This is probably the Starbucks location I go to the most nowadays and it is pretty consistently quick and well-staffed. Today, I counted 8 people behind the counter working very fast during the Sunday morning rush. I probably come here when I need my venti iced coffee with almond milk fix about once a month, since Starbucks is so expensive and the beans aren't that great, I dont come here more often. But it isn't the staffs' fault - it's the price and quality. But we all have caffeine needs that need to be taken care of immediately haha! read more

I live within about two miles of 3 different Starbucks stores but this location is, by far, my favorite. The staff there is terrific - super friendly and efficient. I never have to wait long for my drink, no matter how many people are in line. And my drink is always made perfectly. I always get the same thing and, seriously, it's perfect every time. My only real complaint is about the store itself. It's always clean, but there's not a ton of space. It isn't a good location if you want to sit and do some work. But it's a minor issue. read more

The breakdown seems to be about every fourth time at this Starbucks, the coffee is "burnt"; otherwise, the experience at this Starbucks is pretty solid. The coffee is good, the service is friendly, and the space is clean. I definitely would recommend the drive through, but the environment inside is peaceful. The other downside of this Starbucks is the disastrous parking lot at the plaza where the Starbucks is located. The drive through gets one in and out the easiest, which is why I'd advise that route. read more

Starbucks is known for its friendly baristas, but this location takes the cake! A specific shoutout to Kyle and Linda for being two of the most cheerful partners I've ever met. Especially given the current climate, they bring an air of normalcy and calmness at a much needed time. As for the wait time, lines can take a few extra minutes since the drive thru is the only thing open! That being said, the order is always completely ready by the time you get to the window. Conveniently located Starbucks inside a large plaza, also equipped with a drive-thru. We came during off hours, so there wasn't much of a line (just one person ahead of us), and the staff was friendly. Drinks did take a bit of time to come out given the number of baristas working, but probably the speed is split between the drive thru people and in-store patrons and it's just not that obvious. Nonetheless, drinks came out pretty good and at a very good temperature - not scalding, but hot enough that it stayed hot for at least half an hour after we left. read more

This was genuinely the worst service I've ever received. I asked 3 times if the order was ready because it took 25 minutes (I timed it but it said it would be ready at 7 minutes on the app). Once I asked if the drink was ready RA (the short, quiet, African American man) kept saying yes but refused to make my drink because I asked him if it was ready which annoyed him? When I asked him if there was a name under Delaney he sassily replied mhm and kept making other drinks instead of mine, as there were many people who walked in and out of the store before me. His attitude was unacceptable but the other workers finally checked in and forced him to make the drink, however I was baffled at his behavior. He intentionally kept looking and smiling at me over at the table and I know that the order was in because it was a BOGO and the other drink was made. Not anyone else's fault but the worker named RA but I was definitely shocked that somewhere would allow that behavior. I had to politely ask the third time after 20 minutes if it could be made because I was going to be late getting ready for reservations and that's when the worker finally stepped in.. embarrassing and irritating for sure! read more

This Starbucks store does operate as a Starbucks chain is expected to. The staff and supervisor did not honor the "barista" guarantee when advised that a drink was made incorrectly with a dairy product that was ordered through the mobile application. Additionally the team member at the register was indigent that the drink contained dairy even when removing the "dairy products" listed on the website. 4 out of 7 days a week. I'm in this drive thru!! If I'm not in the drive thru, I'm sitting in the shop writing. Seriously, the funniest group of people EVER! They can tell when I come in grumpy and almost on point, they'll have my coffee ready. When I'm feeling adventurous, I'll try something new and let the barista choose. If you're coming to Starbucks, you know what you are getting yourself into - a Seattle style coffee house with all the bells and whistles. No - this isn't On the Rise Bakery, but it is by far my favorite place - and this place is great! As a 3rd year gold member (going on 4th pretty soon), Starbucks is my regular. The thing is though, I don't get their coffee very often because my drink is so expensive. I can't have milk, so I have to opt for Almond Milk which is an up-charge. I usually save my coffee drinks for when I really need coffee or if I have a free drink from getting 125 stars ($1= 2 stars). Speaking of their rewards program, it is pretty decent. Like I said, ever $1 you spend, you get 2 stars, and every 125 stars, you get a free drink reward. There are also double star days once a month (those are at random) and there are also weekly rewards for getting a certain number of drinks in a week (for example, receive 75 bonus stars for buying a shaken iced tea, latte, and protein box). Oh! And you can also get free refills of coffee or tea if you're a gold member; otherwise it is $0.50. Menu is pretty much your basic coffee menu - they are known for their pumpkin spice latte (which I hate to say it, I get every year) but they have a lot of fun things as well. My favorite unique drink that they have are their refreshers. They extract the caffeine from a green coffee bean (just means it's not roasted) and put it into this fruity drink that tastes delicious on a cold summer day. 5/5 would recommend. Okay, enough about what Starbucks is -- this particular location is all about the staff that works there. They are by far the nicest people ever. I go to Starbucks all day and study, and I always get a small tea and have them refill it. I always say "whatever you want" and they always make the most awesome creations with tea. But most of all, everybody there works with a smile on their face. I have never been to a Starbucks that has that vibe - most of the time it's get in and get out, but here it's a very personable staff and they know what they are doing. The drive through is also amazing but it's a hit or miss on how slow it is. I get people want fast service, but don't go to Starbucks if you want fast service; that isn't their business model. They do have an option that you can order ahead on their app, and more times than not, that is what I do. I never thought I would do such an extensive review of Starbucks, but like I said, this one is a really good location, which is why it's sometimes busy. Everytime I go there, I am usually able to find a seat or table to study at, but again I go during the evening time when most people don't think about going to Starbucks. Great location! read more

