What a wonderful experience! I called them to pay (unnecessary as they bill you through PayPal) and ended up adding to my order. In spite of the changes, the order is perfect. They pay great attention to detail from the temperature of the water for your cup of tea, to the decor of the shop to sending the orders.

Whether you're taking coffee to go or staying for a while, it's a great experience. The baristas are friendly and helpful and the coffee is hot, fresh, and flavorful. I really enjoyed a recent visit when I was able to sit and have coffee and a muffin (blueberry, cranberry - yum!) in a mug. There's nothing like coffee in a 'real' cup! It was a quiet morning and I just did some people watching. Ask the barista for a password for free wifi. You'll enjoy your visit to this sweet place right in downtown Stevens Point.

With all the drive-thru orders coming in, paired with the multitude of mobile orders (we watched them fill 7 of those while we waited), it's no wonder my coffee wasn't made correctly, and that it took so long. I was sitting outside Starbucks working on my laptop for 5 mins. I am a lawyer, and I am in fact aware of this policy, but coercing someone into buying something after 5 minutes is discriminatory, and ridiculous. I am also a black man, and I have a beard. I informed the person, i understand and that I literally just sat down, and would buy something shortly. I bought something, but as I was sitting there with my coffee, several white customers were sitting outside, with ice cream, and food from nearby shops (which I have no problem with, the problem was not the employee, but the policy itself). However, those customers were not asked to leave, if they didn't buy something, and they sat for more than 5 mins. This also happened to me in Madison. This pattern is a result of starbucks policy, and the selective enforcement, against those who "appear" poor and "appear" black. Do better
