I waited FORTY minutes for my mobile order that was supposed to take six. I can't blame the people working there; they were outnumbered 3 to 40. The management should know better than staff only three people during morning rush in the weekend. My coffee and food were good though, as usual. The STARBUCKS is worse the coffee I ever drunk it is bitter because the coffee beans are burned while roasting. All you get specially after drunk it is a bitter taste in your mouth which does not go way. Americans have the wrong idea about coffee. Starbucks coffee is BURNED. There is no such thing as Dark Roast (which means BURN) light roast is just normal. They think you can get the most flavor with dark roast: WRONG WRONG WRONG. This has to be the worst Starbucks in America. We just sat through the drive thru for over 15 minutes, got NO apology or anything at the window (not to mention sat at the window for a couple minutes with no greeting or anything after at least one staff member looked straight us... just turned back away and went on with what he was doing without saying a word), then as we pulled out, we realized our order was wrong. I got a toasted bagel with cream cheese. We got no cream cheese. So... bread? Literally you're serving me bread?! With nothing? Great coffee! SUPER busy.. Could not find a parking space, still got what we wanted and the coffee was hot, cookies were soft and large chunks of chocolate. Everybody was happy. Not your homey coffee house, but fast and friendly. Will do it again when needing a pick me up. read more

Awkward location--small parking lot and the drive-through can be bad if it backs up much. My last trip was very mixed. My wife's drink was fine, but mine was not mixed well at all and had little taste until I discovered the flavoring was all at the bottom. A worker left a clear plastic tray sitting atop a divider next to the register, and my wife slightly bumped it b/c she didn't see the thing. It fell, and one worker just stared dumbly at my wife even after she apologized. He was pretty rude, but the cashier was very nice about it and apologized for the thing being left out. Would not recommend this location. The people just don't seem very friendly or willing to accommodate. There is another Starbucks amount a mile heading east. Might be worthwhile to try that location. read more

I can't speak to how this location is when it's busy, but I was able to get me drink is a normal amount of time. Typical Starbucks, stopped here after getting off a flight into Pensacola and on the way over to Mobile. Decent restrooms. Great location right next to the freeway. Is hard to geo out after this location and get back to the freeway, however. read more

I went to Starbucks today and went to the drive through because I wanted a quick pick-me-up. the service was relatively quick and when I got to the screen to order, the lady was very nice. i gave her my order (double shot on ice with a splash of almond milk) but when she told me the price i was confused because it was double the amount it usually was but i didn't think too much about it. I like my coffee to be bitter and with no sweetener and when i got my coffee it was RIDICULOUSLY sweet. morning ruined. I'm only drinking it because i paid for it and i still want my caffeine. Good spot to stop off i10 for a break. I don't get the low ratings. Maybe people expect to much from Starbucks. My service is always fine. If you're heading west, and i10 is slow moving like after any holiday, shoot north just s bit more and catch 31 west through the Bankhead tunnel and jump back on 10 from dauphin island parkway. read more

Great and friendly staff; esp the tattooed batista ;) This location tends to get busy since it's directly of a major U.S. interstate, but the order is always correct. The parking isn't the best, but if you don't mind using your legs and walking 50ft you'll survive (plus there's a drive thru). read more

Crappy service. Created a mobile order was to the store within three minutes. Walked in was not greeted a couple employees did make eye contact with me. Sat down at the mobile order spot and waited, waited, and continue to wait. The barista continue to make drinks and she had seen me there and several customers who came in after me had picked up the drinks. She made eye contact with me three times without saying a word. Finally I walked up to the counter very close to her and stared at her until she saidCan I help you? I said yes I have a mobile order she picked up a drink that was hidden back behind the mobile order pick up area. Asked me my name, I've verified, she handed me the drink and walked away. I said "you're welcome" and walked out. Just another case of thinking that the product alone will bring in the customers. The store will not see my dollars again. The only reason for two stars is my drink did taste good but it was colder than I would've preferred. read more

Since Oct. 2013 I've come here often and sadly the service has steadily declined, to the point that even getting a simple tall coffee with cream takes forever nowadays, regardless of how long the line. Always unorganized and always a very long wait. Go to the one on Hwy 90 a couple miles down the road if you can, although it isn't TOO much better. read more
