This entire week, Starbucks ran a new promotion, free cold foam on handcrafted drinks. This provided a perfect opportunity for customers to be treated to an old favorite or experiment with something new. I tried an iced coffee with white chocolate mocha foam and it was quite tasty. I ordered ahead and me and my parents were able to enjoy a drink as we waited for an appointment. Drinks were made to perfection and using the order ahead app is what put Starbucks apart from other drink spots. Also I love earning points to buying drinks in the future. read more

I went in and ordered a shaken espresso with lavender to see if I liked it. I did not like it--it was too bitter. So, I kindly went through the drive-thru and asked if they could make me a brown sugar shaken espresso instead. The barista handed it to me with a smile, but when I drove off and took a sip, it was not a brown sugar shaken espresso--it tasted like straight-up vanilla. I went back in to confront them, and they laughed at me, insisting that it was the brown sugar shaken espresso. But it wasn't. I get it all the time and I know exactly how it's supposed to taste. You're not fooling anyone. If you don't want to work, go home--simple. Don't take it out on customers. Just do your job. They continued laughing in my face, and I got upset and asked for a refund. Got a drink, I asked for no ice, and the people gave it to me snickering while the drink not being half way full, I'm speechless. I get not putting ice will make it low but not less than half way. Spending 8 dollars on a less than a half way drink is crazy. Then I call to ask about it the lady didn't care what I had to say and kept blaming it on the ice, so when I put it in a separate cup to see if it would even fill it up it did not even come close to filling it up. This Starbucks is just so bad. They consistently have the worst service of any Starbucks I have ever been to and unfortunately they are the closest one to me. Today was another example of when we mobile ordered and payed for a drink and then when arriving they were not serving customers and wouldn't give us the drink. Unfortunately I can't seem to talk my wife into switching to a Summer Moon for some reason. Hopefully the consistently horrible service she receives here will eventually wear her down enough to where we can stop spending thousands of dollars a year with this brand. read more

This Starbucks location is the absolute worse coffee shop to ever exist on the surface of the earth. The manager Angel has zero leadership skills and the store is never properly staffed. This location can't even follow a simple recipe. Every time I order the same drink and over half the time it has to be remade. I am giving up on this location. This Starbucks makes me sad . They are the slowest location that I have ever been to. And it's the only Starbucks near me . If you go through the drive through expect to wait 30 min for your drinks I truly don't understand how this place ever gets good reviews . I have consistently had awful slow service . Coffee was great, this place is an absolute mess. Service is terrible and doesn't prioritize indoor/drive thru service. I literally sat at the window for 23 minutes after I paid, I felt bad because the cashier asked me "are you still waiting on your drinks?" And I snapped, I apologized later, to which he did as well but the guy behind me was so stressed out he started smoking in the drive thru. No, we did not order food, frappes or anything special, two lattes, that was it, and from start to finish 42 minutes, with 23 minutes at the window. This is the third time in 2 months that I have come around lunch time and they were out of the Ham and cheese as well as the grilled cheese . I have been a patron of this Starbucks, almost every single day for the past three years. Whoever is responsible for hiring at this location does a fabulous job of choosing personable baristas. There's decent turnover in the employees which is pretty typical, but even so, almost everyone who works here is so kind and thoughtful. I drive past my local Starbucks in Bernie to get to this location because they are typically much faster and have better service. Angel is one of the managers there and he is a delight. I stopped in to order two cake pops, and a lemonade and coffee totaling $19 for two preteen girls. I didn't add a tip to the counter service. Not a single customer followed me into the store, but there were customers in the drive-through. I thought the way it was unusually long, however, I knew the idea was that since I didn't leave a tip, the server was delaying my order. Although I did not say a thing, the manager came out and finally asked me my name to check on my order. He was very pleasant, and the server gave him some excuse for the delay. I finally got my order about 14 minutes later. I appreciate the manager stepping in, but I wouldn't frequent the store based on the rudeness of the order, taker and service. read more

Yes, Starbucks is a chain. Yes, there are far better coffee places to go to. Yes, it is overpriced. I simply choose Starbucks for the convenience. This particular location is very good with getting my order correct. Have been here multiple times. Have never waited too long in line at this drive-thru. The inside is just like any other Starbucks location. Clean, friendly staff, free wifi. Don't come here asking for a pour over because the six foot tall, shaggy, bearded fellow will act like you killed his kitten. Seriously. I get that it's a hassle, but it wasn't during a busy time of day. I feel pour overs make the mediocre coffee here taste a bit better. You know how to do it because it's an option at Starbucks; you even have the tools. Deal with it. After the pouting barista made the coffee, "one pour over" slamming it down on the counter too, it actually tasted really good. We came to this store on the way out of town and it was closed despite the hours of operation posted on the door being 5a and the Yelp app showing they were currently open. The girls I'm assuming that were "working" the shift walked in at 4:59a and started getting the store ready. As I walked up at 5:05a (giving them 5 extra minutes from the posted hours of operation) one of the girls began to signal they were closed. I pointed to the sign on the door to which she simply responded was incorrect. Seems a corporation like Starbucks would have the correct hours of operation posted on their place of business... and an application such as Yelp would be accurate on these type of details. This is not a reflection of Starbucks (or the Yelp application) but rather the staff and operations manager at this specific location IMO. read more
