I really like this place for coffee, but it ALWAYS upsets my stomach... so I am not sure what is in it that kills my stomach because no other place makes my stomach feel like this one does. The white chocolate cookie caramel is delicious, like to die for delicious, but again, it upsets my stomach. I wonder why huh? SO much crap inside lolol. The sizes here are SO much bigger than any other coffee place. The small is the size of a Starbucks grande, the medium is the size of a venti, and a large is almost the size of a big gulp from 7Eleven. The coffee is pretty expensive here, but when you compare the sizes as I did to Starbucks, then it's worth it. The workers are always so sweet and helpful here, and the place always seems clean. The baristas will give you great suggestions of drinks you may like if you are stuck deciding, and they also have many different treats here, as well. read more

They need to work on their presentation and keep up with the things customers want like sugar. And cream. And coffee stirrers. And napkins. The coffee was a decent dark roast, though I question why they had to charge me a large size price even though they were out of the medium coffee cups and filled the large only two-thirds full. I still think Intelligentsia has the best coffee in town, but that would be considered a little too gourmet for this mall. Haven't had Gloria Jean's in over 10+ years since there aren't too many around. I had the White Chocolate Caramel Voltage. It's espresso beans that's blended together and a shot of espresso that's added at the top to give you some extra "voltage". I had a great experience from a friendly staff who explained the drinks to me since I didn't know much, and making the drink so yummy! I have no complaints here! read more

I have been to this Gloria Jean's plenty of times over the lost few years. This location has been very clean. The staff what do I say, always friendly. The shop within the shop has been an awesome part since the very start. I have found some great gifts here for Christmas and more. It has been a while since I picked a drink up from here. I USED TO LOOOOOOOOOOVE this place! I used to go each and every time I went to "The HIP". The coffee is good, honestly, and their blended drinks are great-----IF, and only IF you love mocha, apparently! I happen to HATE mocha. So, I went there yesterday and ordered a blended moco-coco (or something like that. It's mocha and coconut), only I asked that they PLEASE leave out the mocha, and flat out TOLD them I hate it. "No problem" they said. "Please add caramel," I said. "Just, please, NO MOCHA." "Oh, no problem!" I was like, "Yaaaay!" Got my drink. Thanked them and walked away. I CHUGGED about the first inch down and realized it tasted kinda--ew--so I looked at it HARD. It was dark, too dark. Hmmm???? So, I tasted again. I asked my friend to taste it. We both tasted and could SEE the mocha in there. If the drink had not been $5, I would have just thrown it out and gone about my day. But, HELLO, $5 for a glorified coffee milkshake? Goin' back! I went back--within less than 2 or 3 mins of my departure. They explained to me that the ONLY way to make the blended drink is to USE the mocha powder or the drink won't "hold" or "come together" right. I said, "Ok, but you said you would leave out the mocha. I told you I hated it." They said, "Well, sorry, but we can only add more caramel to the drink. We cannot make you a new drink because you have already drank some of it." Um, WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT??????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked, "Ok, so you're telling me that if I order a drink and YOU GUYS MESS IT UP, but I *taste* it [held up my drink], that I'm just screwed outta $5???!!! Too bad for me???!!! She shook her head "YES" (this was the second person I spoke with, presumably the shift manager--tall blonde, I believe). I said, "WOW, that is really bad customer service. I used to be really dedicated to this place, but no more." She just nodded, kinda shrugged, and let me walk off. HELLO?!!!!!!!!! What is wrong with these people?! I have not only purchased their drinks AND desserts, but also some of their gift mugs, etc. I will have spent hundreds there over the years, not to mention "word of mouth" business I could have generated for them. I'm not a coffee drinker, but I'm a fan of the lattes served here. My favorite is the Almond Cherry Red Velvet latte it wakes me up and has the perfect amount of sugar it's worth The $5.50 for medium. The baristas here are such sweethearts. I'm never rushed and they whip up a great latte. You can tell they take pride in their work which reflects in the drink. read more

gloria jean's coffee is a must try. In my opinion it is way better than starbucks. the vanilla caramel chiller is soo good!! you will be amazed! super sugary though. I desired to order another but, before I could, she dismissed me with a bullshit smirk and a "Have a nice day". You'd do better buying McDonald's McCafe drinks, at least it's worth the money. Yesterday my fiancé had the worst possible guest experience that could be given by a manager. She was given a pina colada smoothie that she noticed wasn't of quality in taste. She then informed the manager "Helen" about the quality of her smoothie and didn't ask for a refund but, only to have her smoothie remade. To me I don't have feel like my fiancé was wrong for not being ok with the quality and should have been accommodated immediately because it is customer service and a coffee stand at theat. Now in my experience coffee shops are always friendly and assertive to situations like this. Friendliness and and assertiveness to accommodate the situation is not what my fiancé received from "Helen". Instead she was told "we don't do taste test" and was refused service because, they had sold 40 of those drinks and no one else has complained about it. If you guys want someone like this to represent your company as a leader then that's fine with me. But this should be looked into because if my fiancé becomes sick we will have no other choice but to seek legal representation on the matter. This matter should definitely be investigated because what about the other guest that may or may have already experienced this kind of behavior read more

I have never been treated so poorly in all the years of purchasing coffee here. Had my sister go in today to purchase 3 coffees and the coffee she brings me is not what I always order a cappuccino chiller...it was a mocha chiller... I go in to tell the lady at the register that my order was incorrect... she was so condescending telling me that my sister had ordered the wrong item and since she didn't make the mistake she couldn't help me... I told her I wasn't sure who was wrong because I wasn't there when the order was placed but if the item can be changed, she refused and not just refused but was so beyond rude about it. I am a loyal customer and order multiple times a week and was so disappointed to see that this is how customers are treated when a mistake is made.. Monica was so unprofessional and so condescending then Irene pretended to be the manager but would not give me eye contact... it left such a sour taste in my mouth that I walked to my car and called to speak to a manager irene then tells me she really isn't a manager and the manager would be in friday she continues with saying i tried to return a drink half empty... is she crazy???? I didnt even take a sip out of it! I told her exactly that and she then told me to come tomorrow....what?????
