This Starbucks used to be a decent Starbucks, convenient to the area and the people that reside. This location is now a mobile only order Starbucks. I have a big problem with this. I consider this type of store discriminatory towards people. For example, You have an elderly community that does not necessarily have the technological capabilities to meet these requirements. Additionally, you have people I don't want to clutter up their phone with unnecessary applications. Lastly, you have cash paying individuals. This type of stuff may not seem like a big deal, but this is an attack on the American consumer and their freedom of choice as far as payments with US currency. Looks like people have had mixed results here. Unfortunately, there isn't a lot of parking, but there is another plaza parking nearby. You aren't supposed to park there, but if it's not filled up, why not? ;) When I went in, they were quick and fastidious with my order. One of the male employees was able to understand another female customer's order and why the white mocha wasn't coming out properly. He had added it in, but the taste wasn't there. One of their machine(s) was taking the flavor away. So they made another one for the customer. He had to add a lot more white mocha and it made the customer real happy. My experience at starbucks today on baltimore pike what's the worst. I ordered 2 drinks online, and I ordered the incorrect drinks. So when I went to the store and picked it up? I noticed that I didn't have any crunch on my drink. So I asked the lady about my drinks her name was Rose And she looked at me and said you ordered the wrong thing and walked away. I was standing there well confused and not understanding why she had just walked away. After standing there for a couple of minutes confused, another lady came to the front. It was very helpful. She explained what I did wrong with the online order and helped me correct my mistake. Thank god for her helping me out after Rose walked away while i was talking to her. Although the coffee is terrific, the two stars is solely for parking options. I feel Starbucks needs to place this store in a different location where parking easier accessible for their consumers. Smaller size but great service! There is a bar right by the front window and maybe 1 table and two chairs. The parking is not the most convenient, it should be open in the back to park but you just have the front and side options. Not the best bucks to work from but an easy stop when hitting up spots up and down the pike! read more

This starbucks is deceptive. First of all, parking is horrendous - there's just not enough of it. Secondly there is hardly any seating - a few bar stools and a few tiny tables for 2. Thirdly, the retail area - used also to barricade off the drink line area - is too bulky and wide. This location is deceptive in size - it looks like a big store from the outside but is cramped and crowded inside. Meanwhile the usual Fourbucks menu items prevail. Service was fine. I've been to this Starbucks on a few occasions. The time of the day, determines how crowded the place will be. Today I went early, expecting a crowd. My expectations were met. The store is very small, so when it is crowded it can be a bit uncomfortable in there. The wait in line wasn't very long this morning. I ordered a Venti Carmel Macchiato with an extra shot of espresso. When it came time to wait for my drink, the line was long. Someone before me ordered a bunch of drinks. By the time the barista had my drink ready I hurried out of the store. My macchiato was delicious, however I noticed on the cup my extra shot of espresso was missing. No big deal. As I mentioned, I've been to this location before and they just can't seem to get my order right. Overall it was a nice start to my day, minus the missing espresso shot. When it comes to "not a real coffee place" like Starbucks, I like to embrace the white girl part of me & get whatever seasonal drinks they have. I got the ultimate white girl drink (pumpkin spice decaf latte with almond milk). It was not sweet what so ever and was more spice than anything else. I could blame the almond milk, but since I drink it everyday and have made my own pumpkin drink with it, I know it wasn't it. It was the person making it. My I ordered my l.o. a hot chocolate he liked it very much. So something went right. Also people reading this, if you are at a place by yourself. Do not sit at a table that is made for 2 or more people. Oh and do not "reserve a spot for yourself" by putting your bag on a stool then stand in line to order your drink. If it's not your butt or someone else's physically there saving the spot or your drink on the bar table, it's not your seat. You aren't above anyone or smarter. Ordered a nitro cold brew and a medium coffee and they didnt even ask me my name so I stood there waiting for it while they let me just stand there without telling me. The nitro cold brew they poured for me was 90% foam. I told the barista about it but she said she couldnt do anything for me and proceeded to keep pourinf customers foamy cold brew. Hey I dont know maybe its out and you need to replace it? Im no barista or bartender but im pretty sure all foam means its empty. Anyway the girl working didnt even offer me another product or refund she just sort of looked at me and kept pouring the foam. Maybe if a manager was there to assist them it looked like the two workers were overwhelmed couldn't keep up and weren't competent enough to ask for help or figure out how to pour a cold brew. Literally disgusting the way they talk to costumers. I walked in and ordered a drink, the two people behind me received their drinks before me. Then when one employee asked me what was wrong I said I was waiting for a drink. Another worker turned around and said they "didn't have that order" while a completely different employee said "oh I have that one". Once I finally received my drink I left and tasted it. Realizing that the drink they made was not what I had ordered. I called complaining saying how it was wrong and the girl said she knew who I was and blamed it on being busy.
