I think this may be the first time I've ever wanted to give zero stars. Stood in line inside with only two people in front of me. After TWENTY MINUTES of no change then putting their cash on a gift cards that didn't work then how do I refund the card and three people standing over her shoulder and NO ONE FIXING THE PROBLEM they finally figured it out. THEN after all that no apologies for the wait, no recognition that it even happened. I don't expect perfection but 25 minutes in line for coffee is ridiculous without anyone even saying, "Sorry for your wait." Terrible customer service. This Starbucks is my usual stop along I75 on my way home, whether to Atlanta or to Florida. It's conveniently located when I'm about to hit traffic going south or north on 75, without fail. I've never had any problems with service or quality, but I guess I do usually come when it's "slow". In turn, the baristas tend to take their time - and the barista taking the order may have trouble with "soy dirty chai". It takes a little longer to get your drink, but at least they make it right. It is what it is - located conveniently less than a mile off the highway exit, it's an easy Starbucks to stop through to get a quick pick me up. read more

Service was fast and I just had a White Chocolate Mocha but I had to get out of there, it's not a camping expedition this is Starbucks, it wasn't even in a rural area, something is not quite right here. That drive thru or is it really a drive thru? That line prevents ppl from actually finding a parking space to order inside. The handicapped parking is near the dumpster- wow, really? And if you don't walk fast enough you CAN get flattend like a pancake from the drive thru lane. But I digress. Moving onto to the 'watered down' drinks and EXTRA ice they kill u with. You can ask for light ice, but lets see if u really get anything less than a glass half full. This place needs a quarterly company orientation on quality. Ordered a Caramel Frappuccino and it taste like Dragon Fruit. Reordered it again for the second time and still tasted the same. Third time had it remade only to realize that the blenders they were using were not being rinsed well and surely there has to be blenders that are only used to make Frappuccinos and iced coffee and separate blenders or mixers to make fruit drinks. But clearly no one who worked there cared which to use to make whatever drinks. read more

I've been to this Starbucks no less than ten times, all out of necessity due to it's proximity to the hospital. The three things about a place like this that stand out are location (parking, facilities, convenience), staff, and products. The location is convenient if you like solving mazes, u-turns, and tight parking conditions. The staff is generally lackadaisical and unknowledgeable. Of the few times I've actually had to go inside, I failed to see any real quality customer relations, competence, or leadership. The drinks are just not good. It feels about like everything else at this location; halfway done. The last time I went through the drive-thru I ordered a Café Espresso Frappuccino. This is a new drink with espresso whip cream, which is made in the store using a shot of espresso and whip cream. When I got to the window my drink had regular whip cream on top. I thought, 'maybe they put the wrong kind on by accident.' After seeing the puzzled look on my face, the barista said, 'Oh, sorry. We were all out of the EXPRESSO whip cream.' (There's no 'x' in the word 'espresso') She failed to mention this to me until she put the wrongly made drink into my hand. She didn't let me know when I ordered, or even when I got to the window. That's their level of expectation; that they can make a drink wrong and the customer will just have to deal with it. The sad thing is, with a pregnant wife and an ill father-in-law I'll be near that Starbucks a good bit in the coming months. The good news is, there are several gas stations close that will likely have better service and far superior drinks. read more

I had a pretty crappy experience at this location that I would like to share. I pulled up to the box and needed a second to order, and I could tell that it frustrated the lady taking my order. Once I finally picked something, the lady told me my total but I couldn't pull up because there was a line. I then heard her unintentionally talk through the speaker... I guess the headset didn't cut off?? She said "I don't know why people pull up and don't know what they want." When I got to the window I was able to catch her name on her apron. So this was my first visit to this particular Starbucks, I was on my way back from Atlanta to Thomasville Georgia and I decided to stop by for a little pumpkin latte. I was shocked at the condition of the restroom and feel it was not in line with the Starbucks brand. It was absolutely disgusting and filthy -- and it was quite apparent it had been this way for a long time. Starbucks should really look into the cleanliness and management practices at this location. I could never advise anyone to eat or drink products from this location after seeing the restroom! I am shocked to see such a restroom in a Starbucks! First I noticed there was no toilet paper on a double roll dispenser. Second, there were paper towels and liquid (I wonder what?) all over the floor. The toilet was absolutely disgusting. In addition to being just plain dirty, it had dried urine running down the sides and the toilet seat was incomprehensibly atrocious: it was stained in multiple places (including with blood) and was peeling. How does that even happen? There was a very long line in the lobby, cars in the drive through, and more pulling up. I wonder how many of them have gone in the bathroom. I wanted to warn them all. I read that it's the only Starbucks in this town, but for the love of God, you have to wonder what the employees are doing to decontaminate themselves after they use the restroom. read more

