This location is great do to the hours they are open. We tend to go to this location during the weekends. The staff is great as well.

In a nutshell, I've been to this starbucks about fifty bajillion times. Everybody who works there rocks and the drinks are always good. The drive thru moves fast in the morning which is a pro when I'm being an awesome hubby and picking up a little coffee for wifey on my way to work. The to-go line at this location is absolutely ridiculous. My mom and I got stuck in line once for over 30 minutes and couldn't leave due to the way the drive through was built. Also, numerous times when I've sat inside to get some work done was the atmosphere horrible. The staff was gossiping and chatting so loudly I couldn't concentrate at all. I come here pretty often when I want to use the WiFi and have a drink with some sweets, but the staff has been nothing but polite, but what I dont have a real love for are the obnoxious Tinley Park high schoolers who park their arrogant loud a**es in the establishment for the next two hours talking about nothing. The place is clean and the bathroom is clean as well. I like coming someplace where the surroundings is clean and inviting. I prefer a place where people come to enjoy a drink and have a moment to surf the internet. I like a place where like minded people come to enjoy a quiet place to study with their favorite drink. Apparently employees answering the phone at this location is optional. My question--if you're not going to answer it, why have it? I called to order coffee for my book club. I called four times and let it ring 15-20 times each call and no one answered. On the 5th call, someone picked up on about the 15th ring. Why have a phone if you're not going to answer it? I use this Starbucks quite often. I usually take a quick run through the drive thru for a nice but overpriced caffeinated beverage. Occasionally I need to use some of the other features of this Starbucks, such as, the restroom. My only problem with this Starbucks is the location of the restroom right across from the ordering counter. This results in me having to order my coffee with a side of shame because long trips to the restroom are easily noticed by the staff. When I hand them money on these occasions I know that lady behind the counter just thinks; "oh no its a poop dollar". On a positive note, the location does have WIFI which makes multitasking a breeze. I will be back. read more

Who does the inventory/ordering for this location? You should be fired. Every time I do mobile ordering my favorite items are "sold out at this location". I go after my workout at the gym, they get you in and out... I get the tall medium roast coffee with steamed cream. Add a little raw sugar, vanilla powder and cinnamon and I'm set! Sometimes I'll also get the feta spinach wrap, not the best... Bagels are better!! read more

If this were not so close to my house, I would literally never go to this Starbucks. I will say the people I've encountered were all nice and have never had an incorrect order but the wait is obnoxious. The drive thru is by far the slowest I've ever seen. The one on 140ish and LaGrange would have 10 cars and you would be in and out every time. Here you will wait whether there are 2 cars or 20. I just don't get it, you are a super busy Starbucks, I get it, but there is either a breakdown in workflow or staffing here. The same can be said about going inside where I've waited extensively every time. I hate giving bad reviews because I know how much retail stores weigh on them and the workers seem to be trying. So 5/3/18 Happy Hour has been advertised for month, how does your store run out of all ingredients to make any and all frappes? And it was 3 hours into the happy hour! Favorite Starbucks since the 151st and LaGrange one closed down. All my drinks are prefect and the baristas are sweet and wonderful.

This is the absolute worst Starbucks I've ever been to and it happens to be the closest to my house. The service is so slow! You end up waiting longer than you would for a full meal at a restaurant. It's unreal. The drive thru line is a 20 minute wait at best! read more

Starbucks - Frappe - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Tinley Park, Illinois

This is consistently the worst Starbucks ever. I come here when I visit my family every other weekend and I am always disappointed in the service. I continue to go because Starbucks coffee is Starbucks coffee, it rarely changes with location. I seem to always get the snottiest little barristas. Its not just one, but a few. For example, yesterday I ordered my drink with 2 shots of espresso. Not only did I say 2 shots as ordering, I clarified it again at the end of the order. When the guy handed me my drink he said "one shot" and I said, "no, I ordered two". He went on to tell me that I only got charged for one and I said "I ordered two". He then mumbled something about who was at fault and then handed me my drink with the 2nd shot. I don't mind paying for coffee, extra shots and all, but I do mind when I specify it twice in an order and I get attitude when they give me a wrong drink. Another time I went in and the girl told me that they did not make the drink I wanted. Hmmm... every other starbucks that I had ordered from does, including this one in the past. Instead of even arguing with her, I took a tall coffee instead. The one across the street was so much better when it was opened. read more

The staff at this Starbucks is always so nice and polite. I often visit this location along with many other Starbucks throughout Chicago and they are always great. I even went in one time and ordered my usual tea and I had lost my voice and before I could finish my order they asked if I wanted honey and lemon. Tiny cafe with a hard to park in lot. Few parking spaces. Hard to find a seat at peak hours. No couches or cozy, big chairs.

This Starbucks is my absolute favorite. I come here all of the time. My recent experience was so uplifting I had to share it with you guys. Today actually I was having a really horrible day so of course I went to grab a Starbucks. The manager behind the counter was awesome. She even let me know that there was a sale going on! How awesome- coffee never goes on sale. All of the girls that were working there tonight were so sweet and talking to me about drinks even though I was indecisive. I have been through the drive through many times. Most of my experiences with ordering coffee and a spinach feta wrap. I am not sure if they are in a hurry, but oftentimes, the spinach feta wrap is still cold in the middle. BUT, the biggest issue I have is with one smug woman who grins as she tells me that they have no napkins when I ask. Seriously? I left the first time when she said that, but when she tells me the same thing during another visit, I about had it! I asked her if the whole entire restaurant was out, and she said, "Yes." I asked to speak to a manager. The manager quickly came to the window. I asked her for napkins. She said, "Sure!" She went to a cabinet and handed me a few. The window woman tells me that she asked for a stack for the window earlier that morning. I just shook my head and drove off. Bummer that they have this person working the window who can't walk a few steps to find some napkins. read more
