Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks. Extremely rude employee Hayley greeted every other person in the shop except for us, and took about 5 minutes to take our order without a as much as speaking to us. She made us feel like an inconvenience not a customer. read more

This Starbucks is inside the Fred Meyers. We thought it was a good idea..... My bad. I asked the batista who was working solo, if he could transfer a gift card balance to my account. He immediately had a few reasons why he wasn't able to fulfill my request. O.K. I let my Wife order. She paid and he went over to make her order. Then before starting her order, he asked me if I wanted anything. I'm still standing in front of the at the order counter. He then comes back over and takes my order. Then goes back to make both our orders. Not sure what that was about but he seemed like he was really tired..... Anyways... I ordered an Americano, Grande. It was decent. My Wife's coffee was tasty. Maybe a different employee would add more energy to the atmosphere. read more

Doesn't have all the "stuff" of a "real" store. Pastries & coffee - but no food, line breakfast sandwiches - etc. It's inside a Fred Meyer, if you want something to eat, head to Fred Meyer Deli or parts of the grocery store. If you just "have to have" that bacon Gouda or double smoked bacon sandwich, head back into town and go to the other Starbucks - hopefully they have what you are looking for read more

I make coffee at home but on road trips I tend to stop into Starbucks. This particular location is inside of a Fred Meyer but it does have its own door to walk directly in and order your drink. The Starbucks stores that are inside a grocery store can be particularly hIt or miss in terms of service or correctness of how your coffee was made. Three stars for making the order correctly and ease of access, other than that it's your typical Starbucks experience. read more

This looks like a Starbucks. It has the menu and servers to match. It seems a little slower to serve customers. It charged 50 cents more than the Seaside Starbucks for an iced tea. We asked why and were told it is a franchise. read more

Drinks were great as always! Salted caramel hot cocoa has always been my favorite since middle school. The service was... something. I couldn't get her name as she wasn't wearing a nametag, but we had an older barista. I liked her flower crown. Anyways, it took about 20 minutes to get 2 drinks. I asked if they accepted cash (most places don't because of contact and the coin shortage), she scoffed and asked why they wouldn't, and when I tried explaining myself and she just kinda got upset like "well that's dumb". She didn't really give us the drinks, we had to reach into the plastic barrier. My boyfriend always says for our servers to have a good day before we leave, and she just gave us a look. It was really strange. But yeah, good drinks here! read more

This is probably my favorite stop for coffee on the way to the coast (from Portland). I don't love it because it's great coffee or for its beautiful interior, but it's quick and easy. It has doors inside Fred Meyers but you can also access it from the parking lot. While it's Starbucks and the coffee isn't going to be the notable part of the experience, it is fast service. Bonus, free wifi and acceptance stock art. read more

I don't like to do one stars but this one deserved it , the girl taking orders her name was Ariana was rude and had this horrible attitude & her poor coworker has to deal with that, her coworker asked if she forgot to make a drink or if the girl took the order wrong and Ariana goes "I don't know probably" and didn't even help her coworker out at all, I didn't hear that Ariana asked if I wanted whip cream and I asked what she said and she gets the attitude and goes "I said do you want whip cream" & my pregnant sister asked her to make her child's steamer kids temp and the outside of the cup is hot to touch and it burnt my nieces mouth. I come here about once a week. I find the baristas funny (the Joys are my favorites) and they make whatever I order as quickly as they can. It's starbucks, not a fancy coffee house so you should expect anything above what normal starbucks standards are, but I do think they try and are more than willing to customize drinks. read more

You have to understand that this is not a real Starbucks this is a fake Starbucks owned and operated by the Kroger company. This place is a total rip-off they sell croissants for $2.70 and fifty feet away they sell a larger fresher croissant for $0.69 in the grocery store portion of the coffee shop. The turn over here has been enormous in the last 2 years and even when there is a barista that stays for a considerable period of time most of them are angry and exhibit a behavior of animosity towards the General Public and in many cases audio expose their personal lives while behind the counter. There are many Starbucks aficionados that will not like this review but generally people that drink at Starbucks aren't real coffee drinkers anyway. Starbucks customers drink frothy sugary drinks that are loaded with ice whipped cream caramel chocolate oh yeah and a thimbles worth of coffee. The coffee at most Starbucks is bitter or burnt and overloaded with water so you have that nice nasty overcooked stink. Unfortunately I do not have a choice as I live in a town of 5,000 people and only three coffee shops you can actually sit down and enjoy the coffee and this is one of them so for the last 3 plus years I have watched the service in this particular location actually decline from when I first started patronizing this establishment. There are many days when I come in with my significant other and we almost dread having to speak to who is ever behind the counter except for two people which I will not name. So if you want a ridiculously tourist infested overpriced burnt cup of coffee where you can listen to local rumors of rednecks this is your spot. read more

The worst Starbucks I have visited in 25 years. Filthy tables, chairs, no napkins or cup sleeves at the service center or barista bar. We stood in line for 20 minutes while a staff member searched for a shopping bag. The Starbucks store inventory was sitting in Fred Meyer shopping carts blocking the service stand and stock room door which was labeled "do not block". The shopping bags needed were in the closet blocked by the shopping carts. The staff stood around while one person found the shopping bags instead of continuing to make drinks. This is not the expectation when visiting Starbucks. read more
