I have been to this location 3 times in the last 8 days. The first time was the best. 2nd time was average. This time, today, was a mess. I had my mouth & mind set on SB's this morn, spinach wrap & a grande dirty chai with 2 shots. Instead I got locked doors at 4:50am. I saw 2 females in there but they didn't acknowledge me pulling on the locked doors. They kept on doing tasks. It wasn't until a guy came and said why aren't they open. I told him maybe they open at 5am instead. He said they do but only on Sundays. He called them and one of the females answered and told him they could not get the registers to work. ????????? By this time there were 5 other people that arrived and wanted their SB's fix. I felt this was punishment from the coffee God since I have coffee at home and felt lazy this morn to make it. I had to go to a nearby competitor, yuck McDonalds. They should have placed a sign on the door indicating the problem. You do not keep people in limbo. Either they were new or have no clue. Or just didn't give a care.

Half a cup of coffee that is served like this every time I order a latte unacceptable for the price we pay for coffee at Starbucks!

Anytime I order a latte, I always get a cup half full of coffee with a ton of whip cream. Tried ordering with no whip cream and no foam, still the drink is only served half way??? I shouldn't be charged for a full cup if they only serve this half way all the time! Drink is good but the cup is never full to where it should be. Contacted the manager a couple of times and nothin has been done

My husband and I used to live nearby, and some of our favorite memories are walking over on weekends with our pup, grabbing coffee, and sitting out front just enjoying the moment. I recently visited the Elmhurst Craft location for an event and had one of those experiences that just sticks with you. I was chatting with a barista about how much I love (and deeply miss!) the Equinox. She mentioned she was newer and hadn't tried it, but saw it in the recipe book and agreed it sounded amazing--which, for the record, it absolutely is (or was ). A little while later, she came running up to me asking if I was the one talking about the Equinox. When I said yes, she surprised me with an Equinox sticker she had dug up. Such a small, simple gesture--but it genuinely meant so much and made my entire night. To the Brewpoint leadership team: that moment alone earned my loyalty for life. Customer service like that is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. I didn't catch her name, but I was there Thursday, March 19 between 6-8 PM at the Craft location--she was running the sample table and sharing the carrot cake latte (which, by the way, was incredible). Please pass along a huge thank you and some well-deserved recognition--she truly made an impact. And one last thing... BRING BACK THE EQUINOX!! Pretty please

They still had the same coffee menu, seasonal drinks, and baked good offering; but, felt a lot more like a neighborhood destination. I ended up ordering coffee for my work team and all were impressed by the flavors! I got a Black Americano, Hot Borealis Latte, and the Whipped Carrot Cake Latte for myself. The Carrot Cake Latte may be a new all time favorite of mine! It wasn't too sweet but just leaned into the flavor profile enough. My coworker who had the Hot Borealis said it may have been her favorite latte she's tried. I also got the Herbed Goat Cheese Croissant which is familiar yet unique with the pop of savoriness. Overall, this was a great experience as a stop in when passing through the area. Brewpoint continues to have great flavors that leaves a lasting impression. Staff is friendly and pricing is fair.

And, they're fast, efficient, and no matter what you get it is perfect! It's a great place to go and study, hangout, or sit for an incredible cup of coffee! I had the pleasure of being introduced to this place by Yelp and I loved it! My go to drink is the iced decaf latte! This drink is creamy, dreamy, and delicious. With nots of toasted coconut, deep caramel, and cocoa nibs. Pure perfection! They also have a bar later in the day to try all kinds of in house made drinks. So, if you're looking for a trendy new coffee bar. Come here!

Usually specialty drinks can be expensive in nice coffee shops like this, but it only came out to a bit over 5 dollars. It was so amazing, sweet without being too sweet, and the perfect ube flavor for someone relatively uninitiated with the purple root. It also came out super quick, I could see them working on it while I finished ordering! The employees are all very kind, one of them complimented my wallet and I love compliments so it just set the tone for a great day. I got a seat by the window. There is plenty of natural light in here and plenty of great vibes. About 7 tables in the main area, a couch, and a big table in a room towards the back. Also, a big mural and lots of plants. Really fun and artsy environment. They were selling t-shits and merch which all looked cool and had nice designs. Once I become a regular here (which I now intend on!) I think I will definitely have to get a shirt or hoodie. I noticed there aren't many reviews yet for here which leads me to believe it is not as popular as it deserves to be. But guys, you gotta come, or you're missing out!

Upon entering on a Sunday afternoon, it was quiet, the music was nice and the staff was on par with their service. I was serviced with smiles and generosity. The two women helped me pick the perfect pastry to go along side my lavender chai latte and regular chai latte, which was a gluten free vegan Ube muffin topped with cinnamon sugar. They warm the pastry up for me which definitely made it better. I maybe spent $15 for two drinks and a pastry which was phenomenal considering other places would have been higher in price. I'll definitely be returning to try other pastries and enjoy the large space the cafe has.

So my suggestion is they get some photos taken or make a few sandwiches wrapped and ready to grab n go. Make one of each and see what sells. I'd use sandwiches as a way to bring in customers who will then purchase a pastry or cookie.. or come back when they need something sweet. sorry, no photos... pastries were gone too fast and they were delicious.
