This is 6/1/2025. Dunkin' is great to have as a staple with their long hours and sometimes it's 24/7! Can't beat having it open when you need it. This store is open 4am to 9pm most days. The staff are friendly and sweet ... 2 young nice guys today Michael and manager Amro. The store is clean and welcoming with seating and a free bathroom right off the major street of North Cumberland Avenue. Plenty of free parking. This is in a big shopping mall with other stores you would probably enjoy like Lins Mandarin, Subway, Ellys pancake house, nail and hair salons and a spa, Havana Hookah, Bab Al Salam, Dolynka, Shirin, polish deli, and Chase bank and so much more. And June 6 2025 is free donut day if you buy a drink! Free WiFi. read more

While in the neighborhood, we picked up a couple of donuts and a coffee. It's a clean, neat, and attractive strip mall DD and the donut display case was also attractive on a mid-morning weekday. It's a smallish DD though with not much seating. The lady attendant here was a smiler and friendly. read more

I went to Dunkin and had a really disappointing experience. I asked a simple question to one of the staff, and instead of helping me, a lady yelled, "No, leave!" while she was on a call. It was really unprofessional and rude. I expected better customer service. One star for this visit! read more

I've been gone from this area for almost 2 years as I moved to another state, but have since returned and've come back here. The consistency and taste hasn't changed one bit while being gone. I'm a stickler for how my coffee is made and they still make it right even after all this time. 10/10 recommend this as your coffee place. read more

One of the best Dunkin' I've ever been to, I always go in the morning before I go to work, The lines always fast in the customer service is the best. The young lady that always works there in the morning is such a pleasant and always receives you with a smile. I went there to order a milkshake and she was so helpful to describe and call out all the flavors for me. It seemed really busy and yet she managed to get my order right. I definitely will be coming back. There also a huge selection of donuts, always fresh and soft. I adore it. But the place sometimes had very little traffic during the time, so no good reason that no one bothered wiping off tables or sweeping the floor... and the bathroom was pretty horrid too. I know the morning crew does a solid job cleaning up things, but the afternoon guys need some additional training. read more

I went to this location for the first time recently. I feel that I have to write down the review about this place because I am impressed about it. It so clean and nice inside! Even in the raining day their carpet rug was absolutely clean! Coffee was delicious. Boston cream donuts were amazing. I like it a lot. The staff did a great job serving me with respect and kindness. This is based on my last encounter. The day supervisor (Saila) was on vacation. She is a peach and keeps that business going. The manager Anthony stepped in and was running the register. Yikes! Line was 8 people long. When you are on your way to work I do not have time to wait that long. Anthony is slower than molasses running down a hill! Then you get up to the front and he is less than helpful/friendly. Certainly not setting an example for his employees. Speaking of which, two others was working with him. It was morning rush. It appeared the one gal was brand new. She was trying, yet when you are new... Line winds down. He goes out to replenish napkins. Gentleman is standing at counter and standing waiting and standing waiting. The customer looks around to place his order. Anthony continues replenishing napkins. Then he finally returned to the counter. They use to have coupons on the back of the receipt. No longer. Let's hope Saila comes back soon. Until then I will go elsewhere. read more

Just your average Dunkin Donuts. I sometimes stop by here on my way to night class when I am feeling like I either need a hot coffee to keep me awake or a donut to treat me after a rough day at work. This used to be a great, friendly, and welcoming location. However the new staff they've hired over the past months has been horrendous. They are so rude either being annoyed when asking my order or today I got a "what do you want" yelled by a kid behind the counter when I walked in. I worked at a dunkin when I was in college and maybe it's not everyone's dream job but don't make it uncomfortable for your customers to come in... also there have been a few nights I've gone before night shift and they're closed before hours for some reason. I've definitely been avoiding this location a bit now (even though it's the closest one to me) because the new staff makes it so uncomfortable. read more

