This is the slowest Starbucks ever. 20 mins in the line for a creme brûlée latte. The line does not even move! One day I decided to go in and it was slower! New person on register knew nothin about coffee. This is my last time. Line so long I have time to respond on their slow drive thru. If you have somewhere to be do not stop here. The worst Starbucks in Cleveland. I went in this place yesterday before work to grab coffee and a snack, plus another snack for my break later. I placed a mobil order hoping it would be ready quicker. The staff here isn't nearly as welcoming as other locations. Not even a "Hello." or a "May I help you?" Not a single word. I ordered an extra hot latte and it was NOT extra hot. I ordered a warmed chocolate croissant and it was barely warm. Ice cold in the center. What really made me angry is the baristas were so busy talking about other customers and laughing that the barista handling my pastry didn't see fit to at least take my lemon pound cake out of the individual plastic wrapping before shoving it into a paper pastry bag. If you're going to package my pastries like they're in a vending machine, that's fine but charge me vending machine prices. The quality of the pastries was fine. Fortunately, it was impossible to screw up that part. However, the mark was missed regarding customer service. I was so annoyed, I wanted to take back the tip I put in the jar upon entering. Terrible Starbucks. Probably the worst I have ever been too. I waited an absurd amount of time in line and when I finally got to the window to receive my drinks, my order was wrong. I had to repeat my order twice to them. First off, I asked tor a venti and they gave me a grande. Then when they made my vanilla iced coffee they didn't even mix the vanilla in with the coffee. What was I supposed to do, drink straight liquid vanilla before getting to the actual coffee. Did they want me to stir it with my dirty fingers? I mean come on. Then when I took my one drink they stared at me like a deer in headlights. Like shocked i was still in their drivethrough. I was like "I have another a drink" and they literally knew that because I had to repeat my order like a million times. Finally the gave me my other order which was literally a black hot coffee and guess what. It wasn't even hot it was lukewarm temperature. Ew. Don't go here they are a bunch of lazy people read more

For some reason the coffee tastes better since they closed down the location that used to be on the corner of Warrensville ctr and cedar. New methods or new staff? I love Starbucks again. I stopped going there for a while and went to Phoenix Coffee because my coffee didn't taste quite like a $4 cup of coffee. You pay that much for coffee you want it to taste like something great right? If I want regular coffee I'll grind and brew at home. I go there for lattes only, for the flavor to enhance the coffee. I still haven't mastered a latte to taste better than starbucks. They're super friendly in there, not just some people, they all are. The hiring manager must be really good. They're always nice to my little one too. Most people just ignore kids. Anyone who's nice to you AND your kid is nice in my book. Good coffee, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and they have a drive thru now! If I don't wanna drag my little one out of her seat and inside I have that option. Great place, don't change. I notice it's busier than the other one was. That may be from the lack of parking at the other location though. read more

This Starbucks is super busy! Sometimes I get through the drive thru in 3 minutes other times it takes upwards of 15 minutes! It all depends on how many frappes the car in front of you ordered! Baristas are obviously trying their hardest to get you in and out as fast as possible which is nice! Go at night and it's a whole experience!! Great night staff! I say you should only be allowed to order 2 drinks max in the drive thru. read more

I always love coming to this location!!! The drive thru is super convenient, especially on those "DONT TALK TO ME BEFORE MY MORNING COFFEE" days!!! The staff was always helpful even when I have weird orders, and takes customer service a step further by having a little small talk while youre waiting for your order!!! It helps pass the time so I dont mind!!! I will confess, this location is a bit busy, especially on the weekends. But honestly, what starbucks isnt??? If its not busy, then its not open!!! Lastly, this location will always receive five stars because while I go for coffee for me, if my dogs are the car, the barista has pup treats...so adorable!!! read more

i stop in here every day. depending on the time you could be here for a half hour. they are just a really busy location and you need to make sure you're prepared for that so you don't get mad that you're coffee is taking so long. it is annoying that it takes forever but i can't pass up how convenient the location is. read more

Bless this Starbucks for its drive-thru, though it does take longer at times. The inside is spacious, clean, high ceiling (not that I care much, but adds to the space factors), and friendly employees. I sat in here with my laptop and noticed how much available seating there is. There could be more, but I thought overall it was nicely stocked with chairs and tables. The bathroom is clean (can't speak for male bathroom) and my drinks come out prepared well. I find they're consistent with their drinks and I haven't received a poorly made drink or sandwich. Their location is pretty convenient because it's in a shopping center with other places to check out. One of the better qualities is the parking lot space! Woohoo! read more

This is without a doubt the SLOWEST Starbucks I've ever been to. Waited in the drive thru line for 35 MINUTES for an iced tea.

I think all SBUX experiences get better the more you go in. I was a regular. They recognized me, greeted me, remembered what I ordered, noticed when I hadn't been in in a few days, and were always very so friendly. I never had any issues with the drinks they made. The only issue with this place is the small parking lot which in the morning is completely full - you can park along side the building and along the curb behind it; just not on the other side by the bank. Even if the parking lot is full and those other areas I mentioned there is probably still a seat inside as many people just get their stuff to go from here. For being a smaller older Starbucks there are a good number of larger comfy chairs and for me has always been able working space. It does tend to get a little hot sitting in the seats along the window for an extended period of time so dress accordingly if you plan to do work for awhile. read more
