It's hard to properly describe how bad this one store is. I've never thought it possible to have a negative batting average, but this place does. Two trips there in the recent past few weeks and I've ordered five drinks. Out of those 5 drinks, they screwed them up 8 times. Let me explain. One drink was fine. Two shaken espressos were made with coffee, not sweetened, and way too much milk. Next, ordered a pink drink which was missing the inclusions I asked for. Second try, and they put on the wrong foam. Third try and they forgot the strawberries. Previous order they forgot everything but was a to go order and didn't realize it in time to turn around. This place needs new management who actually cares about getting simple orders correct. Avoid this place. read more

I absolutely love this location!! My favorite thing to do is get an iced Americano 5 shots and light water with cream and vanilla !! I'm not into sweet coffee and my favorite is the espresso roast as I worked at Starbucks for 8 years as a coffee master lol they never judge me on my order and u always have exceptional service and the girls there are always so nice wether in be through the drive thru or in Cafe! In the past this Starbucks has been nothing but drama for me. Today was a completely different experience. The baristas were ridiculously friendly and the service was wicked fast. The order accuracy has always been a triumph here. I usually find the cafe orders to be quite slow. It's possible that there is a completely new team. It's possible there's a new manager. I don't know what it is but boy it's like a whole new store. The drive thru is usually more reliable for speed. As of September 30, 2020 they have recently reopened the cafe for some socially distant seating. The restrooms are still closed for guests. read more

The drawbacks are that you can only really get in going eastbound or southbound (not their fault) and that the outside drive-through ordering sign is almost always broken. Not sure what happened here, but some of the people that work here are just awful. The person that made my coffee didn't get the lid on right so that when I went to take a sip, the lid popped off and hot coffee poured down my shirt. Everyone saw it, including the person that made my coffee. They didn't even apologize when I asked for napkins. Just pointed to them. I was very disappointed by the crew at this Starbucks. It wasn't even busy and my order was wrong and got a "geesh" remark from the barista when the coffee was served lukewarm and I asked it be warmed up. Also, internet was lacking so I couldn't use my phone to pay. I did not get a receipt to claim the points and when I went back to ask for one I got another "geesh" from the cashier. This Starbucks has lost steam in the past year. I visit very infrequently now: I was a three and four times a week customer. The staff turnover is hard to keep track of and it feels less like my friendly neighbourhood coffee stop. The prices continue to go up and the service seems to go down. Coffee is coffee and should be fresh and hot without an attitude. The parking lot is very small and although there is an adjacent lot, it is shared by four other businesses. I'm seriously so annoyed with this place. I ordered a heated blueberry muffin and a birthday cake pop this morning. The past two times i have been to this location have been the worst experiences ever. Last time they messed up my drink and it had to be remade and took almost over 10 minutes. This time the line had only 5 cars yet it took 25 minutes just for me to get the wrong drink again.Then i was told to pull around just to wait another 20 minutes and then i finally went inside and the drink was just sitting on the counter not being brought out to me. I don't know if it's the workers being lazy or not properly trained but it's extremely inconvenient when i had to be somewhere on time, and was late. As a business traveler I visit many Starbucks locations across the country, but none are better than my regular store (#26677) in Seminole, FL. This Starbucks may make a really good coffee, but their managers, are very disrespectful to their employees. I would NEVER want to work here. If I worked there, they would have an EO complaint lodged against them. The female manager talks to her employees any which way she wants with no regard to how it may make them feel. They have had quite a few employees quit and I have had other Starbucks stores comment on their terrible leadership. No Starbucks employees at other stores wants to work here because of the terrible managers. So enjoy your coffee, but just know that there is a very good chance that your barista that is serving you is likely being harassed, bullied, and belittled on a daily basis. never had a problem here before, but we ordered pumpkin bread unheated because my friend has a dairy allergy. we got banana bread that was heated, she can't eat that. we didn't notice until we parked in the parking lot so we went through the drive thru again and sat at the window for a very long time, many employees saw us and didn't help us. it seemed as if a manager was sent up to see us but didn't open the window of the drive thru and wouldn't listen to us. it took yelling through the window that the order was messed up for her to listen to us and then treat us with disrespect. i come here frequently but after being treated like that i'm not coming back. read more
