Not a huge Starbucks fan but with milk foam in the espresso.. not bad This store however is great. I AM a regular but it's exactly like Norm going into the CHEERS bar. I always do drive in. They usually recognize me from the camera and we make pleasant conversation rather than talking about my order, which is the same everyday. Occasionally I get a new order taker but the other team members usually help him or her before I am compelled to enter "normal customer mode." Horrible customer service. Wait time for drink 25min with not another customer in the store who ordered after me. Drive thru moving along. After 15min wait 4-5 mobile orders walk in and pick up drinks. And 25min after I place an order at the cafe I have to ask for my drink to be made. Ridiculous. Not a sorry for the wait. Nothing but rude people working. A sorry goes a long way. Won't be ordering at this Starbucks anymore. Plenty of local and chain options nearby. read more

I ordered "pick up" in store , only to find out as I was hurrying to work - that they were not allowing in store pick up because a few of the lights were out in the seating area inside - therefore no one could walk in and pick up their order . I didn't want to sit down and eat I just wanted to pick up my order and not be late for work ! But instead I had to get in the drive thru lane of 6 cars ahead of me and was subsequently late for work . I understand if u have to close your dine in section - but turn off the option of " pick up in store" ! Or leave your front doors open and don't allow people to be seated ! It's pretty simple . would like to start off by saying that this rating is in regards to a particular event and not necessarily to the entire establishment. This afternoon we stopped to go through the drive thru. I have a small 12 pound Pomeranian who was not showing any signs of aggression and clearly I was in control of him. One of my dog's favorite experiences along with "many" other dogs is hearing the question "would he like a pup cup?" As usual he got in his position perched halfway out the drivers window patiently waiting to hopefully hear those words. Instead we were looked upon with horror by an employee who then says "I am afraid of dogs." So responded respectfully that he is gentle and will not bite. Instead she stood there almost making a statement that she will not serve us and gave her co worker an asinine stare. The tragedy of all this is my dog is a trained emotional support animal so not only did she make us feel uncomfortable but also made us feel discriminated against. I would like to make a suggestion that she needs to go somewhere where there is no chance of contact with animals. Also my chocolate croissant were cold when I requested them to be heated. Maybe she should do her job instead of being dramatic. On a positive note the window girl with the blue ponytail saw the whole thing go down and did her best to salvage the rest of our experience. Everyone is always very friendly whenever I visit be it in the drive thru or in the store. I've never had my order messed up and no matter how many substitutions I make the barista takes them with a smile on their face. Love the yearly buy 1, get 1 free promotion on holiday drinks! Definitely makes it more affordable and I visit more often. I personally love a good chai tea latte, peppermint mocha, and don't forget the java chip! Yum! read more

This is a very convenient location for those who live in Taylors. Close to businesses and grocery stores that are visited every day. The coffee, eh it's Starbucks. If you like the burnt taste, go for it. Seating is very limited. Other than that, it's perfect if you need a quick cup of coffee while around town. read more

I am one of those people who always does a mobile order and never uses a drive thru... I've visited this Starbucks in two different occasions since they opened and that was enough to never go back. Both times I've had to call the Corporate office for a refund. The most recent was the worst I've experienced in any Starbucks store to date... around 9:00am I figured the store would be busy, so I gave a little extra time (about 10 minutes), and put my mobile order in. I arrive at the store and the person at the counter says it'll be ready in about 15 minutes... I put the mobile order in 10 minutes ago. He says we are swamped and I look around to see one person sitting at a table and there no one at the drive thru and I question him, and ask did that one person order 50 drinks?? and he says, "we are short handed today because ___ ___ called out"... first you don't ever tell a customer you are short handed, we don't care, second, you don't throw your teammate under the bus. So he gets on my drink finally, apparently in the 3 hours they'd been open they didn't prep anything, instead of scooping the powders into the drink, he pours it straight from the bag to the mixer. The amount would have made any dentist cringe. He handed finally handed me my drink and I took a sip and put it down and I asked him if he'd remake it and he said he wasn't allowed to and the girl he was working with confirmed what he said (which I know is a lie), I then Asked for a refund which was told only a manager could issue, so I asked to speak with a manager, they said one wasn't in till later, so turned to walk out, the guy who made my drink asked why I wasn't taking my drink. I told him to go ahead and throw it away that I would be calling the corporate office later for a refund and let them know about the experience today. All in all, that was by far the worst trained, poorly run Starbucks I've ever been in. The only highlight of the store is it looks nice and has parking. read more

One of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Super disorganized waited about 20 minutes for my shaken tea. Drinks are not made in the order taken and half the baristas have this blank look like they're just "winging it" while making the drink. The barista taking the drink order was nice enough but disappeared to the back a good 5 minutes while people were waiting in line. If you're in a rush I would say avoid this Starbucks. read more

Maybe it's because I worked at Starbucks for a number of years, or because the drinks are so expensive, but I have a high expectation for Starbucks' service and product quality. I went through the drive through at this location. The service: It took me 30min to get through. I ordered a sweet cream nitro and an almond milk caramel macchiato. I confirmed with the barista at the window that the macchiato was indeed made with almond milk. The drinks: Instead of having the layer of sweet cream on top of the nitro, it was mixed in. Also, it turned out the macchiato was made with cow's milk. I was too far away to go back so called and they said to come back the next day for a remake on the macchiato. When I went back for a remake on the macchiato, the service was just as slow (neither visit was during peak hours). This time I verified multiple times that it was made with almond milk. It was, only they got my order wrong again by giving me a vanilla latte instead of a caramel macchiato I won't be visiting this location again. read more

coffee was absolutely delicious! service was bad. drive thru lady was very rude. i forgot to mention at the speaker i needed almond milk and tried to tell them at the window but it took forever to even get their attention. and by the time i told her she said "well she's going to have to re make it" and she wasn't very nice about it. lady making the drinks was very obviously upset and didnt seem to care about her facial expressions. not the first time i've had to deal w rude service at this location. read more
