I was in the area and needed a caffeine fix. The baristas where very friendly and fast. I ordered a venti mocha latte. It was made perfectly and very fast. The store has plenty of seating and is about normal size for a Starbucks. If I was in the area again I would definitely stop by there again. read more

Always a great place to grab a quick drink. My granddaughters and I stop here often. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Staff is professional and gets the orders filled quickly even when they are busy/crowded. I do wish they still had raspberry flavoring. My former favorite was black iced tea with two shots of raspberry. Trying several new drinks to see if I can find one to replace my favorite iced tea. We will continue to visit this Starbucks often. read more

I needed a place with wifi to work on a Sunday morning. It started off quiet and got busier over several hours. The egg white wrap warmed up fine in the microwave, but I can't remember what it tasted like because I was so hungry I ate it before it really cooled down. The chai latte was delicious with a hint of sweetness; next time I'll order the grande instead of the tall. I also had a piece of coffee cake, which was reliably tasty. The baristas were a little hit or miss, but it was early. (I arrived at 7am because that's what the internet said; the hours on the door started at 6am.) Just be warned that when the sun rises over the buildings, it can be right in your eyes if you sit in the window, and the glass magnified the warmth by mid-morning. Thankfully there was a variety of comfortable-looking seating elsewhere. All-gender, single-stall restrooms. I think everything was wheelchair accessible, although it's a double set of doors to get in/out, and I don't remember seeing automatic door openers. I'll check the next time I come back. read more

Starbucks is a great pick me up in the morning. Starbucks offers lattes, Frappuccino''s and pastries. The prices are a little on the high end but the taste definitely makes it worth it. The staff was does a Exceptional job and is always super friendly. read more

First let me say that I loathe coffee. Then why would I write a review for a coffee place, let alone a national chain coffee place? Well, because I didn't get coffee. Came here to meet a friend and ended up ordering a hot chocolate. Nothing too fancy, but it tasted decent. The inside of the store is pleasant. Free wifi. Enough indoor seating if that's your thing and a few benches outside if it's a nice enough night. If you are like me, hating coffee, you even hate the smell of it. I was able to tolerate it enough in here to wait to get my drink. The wait was a little long, speaking of that. They only had two people working on this particular day and the one person was doing everything else but help the lone barista. This particular store is actually quite nice, having that old school downtown feel to it. Do like I did and grab your coffee and walk around the town, sit at the gazebo in the park and enjoy the night. read more

I haven't been here recently since I stopped working in Sewickley, but this was always my go-to for a morning buzz or an afternoon perk. The baristas are friendly and do recognize their regular customers; y'all know how much I like being a regular for that reason! Their drink redemption corral area could use some re-thinking. It's right by the bathroom in a corner and it gets all backed up and crowded if it's a busy day. (I'm saying this after their re-design a few years ago!) The tables also get crumby and the milk/sugar station could use attention more frequently. Many times I've had to return an empty milk carafe because of inconsiderate people and inattentive staff members who leave them on the stand. Also, watch out for the pre-teens buying $8 Frappuchinos with Daddy's money and the trophy wives feeding tea to their toddlers (yes, I've seen both multiple times here). That isn't a criticism of the business, though, so that isn't factored into my rating; it's just a product of where you are. Great Starbucks location located right on Beaver street! Stopped in while strolling around Sewickley and the staff was all very friendly and attentive! Shop was very clean and well maintained. There is ample seating inside, as well as a few benches outside to enjoy on a nice day. read more

I always have a great experience here. It's always clean and the baristas are very nice. It's really in a great location, as there are many walkers in this monied suburb. You have your regulars, including this frizzy haired guy who hangs out crimped in the corner, plus plenty of friendly walkers with real estate on their minds. If you decide to stay in with your drink, do yourself a favor and order a good one- they make a killer latté. Just remember to ask for yours in a mug. read more

The Starbucks inSewickley is so-so. One of my pet peeve is when employees chat with one another while you're standing in front of them waiting for them to acknowledge you. The old staff was polite and really a pleasure. They'd smile and politely engage you as appropriate. The current staff are rude and not so nice. They talk to each other and ignore customer. It always cold and kinda dirty. Sorry Starbucks, please make our Sewickley store better. read more

I do not buy a lot of overpriced coffee but my wife does every day. It's a little indulgence to have someone make a cup, complete with a flavored creamer, for you on the way to work. Sure you could do it yourself for 80% less but why not? Today I tried to do something nice and pick up her order while I was out on an errand. Now I know that does not make me a hero but I am handicapped, walking out of my way before 6:00 am to give her a little surprise to start her day. I parked across and down the street, walked to the Starbucks and went in. There were more people behind the counter than there were customers. One lonely security guard was starting his day with a cup of high priced Joe. As I hobbled across the store each of the counter people looked at me, then back to there business without speaking . I approached the counter. At that point first one then the other servers left and walked back to the kitchen. I could see one marking of some kind of inventory list and occasionally glancing in my direction. No acknowledgement whatsoever! I had yet to shower, but this was an unprecedented reaction. I choose to walk out. They obviously couldn't care less. Instead of Starbucks, I passed an independent purveyor of coffee and ordered something similar. My wife was still surprised, she said it was better, and it cost a good bit less! Win! Clearly one cup to a handicapped old man is no big deal, but there was at least a half a dozen other places where even I could walk, and 31,848 other places not named Starbucks that I can drive to instead, each of which I will try before returning to Starbuck's read more

The flat white is my favorite drink, it is perfect every time. I had a blueberry oatmeal for the first time last week, and I'm back for seconds. The staff at this particular Starbucks are always super friendly, and they make you feel welcome when you walk through the door. read more

I went to this location yesterday, 8/29/14 around 5:00pm. I ordered a hot caramel macchiato with skim milk and I have to say, it was absolutely perfect! It was the best macchiato I have ever had! The milk we perfectly balanced with the espresso and the syrups. I will dream of that drink for years to come!! read more

Stopped on Wednesday afternoon for a couple of Caramel Macchiatos and two cake pops. The service was fast and friendly. The Sewickley Starbucks is a cool neighborhood Starbucks in the middle of a quaint little town. Overall, very cool! read more
