Messed up both my drinks- took 12 minutes to make a vanilla bean frappe and it tasted like marshmallow not vanilla bean. Then cannon ball drink had coconut milk in it not the lemonade like it said on the app when I was looking at the drinks. Then my cake pops was wrong. Avoid this location at all costs. I am a consistent customer at this location, as it is the only location nearby for me, but they have lost a customer. Every single morning, you wait 30+ minutes with maybe 5-6 cars in front of you, they leave the cold foam sitting on counters, hence why it's foamy and watery, three quarters of my cup is filled with watered down cold foam, never write on the cup as they are supposed to, they have poor customer service attitudes, food is only ever heated to room temperature and if you go into the store to complain they say "That's how it's supposed to be" when I have been a customer for 8+ years ordering the same thing.. No, that is not how it's supposed to be. Long story short, avoid this location and spend the extra 10 minutes driving somewhere else. Ugh... this is not your typical Starbucks experience. First of all, as previous reviews have stated, you're definitely in for a long wait. Second, as indicated in other reviews, they will likely be out of stock of several items. Finally, I had to bounce between the two restrooms because one didn't have toilet paper, but the other didn't have soap. ‍ There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of options in this area, so I'm guessing that's why people still come here. Thankfully the Starbucks in my hometown are run much more efficiently. read more

It sucks when I order a cold brew with brown sugar cold foam that the young lady doesn't know how to make foam and it turns to cream every single time she makes it. She has long hair with glasses and worked today at 6:30am. And then her side kick at the register asked what the problem was and I said "I got a cold brew with foam and the foam just keeps sinking down" and he said "oh yeah that would be the problem" in a sarcastic voice. One star ding because unless you participate in their star program the prices are too high. Otherwise my favorite here is the classic cafe Americano, with it without cream it's consistently good. If you like more of a donut shop coffee you can't go wrong with the Blonde roast or Pike Place. And, they should offer decaf all the time. read more

Left for work 20 min early to stop for coffee, I needed to go inside to ask how to use my redeemed rewardsbecause I've never used them before. Went to the register, told the girl I needed help, and she put the scanner in front of me on the counter. I said ok, what do I do & she seemed annoyed that I had to ask. I do understand that it's extremely busy in the morning hours, especially with 3 million online orders constantly coming thru. I ordered my drink & moved to the tables to wait. I was 1 of 3 customers waiting. I ended up waiting over 15 min & still no drink. They were continually making online orders with people coming & leaving. I finally had to ask for a refund because I had to get to work. I think if a customer gets out of their car & comes in to order, they should have a little priority over someone who isn't even there yet. I will not be going here anymore in the morning. Every worker in there seemed to hate their jobs, no one smiling at all. I wish this wasn't the case because I like the proximity to work & I like their coffee. read more

Three strikes you're out. This review is not related to staffing. It's about either the management team or owner staying on top of their supplies necessary to service their customers. There is a guy who works in the drive thru primarily who is always rude and unpleasant! He hands you your food or drink and says "Here" each time. No here you go or there you are, just a blunt here! Everytime I go through the drive thru he is at the window (mustache, mullet hair style). He was wearing a face mask today when I went Thursday, Sept. 12 at 4 pm. This is the closest Starbucks to my house but I dread going there because I'll probably encounter him! I am close to going to a different store just to avoid this guy! I asked for light ice. This is what they handed me. When I asked "is this light ice?" the woman said "yes, this drink is made with a lot of ice." First picture is after I took one small sip. The rest shows a full cup of ice. This cost over $6 and there was barely any liquid in the cup and it didn't taste very good. I wish I had time to take it back. This is the last time I will visit this location! The drive-through is and always has been incredibly slow! you grow a beard waiting! I spent $17 for two tall chai tea lattes and an egg white bite. Stupidly, I drove away before sipping the drink. There was zero chai tea mixture in either drinks! What they made was a chai "tea bag" and added milk to it instead of using the chai tea mixture! I would've gone back if i had time so I poured both down the sink! If you chose to go to this location, DON'T. and they haven't improved since they opened! read more

I normally am very easy going and let a lot of things slide. But I can't hold back about this Starbucks. My coworkers and I were so excited about this Starbucks opening as it is only two minutes from work. But this Starbucks is horrid. Not only are they continually on strike (I'm not going to get into my opinion on butt hurt snowflakes forming cry baby unions), but they are SLOW when they do have people working. I've left my house up to 15 minutes early in anticipation of their slowness, and still been late for work!! Delaware Ave and further up Sheridan, NEVER take this long. Which is where I will be going from now on I guess because after this morning, I will never go back. Waited in the drive thru almost half a damn hour today. I ordered my usual Venti. I get a Venti every. single. day. I never order anything smaller than a Venti. I also order decaf because I am sensitive to caffeine. Today I (finally) pulled up to the window and the girl handed me a grande. I told her it was supposed to be a venti, and she looked at the sticker, gave me a face with THE MOST attitude, and said in a snotty tone "We will just remake that for you". I wanted to rip that girl's dumb face right off her head. And to make matters worse, I am now at work having a panic attack. Because I am sure they didn't bother making it decaf. Just a random tid bit. Not necessarily this location has any issues but this just happened to be the location I was told this information. Regarding their new lavender drinks. I'm very allergic to lavender but I love Starbucks. Since they got lavender in their stores now I have been extremely hesitant to go... So I took a chance one day and just stated I'm allergic to lavender. Can you please make sure there is no mixed contamination in my drink. I was told that day I went they just happened to be sold out of lavender so I got lucky, however, the barista responded to me. " No, unfortunately we cannot guarantee to not get lavender in your drink ( she proceeded to tell me it's a powder. Of course she doesn't know the severity of my allergy. It being in the air doesn't bother me I just can't have it IN my drink) she then tells me I need to be careful. And that due to lavender now being at their stores some employees were laid off due to them being allergic as well. And that just didn't sit right with me. So, now you all know if you didn't already.. Customer's and employee's health is not important to Starbucks and only profit is important.
