I moved near this location 2yrs ago and customer service is always the best here. I came in a few days ago and when I got my drink it tasted different and barista gladly remade it and still tasted different. I went inside so I wouldn't hold up the line and they ended up making me a different drink but my point is they never gave me attitude and are always very attentive with my order. Ive been to this Location alot of times since i moved out here to san jacinto and i gotta say beyond disappointed besides the fact that it takes forever to get your order and you see them skip when you ordered way before others they dont pay attention when you wanna load to your starbucks card they load all of your money instead of loading just the total gotta say wont be coming back to this location my coffee never tastes the same eventhough i always add double shots seems as they dont put the amount you are paying for so over this location and there staff is not always friendly thats for sure. read more

I recently changed my Starbucks review since 2013. I spent a lot of money at this location. I'm there almost everyday.I trusted their barista skills and enjoyed them. Unfortunately, I was first turned off by an employee who appeared to be not only a bigot but one of the most miserable people on the planet. She insisted she knew what was best for my coffee. No thanks. Second, about a week and a half ago a male employees denied an elderly man a chair outside in the rain because " it might ruin the chair. " The man had been missing for over a week and was waiting on an ambulance. I'm sure since Mark is the most amazing manager I could have spoken to him , but I was too fired up. I waited over a week before posting this. I don't want to spend my money and my time with people that behave that way. read more

This one employee named Victoria was very rude to me at Starbucks. When I asked her to make my drink she she said " oh aren't you the one who told me can I order until your dad comes, actually no because we close at eight so don't even bother coming." I went to the drive through and my dad did a complaint to her and she told us " I'm sorry in a bratty voice" and then flipped us off. I did not feel welcomed at all there. I recommend to fire her because she was very very very very very very very very rude not only to me but to my friends. She was a Karen that was acting that she was a queen even though she is a bratty brat that acts like a little child who gets everything they want. read more

This is my Monday through Friday stop every morning, and what used to be a five star visit each and every time. And every single morning I order the blonde roast coffee and I'd say as of recently about half the time I got a blonde roast and the other half I get a random roast coffee usually the Pikes Peak which is the bitter darker coffee that I just can't stand. Now I don't know if they're just too busy to make a blonde roast that early in the morning but I'd rather they just tell me they don't have it or I'll take the extra minute for them to make it fresh if they can. But when I can't stand his when there's no mention about it and I get 10 minutes into my drive it take a drink and realize it's not the coffee I ordered. If I'm nitpicking then shame on me otherwise keep the blonde roast flowing and the Stars will go up. read more

This Starbucks is located at the plaza on the corner of Esplanade & Sanderson. This location is pretty good. It's quiet so it's a good place to go if you're studying or need to get work done. The employees are nice and pleasant. The drive thru is also a plus! The only thing I don't like about it is that there seems to be a shortage of food displayed on the counter! At every Starbuck's I've been to, the counter always had a vast array of pastries, muffins, etc, but this location doesn't seem to want to stock or display. I can't really complain though, because everytime I ask for a particular pastry, they seem to have it hidden in the back or what not. read more

I was in the Menifee and needed to find a local Starbucks... unfortunately, this one was the closest one... 30 MINUTES AWAY! In Murrieta, there's one every mile! Needless to say, this location is one of the best I've ever been to. Staff, service, bathrooms and cleanliness are definitely all top-notch. The parking lot can get a little tight around lunch time due to the surrounding Jack in the Box and Subway, but you also always drive-thru for your quick fix! read more