Horrible customer service from the woman named Mary. I asked for a large drink with no ice and the woman fills cup halfway and says since I ordered no ice she's not going to fill it up all the way with a rude tone. I said I'd pay extra to fill it up all the way and she gave me attitude? I just wanted my drink, money isn't the issue but I see this is how customers are treated at this location. Disgusting and unsanitary practices. My husband went in to get an egg scramble cup, and the first time they made it completely wrong. So they offered to make a second one correctly. At that time, while the eggs were cooking, the employee dropped the cup that it goes into onto the filthy dirty floor. She proceeded to pick it up and put my husband's food into it and handed it to him. When he had a fit, she actually did not know what she did wrong. My husband wrote an email to Dunkin Donuts corporate, which was evidently forwarded to a the franchise owner. He responded via email in broken English with a apology, no offer to comp his meal or anything else. Just a badly written apology. Steer clear unless you want to chance getting Hepatitis! read more

I've gone here a handful of times because it was close to work. That is the only reason. I won't be returning. The last time I bought my coffee, which was fine, I ordered a bag of hash browns. The lady handed me hash browns with no paper bag. They are greasy ....how is one expected to transport them? In their pocket?! I've never seen this happen. I asked for a bag and the lady gave me one begrudgingly. Go back the next day and she does the same thing! This time leaving the bag of greasy hash browns on the counter. I ask for a paper bag and she proceeds to leave it beside the hash browns on the counter! As an African American male I'd like to think this wasn't a subtle racist gesture but it sure felt like it. I'll leave that up for others to decided. Regardless, it's rude, unprofessional and unsanitary. It's a shame they'd treat customers this way. I submitted a complaint to corporate and I'm awaiting a response. One star from me. read more

I stopped in here for a cup of coffee after donation blood at Lifesource, which is in the same plaza. The atmosphere in there was way more positive and friendly than most other DD that I have been to (hence the need to stop to write a review). The women there were so friendly, saying "happy Friday" to everyone and calling everyone "honey." I wished this location was my neighborhood DD... They make grabbing a cup/donuts pleasant. The food is good as any dds but their is problem here when communication, its hard to get a order right if you want any customization which is not an issue I've experienced at other dds, here to request a certain bagel for my sandwich requires repeating the order numerous times, the same with coffee orders, asking for no sugar takes a painful amount of interpretation process, they often get something wrong or have even attemped to give us the wrong order emphatically when there are only two orders in the store, and it clearly is the other persons. read more

This is probably my favorite Dunkin' Donuts to go to. When we go in we are always greeted like we're long time friends. Even though this is a chain store, inside it feels very much like a local ma and pa shop. One time as our order was being made, I was talking to my husband whether we should try out the new blueberry munchkins. The kind woman behind the counter overheard me and threw in a few blueberry munchkins for us to try free. A lot of new Dunkin' Donuts shops have been built around this area, but this is by far my favorite one to come to. read more

The old woman (manager) there is rude and unpleasant. She doesn't wear gloves when handling food and seems to always be in an awful mood. But the teens who work there are great. They are friendly and welcoming. The old woman always gives me and my friends a mean look when we go there which is often. And tries not to serve us with respect. I was there this morning and ordered my usual, which I order almost every other morning during the week to the same cashier girl with pale skin and strawberry blonde hair who works there. I accidentally said "grande" for a size instead of "medium" because it was early in the morning and I was still pretty tired and didn't even realize my mistake until I saw she put "large" on my receipt. I said "oh, I wanted a medium" and instead of nicely saying I mistakenly said grande, she smirks and goes "well ma'am I wasn't sure what Grande means. You're not at Starbucks..." and rolls her eyes. This girl could have asked me when I initially ordered what I meant by grande or asked me to be clearer if she didn't know. Instead, she had attitude and wasn't the least bit helpful. I honestly just don't understand why people have certain jobs if they don't exert the desire to even perform them correctly. Whenever I walk into this establishment witch is alit whether Im getting breakfast or a snack on the run I notice that the young workers their are always helpful and kind. But their is always an older woman maybe in her early 40's or late 30's she has often gave me wrong orders and lyes to me saying that I ordered something that I didn't and charges me extra. She also gave short change to me twice. Instead of 10 dollars back from a 20 she gave me 5 and I called her out on it and she thankfully gave me my money back. She tends to be in a bad mood and has kicked me out of the store and said that they were closing while their where other older customers that were aloud to stay because the store actually closes at 9,She kicked me out in 17 degree weather with a sweatshirt. I have not ever aprouched her in a rude matter or talked to her that way. I would recamend not to come to this establishment when she is working. read more
