I'm a regular customer, here daily and my drink never changes. Everyone pretty much knows me, so I'll just say, Aimee's drink when ordering and unless someone is new, they know how to make my drink. This morning I went through the drive-thru, specified Ainee's drink given I know the voices of the team members and the girl says, "I don't know that drink", so I asked who it was and rudely and abruptly, the girl (ALEX) says, "Does it matter"? Oh Princess..... Your attitude is with the wrong person!!!! Alex has MAJOR attitude issues, she thinks her crap doesn't stink but she's truthfully in the wrong industry of customer service with the unprofessional attitude she seems to have each and every time I see her! Service and employees are great, but I ordered two Caramel macchiatos that were horrible. I ordered one hot and one iced both substitute almond milk. Both coffees tasted like almond milk and chalk. I get the frustration of sitting through the drive through so I don't put myself through that torture anymore. There are 6-8 workers at any given time inside but they all focus on different areas (orders, food, drinks, cleaning, drive through, restocking, management) and work as fast as they can. The workers don't make the system so you can't really blame them. The drive through will take anywhere from 15-30 minutes depending on amount of cars, drinks and orders per person. I highly recommend downloading the Starbucks app and locating other Starbucks in the area if you are in a rush on time. Going inside will take about 5-10 minutes from order to drink and mobile orders seem to get priority if you want to order ahead and just pick up. My go to drink: iced coffee with 6 pumps classic, 4 Vanilla and half and half cream. I also like the seasonal peppermint mocha and on cold days will drink a small vanilla latte. Inside they sell coffee, candy, snacks, and coffee cups to go if you want to bring the cup with you everywhere. As much as I love Starbucks I never remember to bring my reusable cups unfortunately. read more

I don't know if they put priority on mobile orders, or just don't have any sense of urgency, but their system needs to be revamped. The 1st time I went to this location, I couldn't figure out how to get to the dang drive thru from the road BUT alas, I figured it out- it's in an odd spot for sure. I went to this location on my break.... I was happy with the customer service, but I'm very unhappy with my drink... I ordered the Strawberry Açaí refresher.... it didn't have any of the strawberries in it for starters.... it was super watered down and had barely any flavor. I went there a few times, and I have to say that only once did it happen that I got my drink within 10 minutes... today there were about 4 cars ahead of me. Every time I come up to NorCal from SoCal, I stay with friends in Mountain House. And most every time I'm there, I go into this particular Starbucks. Well today was a "first time ever" sort of moment.....and NOT in a good way!! I'm sitting at a table, talking with some friends, & I notice an employee come out from behind the counter to go & use the restroom. Pretty standard stuff. Want got me noticing her was that she appeared to have to need the restroom pretty bad, because she was bouncing up & down in the waiting area. She obviously had knocked on the restroom door (the women's room, as well as the men's room) & confirmed they were currently occupied. Again, pretty standard stuff. What wasn't so "standard" was what she did next. I noticed she had gone back behind the counter, grabbed some keys, & headed back to the restroom area. She again knocked on the restroom door & then proceeded to unlock the door, only to find that there was a young girl & her kid brother utilizing the restroom. I could see that the employee appeared embarrassed, apologized, & immediately closed the door. A couple minutes later, the young girl & her kid brother came out of the restroom & began to walk back to their table to join their family. As she was walking by me, I asked her if the employee had actually knocked on her door. The girl said that she did & also said that she had said that the restroom was "busy". You may be asking, what's my point? There are no public keys at the front desk for patrons to ask permission to use the restrooms at this particular establishment. If the restroom doors are locked, it means that they are being occupied. WHY would you think that it would be okay to grab the store keys & unlock the women's restroom door?! I understand that you have to use the restroom really bad, HOWEVER, you just invaded a patron's privacy, Ms. Shelby!!!! And Mr. Manager Ryan, I truly hope you do something about this. Went into Starbucks to pick up a mobile order at 10:30am on 6/5 . Went to pick up my drink and it looked like their was extra drizzle at the bottom. I had asked the guy worker with shaggy hair and tattoos if he had put extra drizzle at the bottom because I had only wanted it on the top. He said " I dont know I didn't make it " and walked away. I thought that wasn't the typical customer service you would see at Starbucks. Then I went to taste the drink and it was too sweet for me so I just asked him again if he could pour the drink out and pour it in a new cup. He looked at me and just put a new cup next to my old one, didn't say a word and walked away again. This Starbucks always messes up on my drinks and food. If I call to get a Carmel frappe, they won't put Carmel! If I ask for a turkey bacon they give me a Gouda sandwich. When I ask for 2 pumps of sugar free, they put four and it ends up so sweet! Most importantly when I call and give a manager (Sara and Javier) my feedback they are so unprofessional and don't fix the problem like they should! Very unprofessional! They don't know customer service at all. If you want customers to come back you take care of your mess up! They don't even smile or greet you when you walk in. I don't expect much of Starbucks, usually. It's not my favorite coffee or my favorite place to study or my favorite way to people watch. It is, however, usually pretty consistent in quality and drinkability. I came to this particular Starbucks with my family on a very busy day. We didn't mind the wait because we expected the quality to be drinkable. We were wrong. We threw away all 3 of our drinks IMMEDIATELY upon tasting them. Both times I've been there, not only has it been busy, but it's dirty - the trash cans are full, the bar has creamer and sugar spilled on it, etc. They get the drinks right, and that's about all they've got going for them. Great service. It's your basic starbucks coffee which is what you expect. The thing that really sells it for me is the customer service here. They serve you with a smile and are very personable. However, I was a little put off last time when the girl messed up on my drink size and I watched her just pour it into another cup and add more ice and top it with whipped cream. However, when you walk through the door and see about 7-8 workers and you stand at the counter for two minutes without being acknowledged , you know you may be in for a problem. Let's see, there was a new employee receiving one on one training and someone on mop duty along with about 4 or 5 more employees and not once in the 4 minutes of standing at the counter did I get acknowledged. I don't even know why I bother going here anymore. They are constantly out of A LOT. Lids, cups, cardboard coozies, Syrups, sugars, even coffee sometimes. I usually have to remind them of drizzle or whip on my kids drinks. They can't get an order larger than two items out at the same time, or correctly. I'm not even kidding when I say my kids will eat their food, then my drink will come and go cool as I wait for theirs. I know the difference between whole milk and 2%.