My home-away-from home! I'm a fan of just about all Starbucks locations, but the folks at Eagle's Landing are the best of the best. They remember my favorites, they're well-stocked and rarely out of anything - and if they are they are great at substituting for you. The dining area is actually big enough to handle the traffic most of the time, which is a lot! The atmosphere is cozy yet bright and airy Most Sbux are too dark for me. The only thing that I'd improve on would be a larger patio area like the one on Jonesboro Road in McDonough... but EL is still my favorite. Oh, and I'm a very plain orderer - my usuals are unsweetened iced coffee with soy or a bold pick (no Pike Place for me!). But I have had the Tiramisu Cake Pop (to die for!) and I also love the Perfect Oatmeal, Turkey Bacon Sandwich and Multigrain Bagels. The food and coffee are great, but the people and atmosphere keep me coming back... even when I'm not even all that hungry! read more

This is a busy Starbucks! Between I75 traffic, the country club communities, and the hospital and doctor offices this place stays jumping. Chances are you will wait in line if you are getting more then drip coffee. Baristas have always been nice a chipper and my drinks and food orders have been on point. I will say that the drive through layout is weird and kinda annoying. I wish they'd fix it so it does not block parked cars in. This Starbucks has a drive-thru which is helpful may serve useful for a future quick departure. It was average compared to the Starbucks down the road; the inside was small and a tad sloppy around the condiment bar area. To get into the main door, this location has an awkward gate that blocks the entrance - you have to travel along to the left then travel upward along the walkway towards the right. Parking lot is odd and competitive. One pinky semi-upward. read more

Tall, grande, venti, trente....all words commonly heard at your local Starbucks. Therefore, with those very same words cried out over the hiss of the steamed milk or the beeping of the oven finished toasting a young man's tomato and mozzarella Panini should be nothing out of the ordinary. However, this Starbucks stands out more than any Starbucks I have been to. The sense of humor possessed by the staff here was refreshing. Joel warmly greeted my mother, family friend, and me, laughing at every joke I threw his way, wittily replying to several. I challenged his knowledge of a Starbucks drink, ordering an unusual drink of a vanilla bean frap with cinnamon dolce syrup and caramel drizzle....with two shots of espresso thrown in for good measure. One can never have "too much" coffee. I believe that is a myth like Bigfoot, Pegasus, and 80's fashion. My mother and our friend quickly received their drinks and I waited against the counter for my delicious treat. A hilarious young man named Jacob stole the show from there, his jokes as abundant as the coffee grounds in the aromatic bags behind me. As I watched him make my drink, I couldn't help but laugh at how easy he made it look...not to mention, DELICIOUS! With a tinge of sadness on my part, he finished my drink and merrily handed it to me. I quickly swept it up, plopped the green straw through the lid, and inhaled the creamy chill that followed. As I exited the Starbucks, my mother informed me she had received the incorrect size of her caramel macchiato. Knowing that the guys inside were ALL about Customer Service, I offered to take care of it for her. As I re-entered the Starbucks, everyone behind the counter (that wasn't in charge of Drive-Thru) stood to attention to help. I explained the situation and actually realized THEY hadn't even made the mistake! The gentleman in front of my mother in line had taken her venti macchiato instead of his grande....which is what she ended up with. When I explained it to them, they QUICKLY mixed her another macchiato with no further explanation. After having been to this Starbucks, it will definitely be hard to surpass their Customer Service! The ONLY reason this Starbucks didn't get a 5/5 is for the outdoor seating and parking. Both were areas that were far to small for a business such as this. As this is something so minuet, I would definitely recommend this Starbucks to any coffee lover that may cross my path. read more

When ever I've been to this place it's been nothing short of spectacular. I usually get a latte of some sort because I just do not like their regular coffee. That's not on the employees but their corporate policy to over roast everything to death but that's another story for another time. I will say I haven't had any bad experiences here like others. They've never gotten my drink, name, order wrong or anything. It's always busy too. I do wish the lot wasn't so wonky outside. It's sometimes a little crazy going around the store with the drive-thru & people zooming through to get to the other stores in the area. Sometimes it can make you feel like you're in a Fast & Furious movie & Vin Diesel is chasing you because you stole his latte. And we all know how much Vin needs his java fix.
