Not a fan. Driving through heading home to Cleveland from work, needed a pick me up and I am completely disappointed. Starbucks has specific recipes to every drink so there really shouldn't ever be a problem. Ordered TWO pink drinks... they both different colors. *sigh* Being a past employee of a starbucks, this makes me alittle Teed off, considering it's not that hard. I've had a long day at work today.... Other people look forward to their drinks just like I do. Hopefully they get better with recipes for future customers. Soooo apparently I have been reviewing and checking in at the wrong location all this time! SHAME ON THIS YELPER! Here is the right location and right review lol This has to be one of my very favorite Starbucks! First, it is super convenient to get to and plenty of parking. It helps it is right next to Walmart....so I can grab and go when I shop. While not a larger location, it packs a punch! The staff here is very friendly. Always a smile and greeting, which makes the experience 10 fold better. Nothing says enjoy your coffee than a warm smile and personalized greeting. Yes please! And clean? This place is most definitely clean. It seems like every time I am here, someone is cleaning. Just warms the cockles of my heart to no end. Bathrooms are always spotless too! I've never gotten a wrong order here either. Always right and speedy too! read more

The employees at this location are amazingly friendly. If I was going to a coffee shop purely on customer service this would be the place. I really great team working at this location. Unfortunately, I probably won't be back because they don't offer any alternative milks other than oat milk without sugar in it. read more

Just like every other Starbucks I've been too except they get 5 stars for being fast, friendly and NOT condescending. My special needs son wanted a Cookies & Cream frappe, but since they didn't have the ingredients they helped make something so close, he couldn't tell the difference and it was sugar free! I love the baristas here! I got a unsweetened iced tea and all was good! Large tip for them finished off my visit and we were on our way in smiles! read more

Updating my review bc I'm apparently a dumbass. But I already knew that. The Iced Cloud Cocoa Macchiato recipe does have caramel syrup as well as cocoa sauce. The first time I ever had this delicious drink was @ a Starbucks in Solon and they did not use caramel (i was a big fan of this). I have since started ordering it around town minus the caramel.....why Starbucks would push out a caramel and a cocoa version of the same drink even though the cocoa has both of those ingredients is beyond me. Honestly? My favorite Starbucks. As someone who practically lives at Starbucks (feat. 15 different locations lol) I have high expectations and this Starbucks always blows them out of the water! With friendly staff, a non-existent wait time for drinks, and a quick drive thru, it's always a pleasure heading over to this Starbucks. There's gender neutral bathrooms, a great selection of food and Starbucks product, and a large menu to pick from. They have plenty of seating and the parking isn't miserable like a lot of the more popular locations. They're open late hours and they're always super cool about giving answers when you've got questions! I've never had a bad experience here and I quite frankly love coming. I'm so glad it's close to my house! read more

I went to Starbucks on Singletary Dr in Streetsboro this morning on my lunch break. The service was excellent and everyone was so sweet! Really made my morning so much better, and the coffee was even BETTER!! 10/10 for everything today! Thank you to all the workers there today!! read more

Giving a shout out to this Starbucks/drive-through. Anytime you travel around the world you'll run into Starbucks everywhere. This doesn't necessarily mean it's going to be a five out of five experience. What I have found here is a consistency of service and positive behavior towards customer service. I'm a loyal Starbucks patron but for some reason I always have issues at this Starbucks with getting a full drink or them getting my drink order wrong. My usual drink is a caramel latte with one pump of caramel and an extra shot and light foam. I've had to adapt to be this particular so they know exactly how to make it. However, they sometimes make it too sweet (more than 1 pump, doesn't happen that much anymore) or they put so much foam in it that by the time I am able to drink my coffee (I pick coffee up before school or work) it's literally only half full. So of course because I pay almost $6 for a cup of coffee even with a personal cup, I call them and they offer me a free drink on my next visit. It's embarrassing to call and I hate the thought of them thinking that I'm abusing the system. But I'm a poor college student and love treating myself to a cup of coffee on exam days. If I go through the drive through and see it's not up to with foam, I kindly ask them to top it off. So of course, It happened today in the drive thru. I went in today with my personal cup and got my usual order and the drive thru girl handed me my cup which was only half full. I asked her if she could please fill it to where it should be and she takes it back. I get to class to driNk my coffee and it's literally tastes like just milk, and guess what? Still not as full as it should be. I literally NEVER have this issue at any other Starbucks besides this one. And I'm very easygoing and understanding, but after today I felt compelled to share. As someone else mentioned in another review, I wish they would pay more attention to detail. I leave feeling like they're trying to rip me off. And if I were a cashier and noticed that the order wasn't up to standards, I'd have my team fix the issue before the order went out to a customer. Some consideration for the customer would be really nice, especially when it's not cheap to purchase coffee from them. Get your act together, Streetsboro Starbucks. read more

Yay! There's finally a Starbucks in Streetsboro that I can hit up on my way to work! The drive-thru is a bit of a pain that you have to go all the way around the building but it's manageable. The service is very quick and is probably the fastest of most Starbucks I go to. The employees are happy and perky...sometimes a little too much so for early in the morning but I certainly enjoy this new convenient location read more

Don't order here!! Just want people to know there is a huge problem with this location in the past 4 months. They never have enough staff and even went a whole week closed down. You can't order ahead with the mobile app and are not able to pick up in the store. But, the big problem is the quality of the coffee, it is sometimes not consumable. It has the flavor of dishwater almost every time I order, and the iced cold brew coffee is watered down. It tastes more like a glass of milk. A few times I have had to dump it down the drain when I get home. This was my favorite Starbucks for many years, but I suspect that the pandemic is causing staffing problems. So, for now I go to a Starbucks location in the next town, or when I am traveling. Unfortunately the complaint I have is for the Streetsboro location only. The coffee I order in other towns is the usual high quality product you expect from Starbucks. Not sure why there is a problem with this particular location. read more

Amazing service! They accidentally had given me a hot caramel crème brûlée latte, when I asked for it to be iced, they just misheard me, no biggie, it happens! They happily replaced the drink and had given me a gift card for the wait. Simply the best Starbucks service I have ever received! Highly recommended for the area! read more
