This Starbucks does not carry 'Classic Coffee Cake'. They sell coffee, but no coffee cake. Normally I go to a Starbucks in East Atlanta which does have Classic Coffee Cake and I was expecting every Starbucks to have the same items. Wrong. They offered me some cinnamon pastry instead, which I've had before and has a thick, slimy, gross swirl in the middle of it that's gag-worthy. I just told them to cancel my order and I took off. They were nice people and all but... stock Classic Coffee Cake! Now word on the street is that Starbucks is going to have a new line of pastries. I've had their new "Classic Coffee Cake" in Illinois, which is ahead of Georgia on the update list, I guess. The new Classic Coffee Cake and most of the other new pastries (they were sampling them) are obviously more cheaply made, taste worse (and a few tasted straight up bad), and really eliminate any reason to continue to go to Starbucks. Worst Starbucks I've ever been too , staff are extremely rude , very unprofessional, they never get your drink correct. On top of that once you get your drink it doesn't even taste good , taste more like spoiled milk to me ! Won't ever be returning here ever again ! P.s: Any one visiting here and want to go threw there drive-thru just be prepared to wait at least 15mins just to order and once you start to order expect for the staff to cut you off as your trying to order then give you the worst attitude once you get to the window . read more

I went through the drive through, they were very quick, my food and drink came out perfect and the barista was super friendly and bubbly!

Very rude service. Slow computers make it difficult to order, but since I had a rather large order (three drinks) I decided to go inside and not clog up the drive thru. The barista making the drinks needed to stop rolling his eyes as I placed my order. Yes it's an odd order, which is why I came inside and am paying a nice sum. If you come here(which I don't recommend) go through the drive thru. Keep in mind that the drive thru is also slow, but faster than going in. This is by far the worst Starbucks I've been to. The bathrooms smelled, the workspace was filthy and I'm not just talking about normal daily mess. Things haven't been cleaned good for quite some time. Then I ordered a Peppermint mocha to be told they were out of Peppermint. I get that but after changing it to pumpkins spice and waiting 15 minutes I was told they were out of almond milk too. Normally I'm offered something at this point for my trouble but not this time. Ordered the new iced maple pecan latte. Requested light ice and the drink was full of ice and did not have the foam as advertised. They also told us to pull into a handicap spot during the drive through and waited for over 5 minutes for our order in a cramped spot. Very disappointed and we should have read the other reviews first before coming to this one. read more

Drove into drive-thru at 9:40pm 5/7/14. No response after several minutes. Drove around and no one would come to the window. Parked and went to the door - locked. It was 9:45pm at this point. Posted store hours say they close at 10pm. 2 workers inside ignoring me and my son at the door. Finally one made a cutting motion with his finger across his neck to us and then turned his back to us. I would cut them some slack if it had been a few minutes before closing but we were in the drive-thru 20 mins before they closed. Not happy at all. When i first started coming to this location, I use to love it. The service was good and the drinks were pretty good as well. But the last couple times I've been here, my experience hasn't been good at all. I almost always leave unsatisfied with my drink and even when I ask for a remake i feel as though it taste worse than the original which is disappointing esp since the prices are going up! Starbucks corporate needs to come visit this location. The store has drastically gone down hill. We have early morning weekend tournaments and have stopped enroute to pick up drinks and breakfast. I will never leave a Starbucks without tasting my drink. It was watered down(awful) and I had already gotten on the expressway. Taste your drinks first. Parking is a joke with the cones and looping around the narrow lot. Place is filthy. Bugs in food case flying around. read more

Slow service is always the story here. I haven't got a bad cup of coffee from this location. They always seemed understaffed for the volume that they do. Their parking lot and drive thru situation is a nightmare after about 7:30am. I attempted to go through the drive thru this morning, but no one answered at a little after 5am,(they open at 5am) so i had to go inside to get service. This is the only place on ELanding currently for coffee but turn in at your own risk. read more

Bummer experience. I have never had a bummer experience at a Starbucks on planet Earth until I came here. The employees were all chatting amongst themselves with a couple of patrons and weren't available for a few minutes to serve. It was almost like a scene from a movie set in a small town where everybody knows everybody and the newcomer is ignored. I live in Stockbridge and its the only SB here. I agree the drive thru is bad, but that's not the fault of the employees. Corporate made a bad decision to place a SB here knowing how much business it would create. Near hospital and all the doctor offices, plus just off I75. Having said all this I go here everyday and am happy to wait as long as it takes, because the guys and ladies inside waiting to serve me are awesome. April, Cathlyn and Aniston(my favorite) are supper nice..Better than DD.. read more

Very helpful staff. Got the app and they are helpful when I order some thing new and when I use my app to pay.

My wife and I have been to this Starbucks twice and both times have been a horrific experience! The first time after the lady repeated back to us the order we placed they still managed to get it wrong. After going in and informing them that the order was wrong, we were meet with nasty attitudes. The second time was the worst and main reason we will not ever set foot in this store ever again, as well as never recommend it to anyone! My wife who is extremely allergic to peaches ordered a sweet tea and was given the tea with peaches! Like the first time the person read us back the order we placed and still managed to get it wrong! Luckily she took a few sips and realized what kind of tea she had and threw it away, but sadly not before getting very sick! We are both very avid Starbucks goers, but will not ever be going to this one again! Unless you like getting your order wrong and then dealing with rude arrogant people, I would recommend that you avoid it as well! read more

The four employees we saw actually had a five minute discussion of what they were going to do when they got off work while we waited for our order. We will not be back! read more

Worst Starbucks experience I have Ever had! Anywhere! I've travelled to over 15 countries, Starbucks everywhere and have Never experienced this. I simply wanted a hot tea, I was the only customer, there were 4 employees behind the counter chatting, I was ignored for 5 to 10 minutes!!! Then an employee rudely asked if I was ready? As I was the only person standing there for another 5 minutes I went to peek out the door to let my husband know I was ok because it was taking a while. I walked back to the counter to wait, until I realized all the employees were chatting again... I finally asked one of the girls in front of anyone was making my tea? As to which another employee replied I called your drink minutes ago...?!!! She put it at the end of the counter and I guess watched me standing there all that time ( the Only customer! ) and didn't bother to tell me it was ready?! I am Totally Amazed! Also my husband used the restroom and said it was in terrible condition, very dirty. The tea tasted fine. read more
