It's new...it's clean...and it's a perfectly acceptable Starbucks. Maybe the location hasn't been discovered yet. When I got there at 7:30 on a Monday morning, the inside was nearly empty. One person seated, another just leaving as I walked in, though the drive-through looked a little backed up. Barista was friendly and efficient, and I was on my way quickly. If you plan to settle in, this location has the usual array of small tables lining the walls, as well as a more open lounge area with padded chairs. Overall this is smaller than most Starbucks outlets, but if the volume of business is consistently what it was like when I stopped, it's has all the space necessary. read more

A good location and spacious store. The staff is friendly as well, unfortunately the shop was really dirty, made it uncomfortable to have a good experience. I first sat at the little bar area, but then noticed pieces of food everywhere. Not tiny crumbs but large chunks of food scattered all over the floor. I took a closer look and there was a significant colony of ants devouring two of the larger pieces about a foot apart from each other, along with a trail of dozens of ants coming from a corner of the building. I moved myself to another section but let the staff know about the problem. One would think staff would show great concern, embarrassment and would take action immediately. Well gosh, not at this Starbucks! The employee minimized it and said they were aware of the recurring problem and continued with her other duties. While I sat at the other section I also noticed dozens of gnats flying all over me continuously. This is not acceptable for an establishment that sells food. I'm hoping the Health Department drops by and sees this mess, I will not be coming here again. read more

Corporate needs to take a visit out to the Starbucks. Probably in the top five worst Starbucks in America. Most definitely in Ohio! The coffee always tastes burnt and the workers are so slow! I stopped in to do some work for about an hour on a Saturday. Ordered my drink, got a seat, and waited until they called my name. Except, it never came. I waited for about 15 minutes waiting for the line to clear, before I walked up to the barista (Alyssa) who took my order and told her I never got my drink. She immediately asked me for my name and what I ordered and looked at the cups that were still behind the counter. She wasn't able to find it and immediately got a cup and the milk out and started making my drink and told me it would be just a second. When she gave me my drink, she included a gift card and told me that my next drink was on them and she apologized profusely for the situation. I wasn't upset, I ordered on a busy Saturday afternoon and after working in the retail and food businesses, I know things happen and occasionally things get lost. But the great customer service that she gave me was incredible. This Starbucks is fairly close to my house so I stop in at least once a week, and her customer service made me want to stop in more. read more

Drive thru is always slammed busy & the parking lot is kinda awful. I recommend doing mobile orders to cut the wait time. Honestly even though the parking & wait times suck the drinks are always delicious & the employee are nice. Overall the inside is nice with lots of seating. Seems pretty clean for how busy it is. My drink isn't ultra complicated & I am not a high maintenance customer this location serves my pick me up needs. read more

So. I went to Starbucks early today because I had to take family to the airport. They are posted to open at 6. The staff was inside. When I tried the door, it was locked at 6:10. I knocked. A person with a less than amiable attitude came to the door and told me they weren't opening until 6:30 because it was Easter. Ok. Where did you post this so we would know? In my opinion, they were simply running late and used the holiday as an excuse. I have no problem with holiday hours, just let the customers know and show some courtesy when someone knocks after opening hours. I was not the only one trying to go through drive through or get through the front door. Poor management. read more

I always have a good experience at the Starbucks but the older woman working the drive-through this morning around 720am was miserable. I had to repeat my order several times for her to get it right and then when I pulled up after waiting in line a long time- because she was messing up orders, there was no greeting, no smile- frown on her face and she just barked the amount at me and handed my stuff out the window. I love Starbucks. The manager and baristas are wonderful here. I have used this location 1-2 time a week for the past several years (they moved to this new location fairly recently, from Talmadge Rd). However, I must say, the "WiFi" at this location is most pathetic. I have had faster speeds with my old dial up service from the 1980's. HELP! I was told that Corporate has been aware of this, but has offered no solution. Other Starbucks WiFi systems, in the immediate area, works fine. So, why open a new operation and offer such lousy connection speeds? FYI, I've noticed the in store customers, who need their computers, are thinning rapidly. Cheap-cheap-cheap. read more
