The last 2 days I have been going to this location instead of ave N location. It's closer to work so it's more convenient. This team works so hard. Every time I'm here they always greet me and make me feel welcomed. They are almost always busy so I feel the accuracy or quality of the drinks drops slightly, but these workers are literally working at full speed for hours on end. Worst Starbucks in history. Been here a few times the staff is nice but they can't get your drink to save their life. My drinks are always simple, black coffee or mint majesty tea. Same excuse every time. Oh you're next. Oh we're sorry we lost the order. Watched four or five customers that came in after me get their drinks, so rightfully so I ask them, can you tell me about my drink and the lady behind the counter says "you're just going to have to be patient". We're busy wow. Got my refund threw away my orange juice and will never walk through that door again. Unfortunately this review comes after my unsatisfied visit yesterday. We visited on Sunday afternoon coming in from San Antonio drive towards Odessa and we figured this Starbucks on the way would keep us cooled off for the rest of the trip ahead until we went inside this location. It wasn't even that busy and we placed our order only to receive it 20 minutes later since they seemed to focus on the drive thru more. My girlfriends Caramel Frapp wasn't made correctly and she asked for no whip and on the label clearly reads no whip and they add it anyway! Best run Starbucks I've been to in a long time. Hats off to Marcus, team leader the busy weekday morning I stopped by on my way through -- poetry in motion. How he/they kept orders processed despite huge volume -- Starbucks should do a training film on this location with these employees as a "how to" for their failing locations. Never again will I step foot at this location. I order my drink, everything looks good. But, then my order is so backed up. Some worker announces the mobile app is backed up. Ok, cool. Doesn't pertain to me. 45mins lather morning drink. I go up to the counter to cancel my order and she can't find my order. She tells me they must have pulled my sticker and it should be ready (sounds scripted). So, they took my money, and I leave empty handed. The cashier doesn't apologize or refunds me my money. I came in there and there was a girl named clauds she is so freaking not. Manager at all. I came in to order a drink and food and she was high as hell she scanned my card three times and charged it on different orders. Plus she gave me the wrong drink and didn't even give me the food when I came back in she was like no I handed it to you and started arguing with me. Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. They're always so slow. One time I had asked for a coffee with my water and I waited 8 minutes after I got my coffee for them to hand me my water. However the worst experience happened when I had asked for decaf due to a medical condition and the woman who made it completely disregarded it because "the decaf machine was down and she thought someone told me". She didn't even apologize. She looked at me and said "I'm not sure what you want me to do about it." I contacted corporate and their solution was just to replace my drinks at that specific store to "reestablish relationships with them." Lots to dislike about this location and I have stopped here many times on my way through San Angelo. 1) Parking: the location is in such a cramped place that the drive through line often wraps around the building either blocking open parking or trapping those already parked. Handicapped patrons might find themselves stuck for some time. 2) Cleanliness: lots of trash strewn about and bathroom both dirty and out of paper this time. Next defecator is in trouble. 3) A broken table that just sits there. Don't set your drink on the edge! 4) failure to announce the drinks loudly enough for patrons to hear when theirs was ready. Barista mumbles something but what, no one can tell. I sat and watched two frappuccinos sit unclaimed for 15 minutes while at least a half dozen people picked them up trying to see if they were theirs. C'mon Starbucks, get with it! read more

I am very frustrated with the management of this store. They frequently have random hours and may not open until 8 or 9 am. They post a note on the drive-thru to tell you. Many plan to get coffee or have breakfast before work. Why can a major corporation not have predictable hours. Burger King and McDonalds next door never do this. Get your act together! read more

Love the staff!!! but they allow beggers to hang out. They put their back packs blocking chairs. Today there are 3 guys sleeping in here one brought his own drinks and snacks kept knocking his drink over pushed his phone on the floor.
