I've ordered from this Starbucks a couple times during COVID through UberEATS. They make the order super fast and always get it right. Great customer service (I had to call once to inquire about something). I also love Starbuck's company policy of allowing anyone to use the store and the bathroom. This is a clean and comfortable Starbucks location with adequate indoor seating and a decent amount of tree-shaded outdoor space. The staff, while friendly was mildly inattentive. The barista seemed a little more interested in conversing with her male co-worker that going ahead and finishing my half-done beverage. It's not like the delay hurt the flavor of my drink in any way, but it seemed mildly disrespectful of my time. I came back the next day, 06/08/18 and the service was much better. A different barista was much more attentive. In fact the staff was much better overall, including one person who was helping a guest retrieve a mistakenly discarded gift card from the trash. There seems to be 2 different teams. One team - decent job and the other team, poor service and poor attitudes. My light Room request - almost alway overlooked. Since all starbucks are pretty similar, I'm going to review this based on atmosphere and location. This starbucks has a great outdoor seating area. It is pretty massive (being more than 5 tables) and is great for sitting outside in the few months that it is nice to do so. Inside there are a few comfy chairs closest to the parking lot and some tables. There are actually two handicap tables that are rather large. That means, unlike other tables, two people can actually comfortably work at it. It is a pretty small starbucks, but small tables that fit two (or really one comfortably when working) seem readily available. The parking can be a little tricky. Normally there is enough, but the empanada place next door has some reserved parking, which limits the parking spaces. I got the last one when I got there at about 1 p.m. on a Monday. However, by the time I left around 3:30 p.m. there were plenty of spots. There is no take out at this Starbucks. However, it is on a main road (4th street N) so it is pretty easy to swing by and get in get out. read more

This location is the smallest Starbucks I've ever been to. About five 2 seater tables and very cramped order/pickup area. The parking area is small and shared with other businesses with several spots marked "employees only". My latte is excellent! read more

This by far the best Starbucks on 4th Street! I drive out of my way to come to this coffee shop. It's your standard starbucks inside and menu, but what sets it apart is the staff. They have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help and be friendly. For example, out of a bakery item you ordered and they already rung you up? They'll take it off your order and comp you a similar snack. They're always friendly, upbeat, and quick with a smile and conversation. You can really tell that the employees here enjoy their job, their coworkers, and interacting with customers. Definitely makes it special and different from your average Starbucks. read more

The worst Starbucks experience we ever had. Three people working; no customers before or after us. Had to ask them to wait on us. When the person handing the drink to me at the bar announced my drink, it was not announced as what I ordered. When I restated what I ordered and asked if this was what was in my drink, he said, "that's what you ordered isn't it?" I said, "that is not what you said it was." He just smirked. this is my everyday stop before work but recently my coffee never comes out right. i don't get anything special or added i get my coffee exactly how it comes and it seems they never put sweet cream in it anymore! i think they had a whole crew change and the drinks are being made inconsistently, all i ask is my drink to be made promptly according to the ingredients. i want to keep coming here but paying $5+ for what taste like a watered down cold brew is not it. please work on ensuring employees are following the ingredients and using correct amount of product in coffee, if i wanted a splash or light sweet cream and not the full amount i would ask, if i wanted light vanilla and not the full amount of pumps i would ask. i just want what i pay for and to have my coffee taste correct. read more

I have equally come to this location and the location further up 4th Street closer to Gandy. This location seems less attentive. Johnnie seems like a good worker today, but he started my drink and turned around and started taking orders without finishing it and I stood there and waited for my online order. I don't care what the sign says and whether or not there's a bell there for online ordering, the employees should be more attentive to the customers. I think I will continue more of my business at the other location. Especially since the girl today sounded like she was trying not to have an attitude. read more

If you're not a Starbucks fan, guess what? This one won't change your mind. In fact, I doubt any Starbucks anywhere/everywhere is going to change your mind. Hint - All Starbucks are pretty much the same on purpose. But if you are a Starbucks fan, this one is pretty solid. It's usually a little too cold, the parking lot is a few spaces too small and the inside dinning area is on the smaller side (about 7 two seat tables inside). But there's always plenty of open seats outside (drinking hot coffee outside in Florida - yeah, about 3 months of the year). The staff gets it done. Not the friendliest crew but I'm typically not too friendly in the morning when I get my cup too. It can get pretty busy here at peak hours and there's no drive-thru, so you'll have to get up and get out ya car! But it's always clean, I've never had a major service issue (but I don't get a triple soy latte with 10 packs of splenda - I'm pretty simple) and the wifi is strong (because not too many people camp out here). read more

Two hours before you close you don't want to sell more product that you actually do have in stock? Can't make profit from a turned off empty display. This Starbucks is spacious and filled with comfortable chairs, tables and a large area to work on your laptop, read, or have a cup of coffee. There are also plenty of tables and chairs outside. The problem is not with the Starbucks store, but the employees. They are subpar for Starbucks employees. I have never had such bad customer service at a Starbucks. The Baristawass unfriendly and had zero people skills. Hewas not familiar with the the drinks and did not seem to care. The other Barista who assisted me, was rude and quick with my order and she gave me cold coffee .In addition, the area where you put milk and sugar etc in your coffee was not stocked. The music was very loud and I could not concentrate on what I was working on at the time. I ended up leaving early. It is a shame, as the store itself is very nice. I usually receive excellent and friendly, fast service from Starbucks employees, so I was surprised by this service. read more

Beware.... I went to two Starbucks today and both times my cup collapsed spilling coffees all over and the second time burning my hand. I'm not sure if the went to cheaper cups but make sure you ask for double cups. Hard to believe this was a coincidence as I usually get at least 3 cup a day from Starbucks.
