Came in this morning to order a venti medicine ball tea. I was really excited to learn they had both the mint tea and peach tea as so many Starbucks are out. However, I'm extremely upset given the tea I was given is SCALDING!!! It's been 40 minutes and even the cup is extremely hot! It was a brunette WTF country bunkin who made my tea! I go to this starbucks almost every day now since it's on my way to UA. It's right off the 10 but you have to drive into the Costco parking lot to access it. My order is always perfect when I order here. I always order a trenta iced vanilla coffee which is simple enough LOL. Sometimes I order breakfast sandwiches. They have yummy ones! And they don't make my stomach hurt (I have a sensitivity to a lot of food if it's processed and frozen) so that's a plus! The bacon and gouda is a good option. I don't normally leave reviews. Like ever actually, but being that I have about 35 minutes to kill in this line of about only 8 cars I figure what the hell. This is by far the slowest Starbucks in Tucson. I'm not hyperbolizing when I say it's taking this staff over 6 minutes per vehicle on a not that busy Monday afternoon. I've been here several times and it's always the same thing so I'm gonna 1 star myself for being dumb enough to return time and time again. Gotta have my bucks though. I am a student and sometimes go to Starbucks to study in the evening. This location is super kind and treat me very nicely. The night crew kills it. They are always up for a chat and help pass by the time with hand-crafted beverages!! Although, I do notice that they don't really acknowledge people when they walk through the door like they do in the mornings. Sometimes I have to wait like a couple minutes before someone notices I've even walked into the building and am standing in front of the cash register. Other than greeting everyone the only other recommendation I have is to not blast the music in the lobby when I try to study. Every time I have ordered a drink at this location it has been under-filled. And every time I have asked for it to be filled to the top (that's what I am paying for) the server says "give me a minute and I'll heat some for you." Well that's just corporate BS and you are deliberately scamming your customer by under-filling their drinks. You should avoid this scam artist company. read more

Had to update my review because the service was so good today. Not sure the barista's name, but he is always so kind to me when I come in! Always greets me! I wanted a chocolate croissant, but noticed all the pastries were out of the display and sitting out on the counter so I asked if there were others and he took a new one out of package for me. I ordered my drink wrong and didn't realize until I got it and he was so nice about having it remade. I ordered an iced green with no water and meant to do classic syrup instead of cane sugar (since they changed it). My tea tastes perfect. read more

Bad customer service to begin with. They got my three items wrong, which were the same and simple (from the menu, nothing custom). Then I asked to reload my Starbucks app and the cashier kept saying I had no money on the card, which I knew which is why I wanted to reload it first. While the workers at this Starbucks provide exceptional customer service, I was extremely disheartened to learn that this Starbucks severely lacks in its ethics! They have "recycling bins" and trash bins inside, with a recycling symbol indicating the recycling section. While an employee was changing the recycling bag, I asked them if I should wait until they were done so that I could recycle my cup. Their response: "we don't actually recycle. There's a recycling dumpster outside, but we actually just combine our recycling bin and trash bin and throw it all in the trash dumpster". I'm thankful for this honest employee, as part of the reason I choose Starbucks is for their "support of the environment" and developing counties. This Starbucks purposely misleads it's customers and exploits patrons like myself. I will not be back. read more

Good indoor/ outdoor seating. As usual thought the bathrooms are not very clean and no soap. Starbucks really needs to improve their bathroom situation, all locations- not exclusively this one. When you pay $12 for a cup of tea and a muffin the bathroom should be clean and have soap, paper towels, TP, etc. read more

There's a 50/50 chance that you will end up with the wrong order going through the drive thru. Take it from someone who goes to Starbucks almost daily, this location is horrible. The drive thru takes FOREVER and then they rush you through just handing you a random drink that's not yours. I've kept track, and they are currently sitting at a 50% accuracy. They under fill every drink and someone's they taste horrible. I avoid this location and only go if I'm shopping near by. Save yourself some trouble and just go to McDonald's down the parking lot and get cheaper coffee that's made correctly. Corporate needs to be on this location NOW. They are starting to lose valuable customers because of the customer service and wait times. read more

We ordered 2 coffee drinks one of which was a decaf pour over. We also ordered 2 toasted bagels. The barista who took our order and money totally forgot our bagel order-never got it himself and never asked anyone to make it . One of our drinks was also super slow in coming out- and the store wasnt even very busy.When i asked another barista where our bagels were he did go make them up-by now the coffee was getting cold. No apology. No explanation. Oh- and he forgot the cream cheese also. Either they were having a bad day or ( as i suspect) poorly trained employees. Certainly not up to Starbucks standards. I am a very loyal customer to the Starbucks near my house just south of Tucson and they make my drink perfectly every time. For some reason, I seem to have a lot of trouble when I go to locations other than that one. My drink is almost always missing something or just made wrong. So, I did not have the highest expectations for this location when I pulled into the drive-thru yesterday. The line went surprisingly quick and the guy didn't up charge me for coconut milk in my coffee which was very nice. When we got our drinks, they ended up being perfect. The location is new so it's very clean on the outside and the parking lot is spacious. I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future. It's conveniently located next to Costco so I know I'll be hitting it up after my weekly shopping. read more
