The only Starbucks in town that has their shit together. Drinks are always great, customer service is stellar, and they seem to be the only Starbucks in Tracy that is perfectly fine with making pour-overs of whatever roast I want. It's never TOO crowded and there's no drive thru, so this is definitely the most low-key Starbucks in town too. I love this Starbucks! It's close to home the staff is friendly and they are quick. The staff always seems to have fun and enjoy what they are doing. The lighting is dim so it makes great for late night chats with comfy chairs (if their available). read more

This Starbucks is fabulous! The staff offers special events for their customers. .... Children's book readings, Secret Santa cards, etc. the staff truly enjoys working together. So I'm a partner and just went to this location. Thinking this store always is high volume it should be a good stopping place. We ordered three drinks, two being iced coffees the other being the promotional beverage. My iced coffees had grounds and my pecan latte had no syrup. I don't generally review places, but my visit this morning around 845 called for a review. The store was completely packed and you could barely tell where to even walk in and order... Carrie at the register was so bubbly and friendly. Ryan was making breakfast sandwiches and busting them out so fast! Adino and one gal I didn't catch the name of (since she was running around so much I couldn't see her name tag-black long sleeve shirt and maybe her bday?) were working together seamlessly along with Kaylee. As drinks were completed there was a genuine "have a great day" given to each customer which was truly needed for some of the more grumpy folks. Then Sarah walked in.. everyone was so thankful for another set of hands and she just jumped right in smiling away as she sorted out a missed breakfast sandwich for an annoyed customer. As I was leaving, 3 drinks balancing in my hands, someone was coming in for the shift, opened the door for herself and let it close on me... definitely missed her name as she was rushing, but hey we all have rough mornings so it's ok. My only suggestion to management would be to buy some Camelbacks for their quenched employees. As a nurse, I know how it is to go hours without getting to drink water because of sanitation issues with it being out. It's truly a disservice to the hard working employees though. Make a designated drink space in the front or something so they don't get dehydrated before noon! read more

The employees that work here are hit or miss when it comes to good customer service. They wouldn't sell certain flavors of syrup because they were "low" although there was clearly a full supply of syrups right in front of us. It was stated they only get syrup shipments once a week and to come back on Sunday if I wanted a different flavor. It would seem to me, with how busy Starbucks is, they would keep more supplies in stock. I prefer the 11th street Starbucks over this one based on how the employees treat there customers. read more

Absolutely love this location! I really can't say enough about the staff. They are all upbeat and friendly, which is absolutely amazing before 10 in the morning. So I came here today with my family. On the sign it says "we welcome service dogs" I am all for this. But for a mere puppy to come here where food is and drinks I find it wrong!!! When I asked the staff about this the miss was rude and said that oh the lady with the dog is leaving." But the miss did not leave... instead all the staff were touching the dog and yet not going back to wash their hands. Which is very gross!!! Yeah I won't be coming back here. I wanted a quick meal and some tea after a long interview. I've never been to Tracy and thought it would be just like any Starbuck. I was shocked how clean and open the space are, and their food display have so much more option. I've yet to see grilled cheese sandwich in SF city SB! So I immediately decided to try it. But more over , I am shocked how friendly everyone are. The one who took my order even remembered my name later and asked me how was my sandwich - which was delicious! Can be a very busy location resulting in long wait time but the baristas are friendly and always make the drinks well. I make a point to come to this store above any other in town (or even in the town I commute to) because I am treated so well and the drinks are consistent. I often utilize the mobile order feature of the Starbucks app so I don't have to worry if its too busy and can just get my drink on my way to work. read more
