We are trapped. With my wife's infatuation with Starbucks' Iced Chai Latte (one extra pump of chai please) and my "well I might as well have something too" attitude, there's a good chance that when we come to Thomasville that we are stopping by here for sips for the ride back to Tallahassee. It looks like a Starbucks with all the latest bells and whistles when I look through the drive through window while we get our order. It's easy in and out with a turn in aligned with the Lowe's across Highway 19 so there's a traffic light. As a result you can go either direction with ease on 19 when you leave without risking an accident. We order and pay via the app and they get our orders right (including that extra pump of chai) so we get to enjoy our sips for the pleasant ride home. read more

I love black coffee from Starbucks! Venti large spilled all over my forearm! The cups are flimsy and need to be double cupped. The manager discourages it?! Don't waste your time going here! Service is horrible and they're always closed! Never puts the sign up when closed so people go wait! Never get food, you won't ever get it. Too slow of service. The place is terribly SLOW with no good parking or lighting. read more

Not too happy with this location, it looks like they do not know what they are doing, many times I've been there they either put too much milk to compensate for the coffee or fill the cup up with ice to the top to make it look like the cup is full and when you're paying $6 or $7 + dollars for coffee it should be done, right!! I Have visited this store since the day it opened on a regular basis. Until December 2023, each time I entered the store I was greeted by name and with a smile regardless of how busy they were. As one skilled in organizational culture, I recognized a healthy work culture as a factor that made this store rise above many others I have visited. It was apparent that the baristas genuinely liked what they did and that they respected the store manager because she worked as hard as they did and recognized them for going over and beyond. Since that store manager was release in December, this location has struggled. They cannot keep enough staff to maintain the service that is expected of Starbucks. They are frequently short-staffed. This week without warning, they began closing on Sundays. The day after my most recent visit, they closed entirely. The app indicates "ordering ahead not available" and should say "closed" or "temporarily closed, will re-open soon". This store has gone from my favorite store to one of great question. In my visit on April 30, my order was ready several minutes after the calculated pick up time. I wasn't greeted nor acknowledged even through I visit several times each week. Either find management that can return this store to a welcoming, predictable environment or remove the Starbuck's sign. read more

I made a stop on the way home the other day. I saw on the menu the seasonal Carmel Brûlée Latte. I was so excited to finally get my favorite drink. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, only two cars in front of me, I placed my order only to be told they were out of that at the moment. I ordered my regular and drive around. The girl handed me my hot drink without a sleeve so I asked for one. She said they were out of them. $6 later with a burning cup in my hand, I drive off with such disappointment. I think I will support the local coffee shops from now on where I get much better service. read more

My daughter wanted to stop here to get a refreshing drink. She got a dragon fruit refresher. She said it was absolutely delicious! The only thing about this place was that the line was so backed up. Besides that I would definitely recommend going, coming, or visiting this place! read more
