Horrible! Everytime I order a drink they find a way to make it taste horrible. Twice they have given me someone else's order. My chai tea tastes like flavored water, my boyfriends coffee was the nastiest tasting thing ever. They should really stop and retrain the associates on how to propert make good coffee, especially when you are paying almkst five dollars for a drink. read more

I went there for a two o clock pick me up coffee. It was cold but I wanted a caramel frappacino. The worker was polite and prompt. Got the drink in 3-4 minutes, maybe even less. They had quite a few customers in the shop also. Wifi worked great! The frappacino was smooth, loved it! read more

My experience was terrible and I waited in line to pick up my order for 25 minutes and the lady in front of me and the guy behind me were asking when their drink was going to be ready and the barista just kind of stood there... I really wouldn't recommend going here if you are on a time limit. Honestly, if I could rate zero stars then I would. Over the years I've been stoping here on my way to Stockton to get caffeine. Every time I came here including today the Baristas has terrible attitudes. My order is always extremely simple. Today was the day I had to make a review. The barista threw my banana bread on the counter with a puddle of water on it which soaked my banana bread and then expected me to take it. Then nearly spilling my drink by tossing it on the counter and threw the straw in the puddle. Nasty. read more

One garbage can that's ALWAYS overflowing, wrappers and napkins on the floor, nothing is ever cleaned up. I would like to say that I love this Starbucks!! Every time I have travel to Tracy I make it a point to come to this particular one! Kristin and her night crew are amazing! The service and dedication to their costumers is admirable! I always have a positive interaction. All the drinks I have ever gotten there have been amazing! They are extremely helpful and mindful of their costumers! An example would be when I went to get some work done and there was another person bothering me. They made sure that I was okay and taken care of! They go above and beyond and I would definitely recommend them! read more

I work from home and this is my local coffee house. I typically only use the drive thru and the wait has never been an abnormally long one. The customer service in the drive thru is usually super great....and on that note, this morning's experience pushed me to write today's review. Monica, working the drive thru this morning (3/16/17, 8:00am) is super!! She was personable and cheery and I appreciate that! I went through drive thru on a Monday morning ( yesterday ) I ordered two drinks. My usual iced Caramel macchiato, extra shot, 5 pumps of caramel syrup & extra caramel drizzle. My other drink was for my cousin. That came out first. My drink came & it was a latte. I said "that was supposed to iced, I can pull around & come in" just so that the drive thru line doesn't get long. I ended up going inside & I waited about 5 mins before someone asked me if I had a mobile order I said "no I had the wrong drink at the window." At this point I'm running late to work. The barista hands me a drink & what looked to be mine, I walked out & started drinking it. Sadly, it was missing all my extras I paid for. two mistakes, one visit. I normally go to Starbucks on Naglee but this one was closer so I gave it a try and I regret it. First of all the service is very unprofessional, it's like a bunch of snooty high school girls work there. So I ordered a venti caramel ribbon crunch frappucino and asked for just a little extra caramel, she told me I can't have extra caramel because they were running out, okay that's fine. But I pulled up to the window and received this. I payed for a venti, not a tall, and fill the rest of the cup with whip cream and hope the customer won't notice. A FLY IN MY DRINK. A. FLY. IN. MY. DRINK. FLY FLY FLY. On Thanksgiving I came into this store and ordered an eggnog latte. I get home and start baking while continuously sipping on my latte. I get about half way done and I notice a different texture in my mouth. For some reason I thought it had something to do with the eggnog so I almost swallowed it but something told me to spit it out. To my utter dismay, A FLY CAME OUT OF MY MOUTH. HOW MANY TIMES CAN I SAY IT? A MILLION. A FLYYYYYYYYY. It's a shame, I've been here twice before and service was perfectly normal. I reported this to corporate as well, such a health code violation. After contacting corporate, their response was sending me recovery certificates. A FLY was in my drink, A HEALTH CODE VIOLATION was IN my drink, and you are expecting me to be satisfied with recovery certificates that I will NEVER use? Who in their right mind would ever drink Starbucks again after having a goddamn fly in their drink. Now I'm going to report them to the California department of health. read more

