone looking for the great customer service and quality drinks that all of the other Starbucks offer. But i always get a big smile and the manager knows my name and greets me every time i go through the drive thru or into the lobby. She is by far the nicest one there. read more
