Love this Pho! Amazing, homemade (which is rare) pho and egg rolls. We will always be customers of this restaurant as long as it's as good as the last few times we've been here. Beef pho, chicken pho with dumplings and egg rolls have all been perfect! Another review complains about the toppings being in the pho and not on a separate plate. (This isn't the west coast. Grass fed beef & pasture raised chicken go into their pho and broth. Service was friendly and prompt. I usually eat mine with hoisin sauce because i don't like the peanut sauce but their peanut sauce was amazing. The iced coffee was just like everyone said "delicious". I'm glad I ended up trying it! The pho was good but a little greasy for me. You could see it just sitting on top of the broth. If it wasn't for that I probably would have enjoyed it more but it wasn't bad. We heard good things about this new Pho/coffee house out in Traveler's Rest. We just had to try it. We normally only go out this way for Tandem. But we made an exception because we love Vietnamese food and coffee. We started out with a Vietnamese Ice Coffee and a Vitellius Latte. The latte is an egg yolk cream with a double express shot. Both were great. The ice coffee was delicious. The latte had a thick foam that was very balanced. For the food we had Banh Bao (steam bun) which was very fluffy and filled with sirloin pork with mushroom. I also had a beef pho that had a pretty good broth. Fresh beef and thick noodles. The noodles are thicker then I'm use to and were cut short. I'm also use to vegetables being on the side for me to add to my liking. Here they put all that on for you. That kind of threw me off. My wife had the best food I believe they serve here which is the Chicken Banh mi. The sauce with the chicken was very tasty. I'd come back just for that alone. The menu is fairly small. But they have a good variety nonetheless. Vegetarian options as well for you vegans out there. The family that runs the restaurant are all nice and very helpful. They are just getting started so I'm excited to see how they'll fair months from now when they really start to get noticed. I did get to try the tofu rolls and wontons and omg, they were amazing, so fresh, incredible flavors, and well presented. Make sure to try the Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk, it will change your caffeinated life! They offer bubble tea but I've never been a fan of it, but I've been told is great.
