This is such a nice quiet vibe and the matcha is so good! Even if your not a matcha person you have to try it!

Of course I had to come to the themed Friends coffee shop! But not only was this adorable cute coffee shop decorated to the top, but they had a great coffee menu and books for anyone to come and read and relax! Such an amazing coffee shop spot located inside the Franklin Park mall to grab a cup of coffee or tea and shop away. Such a cute spot!

3.5, but not enough to sway me to a 4. So it's been over a…read moreyear since I last tried this Panera Bread location. The commercials on TV make it look amazing and I had to see whether the quality had been upgraded. It was dinner time and I used the drive-thru so can't comment on ambiance in the dining room. Their drive-thru, however, brings you straight to the Stevens Garbage Disposal area, so it would be great to change that eyesore. It's a little confusing to find the drive-thru lane, which I recall from last time. Nevertheless, I checked out their menu and noted that they had several specials going on - some only for breakfast before 10:30am. Anyway, I ordered the Asiago Chicken Bagel Sandwich for myself and ordered the Fuji Apple Salad for my mom. The person at the drive-through window was pleasant and I was soon on my way. I liked that they made a point of including napkins- a thing that a lot of restaurants don't bother with these days. Upon arriving home, I couldn't help but compare my sandwich to the one advertised on the drive-thru marquee and it wasn't even close to the professional pic (perhaps AI enhanced?). Anyway, I posted them both below so you can decide. I will say that it was dripping with dressing but faulted myself for not asking for dressing on the side. Anyway, my sandwich was pretty good,-not as hard bread-wise than you might expect from a bagel. Was actually soft and fluffy. The tomatoes weren't the best - there were two very small slices. Nice to have arugula though too slathered with the salad dressing and not evenly distributed throughout the sandwich. The sandwich wasn't totally filled with chicken but was enough for a dinner portion (for me). My mom's Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken looked good and fresh, although it went into the fridge for another day. I will note that I didn't order any of the "Mix and Match" or other specials because it was for dinner. They do look intriguing and I would consider trying them out. I will say, however, that I believe the "half portions" might be unsatisfying, but maybe okay for lunch with a half sandwich. Based on my experience, I think the "2" rating overall on Yelp is a bit harsh. The food is at least fresh here and I would recommend checking it out! I have posted pictures below... Far better than any of the greasy options in the nearby food court mall!

Fast. Fresh. Good customer service and good food will visit again! Very pleasant dining room.read more

Driving up I didn't realize they had a drive thru so this place became very convenient for me. They had a great menu focused on Chicago's beef sandwich and man was it delicious. I ordered the beef sandwich dipped with Cajun fries and a green goddess smoothie and MAN was I wowed by all the flavors. Fantastic place with a great menu and very friendly staff.

Chicago Food? That literally could mean anything! BUT…read more.. IMO, "Chicago Food" especially means deep dish pizza, Chicago dogs, Chicken Vesuvio, and ITALIAN BEEF SANDWICHES! It means a few other things too, but these top my personal list. Chicago Post Cafe does at least two of these items very well. Today, I had the Italian Beef Sandwich with hot peppers and marinade on the side. Although hard to eat (the damned things falls apart too easily), it was fantastic. I've had more than a few of these, in Chicago none the less, and this version is honestly one of the best. It's better than Portillo's, and almost as good as Johnie's. Choose your peppers...hot, mild, and/or sweet! Plan to use your fingers to get what falls off the roll, because you won't want to waste a single morsel. Drink the marinade/dip while you're at it. The menu is pretty extensive, and breakfast seems to be featured. I saw another customer's plate, and her bacon, eggs, and pancake looked incredible. The place is small and a little tight, but you can eat in-house. Only one table seats more than 2. Service was fast and friendly. Very friendly. Yeah, I am remiss. I really should be eating here more often. Strictly breakfast and lunch. 5 stars for now.