I recently had the worst experience with the shift manager DJ after I simply asked why was there a price difference in the drink I frequently order he immediately began to YELL and SCREAM at me in a very aggressive condescending tone of voice "the price went up overnight I don't know what to tell you, I don't make the prices you can go somewhere because your not getting it for that price!" There was some other unprofessional comments made as well. I proceeded to pull around for my drink to find out my drink order was in fact not placed i had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my drink order to be made. The Shift Manger DJ never placed the order, he was very rude, condescending, unprofessional and very disrespectful. He's not a fit for the culture of the company. read more

One of the worst Starbuck's around. They have never recovered from 2020. The wait is interminable, they make mistakes on orders regularly, they are frequently out of stock for any iced tea lemonades or other specialty drinks. Some details about this one: --the drive-thru line is often long after 7 AM, but I've never had a problem with order accuracy, and they give you a stopper without even asking. --not a ton of space, but there's a reasonable number of tables. The high ceilings make it seem bigger and prettier than it is. --my grande nonfat cappuccino is nothing special but they've never steered me wrong. Placed an order...it took forever, and was screwed up anyway. I had to get my own multiple drink-holders, had to sleeve my own drinks, and get my own straws. Wtf? When I'm paying $40 for eight drinks you can at least put sleeves on them and put a straw with it. The cashiers were nice, but the barista forgot to make a drink and didn't seem very confident... The two star review stays the same because although the bathroom walls are now waste-free, the baristas have decided to make drinks and wait on customers at a glacial pace. Maybe they're tired from running into the bathroom after people leave to clean the walls? In any case, I almost feel like I have to beg the baristas to take my order at this place. Last time I was here, there were two baristas talking to one customer who was whining about the fact that one of the particular brews of coffee is gone by the afternoon. (Seriously, can you really tell the difference amidst the medium\dark roasts?) I went up next to the customer in an attempt to get out of there before nightfall and the barista looked at me like I had just done something horribly wrong. I've always had exceptional service at this location. They're always very friendly and the food/drink is top quality.

I pulled into the drive thru and while there was a long line of cars it moved fast. When I reached the order window the woman who took my order was very nice, it didn't take long for my order to be ready. When I pulled up to the pick up window everyone I saw had their masks on properly covering both their nose and their mouth. This was my go-to Starbucks all throughout my college years. A lot has changed since freshman year, but one thing has always remained constant, and that's my obsessive, borderline unhealthy love of coffee. This particular Starbucks as never let me down, whether I was cramming for finals or needed a little pick-me-up on a cold winter day, these guys had my back. The workers are very pleasant and will do their best to be friendly and make you feel welcome, which if you've read any off other reviews is very important to me. After coming almost every day one winter, the barista's started to know me and my order, which gave me a real sense of importance that I appreciated. Obviously I don't need to talk much about the actual product that's getting pumped out of this particular Sbux location. It's pretty consistent with any other one you've been to. Their reliable when it comes to making your drink properly, and I never really had a complainant with my order. The location is also really great. Surrounded by other food places, sometimes I would run in to either Panera or Chipotle to get something to eat, then I would stop in at Starbucks to get a drink. It was also really nice that it was within walking distance from campus so when I was a young helpless freshman without a car I still had my caffeine fix. read more

This is a new location for the starbucks which used to be in a stand alone kind of place. I liked it here because the barista was nice and friendly. There is ample place to sit outside in summer and ample parking in the new development. There are nice new chains for food in the same development which will make it a frequent destination for me in the summer for sure. read more