I come here often and seems more than not they get my drink wrong. A lot if the time I swear most the employees don't even listen to the entire order. I've had them read it back and still be wrong. Convenience is my only reason for punishing myself with patronizing this place. I really like when I get out my car to bring the drink that was made incorrectly and they tell me it's made correctly when it clearly isn't. Really professional, I mean if someone drives off from your drive thru then come back with your product don't give that person a hard time about the drink. Just fix it.... Went in drive thru today. Only 5 cars in line at 8pm so I thought I would get done fast. So very wrong !!!!! Wait 35 minutes to get one drink. The Brista took over 5 minutes to even take my order. When I got to the window he asked for money instead of apologizing for the long delay. When I told him I should not have to pay for waiting 35 minutes he said sorry we are short staffed. My drink was $2.95. I stop at this place every morning as I go to work. Recently every time there is a delay. read more

I did not have a problem today with the coffee or the services but, I do not like the negative smell in there. I will also add the smell is not as bad as the Blossom Hill San Jose location. But I would not spend any time in there to require my activated carbon respirator anyways. So the review is three stars overall. read more

I'm giving this Starbucks three stars not because of the quality taste of it, (it was good just as I always order) however I'm writing this review and giving it 3 stars because i went in there after having a bad day and I decided I wanted my favorite non caffeinated drink....upon arrival I was the only person at the register waiting I had seen that the employees there were a little backed up not to crazy but enough to where I waited almost 10 minutes before I was helped, then Neesha one of the baristas there asked me across the short dividing wall "what can I get started for you"..not even a welcome greet or anything..I told her I wanted a vanilla bean frappe add a banana and chocolate chips, she looked at me with an annoyed face and said "oh why are u ordering something complicated"...I said "what? Slowest service EVER. Every single time I come here the drive through is sooo slow. So I started parking and going in, just as slow. One time I was even the only one in line and still waited 15 minutes for a cup of coffee. The staff shows no urgency. It doesn't matter to them that the inside line is to the door or that the drive thru line is around the building and INTO THE STREET. They are taking orders and making drinks like there is just a couple of friends waiting for their drinks so they can all hang out. The staff constantly chats with each other about non work related topics. I know way more than I ever need to about these teens and young adults and their friends. I am paying for speed, consistency, and efficiency and getting a small town soap opera instead. Someone needs to light a fire under their asses. And frankly, I'm surprised when the order actually comes out right. Location and convenience of the drive thru are the only reasons I keep coming back. I disappoint myself every time. I know better. It's worth the drive to just go elsewhere. I will have to re-read my own review next time I think this place can pull off a simple drink order. read more

First time here and wasn't impress.. I love star bucks and wasn't a happy camper here. I was busy but the girls on the drive way service was on top of things. But the customer in front of me she was being very difficult. Coupons or discount very awesome but your holding up the line missy and to top it off after the coupon situation she order another drink that took forever. I love this Starbucks, come here all the time to do homework & it's great to study. It is noisy sometimes but it isn't to the point where it's distracting. The staff is friendly, the drinks are always on point and it does get packed, so if you want a table to do some work or js chill you have to either come early or pray there's a seat somewhere for you. I am a huge Starbucks fan but this one has to be the worst. I came in roughly about 8 pm and there was an old couple waiting for their drink. I go stand by the register like normal and no one acknowledges the fact that im waiting to order. I wait 3 min as 4 people behind the counter looks at me and never said anything. Im looking around at this point to see if this is a joke or something. But nope, it was definitely real. I could not believe this. This used to be one of my favorite Starbucks on my commute into the Bay Area. Recently, I've noticed it has been declining in service, consistency and cleanliness. In the last few months, I've been charged for the wrong product, drinks forgotten about, wrong drinks, no soap or paper towels in the bathroom. I also have a odd commute so it's not during the peak morning hours.... Often times barely anyone is in there and still these problems persist. The service has been mediocre with pseudo apologies and just lackluster performance, today several of the workers had an ongoing conversation about quitting their jobs there... You have a certain expectation in going to Starbucks that this location is not meeting. read more
