Convenient cafe with coffee, tea, Italian sodas, salads , pasta salads and desserts! There's music playing in the background, not too noisy and the service was amazing! We had a lot of questions since we were craving an ice cold Italian soda. The young woman at the register was super helpful and sweet! We wanted to grab a beverage before shopping at La Cantera and Ebar has a great selection of drinks! I got the raspberry lemon cooler and my sister got the peanut butter and protein smoothie. The raspberry lemon cooler drink is so refreshing and unique! To me it almost tastes like candy but in a good way lol. The peanut butter and protein drink was good and creamy and you can definitely taste the peanut butter. Also it's pretty thick from the protein. A great option if you want something filling too! Ebar is a little more on the pricey side because I spent about $15 for two drinks but with quality drinks, it's pretty worth it. read more

Was drawn to wonderful smells that came from the cafe when I was shopping (and finding nothing) on my last day in SA. I scanned the menu and was super excited for the crab mango and avocado salad Ohhhh my goodness it was tasty. It would've been a 5 if the salad had a little more flavor (lime vinaigrette) on it. The Mushroom Ravioli was delicious, but the salmon was overcooked and dry so we returned it for another ravioli. They were apologetic and gracious about the exchange. Overall a good ending to a disappointing shopping day. read more

Hands down the best iced coffee in all of SA! I get the vanilla cardamom cold brew with sweet foam. It's balanced and tastes great! And the food is really good too. They have a lemon ricotta cookie that is amazing. Very friendly staff and if there's a line, it usually doesn't take long. Lovely atmosphere as well, clean lobby. I will drive across town for this drink if I have time. read more

So just got two drinks from here, wonderful staff, but here is how i feel about the two drinks 1- peppermint ice something - "it was good, could use a bit more peppermint, and a little less ice. and yeah" - my sister 2- eggnog latte- by far the best drink ive ever had. i almost couldnt believe it when the staff told me that british culinary expert, Gordan Ramsy flew down from the UK to specifically make this drink! my sister thought it smelt like rotten eggs, but i thought it smelt like christmas dreams. it tasted so good i regurgitated it, and drank it AGAIN! 10/10 would recommend! read more

I first visited this coffee shop last year with my brother, who strongly recommended it to me. I have visited multiple times and every time, the baristas are extremely friendly and great at their jobs! I order the iced caramel macchiato and what sets them apart from other coffee shops is that they mix the drink as opposed to Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. I just came back from Ebar next to Nordstrom and the pink hair lady behind the counter, Sierra, handed me one of THEE most delectable and juicy cup of water I've ever had in my painful times of living... This water was absorbed by my intestines lining and gave me the shock I haven't felt since I got stabbed and later T-Boned behind an Arby's. In such cold weather, it can make the seasonal depression go away like the ozone layer due to climate change! God bless Ebar's Shinning Sierra for making this ice water FREE of charge as well !!!! Just picked up two coffees (one hot and one cold) and they were prefect! We really enjoyed our drinks!

Disappointing if you're familiar with authentic craft coffee. Manager was jumpy and I felt pressured to buy their coffee. Even after saying NO he was still trying to convince me for some reason.... no thanks mean no thanks, dude. My latte was about equal to Starbucks in quality. Not a fan of Starbucks, though. It was way too hot(scalded milk), I was disappointed the espresso roast was dark(craft coffee trends light for flavor profile but nope not here), and full of the wrong kind of foam (no micro foam, large bubbles) even though the manager made it himself. Again, jumpy and rushed. Options are closer to Starbucks than a third wave spot... No pour-overs besides a klever(lol) and almost everything is sugary- including Sorbet based smoothies(trust me, they were making one for the guy in front of me). Side note: setting the milk down while steaming it and walking away to do other things is not a "hand crafted beverage" as it had been described, and it's not good milk if it was impossible to do latte art with. I guess I had really high expectations because I feel my review is a bit long and harsh but it really was an uncomfortable experience, so I will choose other coffee shops in the future. Final note: pastries are around the $5 mark?? I get you're paying for the Nordstrom experience but wow it feels like the coffee shop works on commission and not in a good way. Other stores in town sell Bakery Lorraine for less, so between that and the focus on upselling it's clear profit is the game here. read more

The coffee's is definitely my favorite here! The Italian and Mexican mocha are fantastic beverages, you can taste the cocoa, they're never too sweet and the texture is nothing short of creamy- the kind of creamy that makes you want more! The bakery sadly tastes a lot like store bought product but the sandwiches such as the turkey basil one never fails to please me! Overall, great place!! In my humble opinion, Starbuck's is overrated. Nordstrom's Ebar is much better, with more "healthy" drink options. Skip the long lines. Forget the pricey lattes. No need for free Wi-Fi. My all time favorite place for a great cappuccino. I but their debut espresso beans to use at home I love it so much. I hate buying coffee elsewhere, knowing i'll just be disappointed its not as good as Nordstrom's Ebar! To top it off, they have a small selection of ready to go foods, sandwiches, salads, ect.
