I am going to be honest. I do not drink a lot of Starbucks coffee. It is too strong for me. But they make a mean chai tea I like. So I do get that. The rest of their offerings are more like sweet novelty drinks I am not interested in. Oh and when you are sick. Their medicine ball drink is really good and feels nice when you are sick. Ok drive through is usually long but they go thru fast and they get the order right. Can't knock that. Staff has always been nice. They are efficient and nice. So I have no real complaints or issues. This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at Starbucks, entirely because of an employee named Keira. She was openly rude, unprofessional, and acted like helping customers was a burden. No greeting, no basic manners, and an attitude that made the interaction uncomfortable from start to finish. When I asked a simple, reasonable question about my order, she responded with visible annoyance and dismissiveness. It wasn't just a bad day vibe it was outright disrespectful. Customer service is literally the job, and Keira failed at even the bare minimum. I expect mistakes. I don't expect attitude, sarcasm, and a complete lack of professionalism. I have to say, I was extremely impressed by the workers here and wanted to make sure I expressed that in this review. I stopped by in the morning on a Tuesday and ordered through the mobile app in the parking lot because they appeared busy. Not even 3 minutes after I put my latte and food order in, it was ready. I was shocked. I walked in the shop and even though it was busy all workers were very in sync and hustling hard to attend to customers. It was impressive. This place is consistently 10-15 minutes behind on drinks at seemingly all hours regardless of the day. This last time though was closer to 30. The workers aren't slow either they are just overwhelmed. This place should honestly close online ordering as they just can't hand online, in store, and drive through at the same time. read more

Ordered a Carmel Frappacino with 4 Affogato shots. WHERE are the shots?? Tasted like a weak iced coffee. Also ordered a Chai Latte with an EXTRA shot of Chia. Cashier ordered it as a single shot Chia. WHO would order a SINGLE shot Chia?? This store WAS my go to place. NOT anymore!! Seriously management needs to actually drink tea and coffee!! Love this location! We stayed down the street for the Twins Festival and had to get up early BEFORE hotels start serving breakfast...we enjoyed a hot oatmeal with assorted toppings and kale egg bites. The girls were so pleasant and happy to serve us, they even gave us steamed milk on the side for our oatmeal! Great view of the sunrise and town square as we ate on the patio! Our coffees were perfect and lasted us all morning during the festival, just in time to stop at the lemonade stand! We WILL be back again for next year's festival and many more to come, thank you! read more

I drove through the Twinsburg drive- thru and wanted just one cup of regular coffee. That takes about 15 seconds to pour, right? Oh, and add 5 seconds for cream. Nevertheless when I reached the window - with NO ONE behind me, I was asked why I didn't order at the speaker behind me. What? Maybe because I didn't notice it, maybe I was just unaware. Nevertheless why even mention it under the circumstances? Why make a customer feel that they've made an egregious error? Would she have treated her grandmother that way - yes, I'm old enough to be her grandmother. Its a Starbucks. It exists. It has coffee. The staff is nice here, but this Starbucks already has several disadvantages because it sits on a corner, doesn't have a good flow (inside or outside) and is generally a bit chaotic. The drive-thru here can be rough with the poor layout (my friend got in an accident here once and is forever traumatized). Inside, it can be hard to find a table, people stink at cleaning up after themselves and it can run a little tight. I think there are better Starbucks' in the area, but this one will be fine in a pinch. Like I said. It exists. They have coffee. read more

This is the closest Starbucks to Macedonia: an easy peasy straight shot drive on 82. But don't try to turn into the Starbucks from the main entrance on 82! There is usually quite a backup of cars waiting for the drive thru. Instead. Bypass the craziness and turn into an entrance to the shopping plaza and then get park in the parking spaces that are furthest away from 82, which is where most of the cars for the drive thru are coming from. The Starbucks has good seating options for two and four people and a couch area for groups of six or so. My father, who is now an old person regular retiree there, reports that it is a good space for people watching. There were a couple homeschooling moms and kiddos there as well as other folks enjoying a beverage inside. The employees who served us were friendly and efficient. And our barista didn't even make a fuss when my dad used the "small, medium, large" terminology and not the proper Starbucks names for sizes. The bakery case was on the smaller size but appropriate for a suburban location. There aren't too many good coffee shops in the Macedonia / Twinsburg area, so this Starbucks doesn't have much competition from independent places, and coffee shop loving folks would have to go a bit of a distance to go to any other coffee shops. So this Starbucks get an A okay designation from me. read more

Small parking lot combined with customers who are crazed for their caffeine and in a hurry for work is a BAD combination. This cause an instant aggravation headache and a reminder why I generally don't go to these places. But on the positive side the inside was CLEAN and the customer service was excellent. Their baked goods were well stocked. Polite customer service rep was quick to fill my order. When I asked for a receipt, she apologized and smiled and wished me a nice day. Customer service and a clean store goes a long way with me and it earned them the 3 stars. read more

I work in twinsburg and everytime I order an iced latte from here with half and half it literally is like half and half with a splash of coffee. I have complained but they keep making it the same. If I go to other locations, I don't have this problem. Also, they need to move to a bigger location-parking is a HUGE problem! I will not be visiting this Starbucks anymore. read more

I ordered two drinks in the Drive Thru this past Monday afternoon. I ordered two Dark Mint Frappacino's. They were 90 percent ice, and the drink was not at all the way it is normally made at the other Starbucks. I think someone there must be new to making the drink. I should have turned around and asked for it to be remade, but I was in a hurry and there was a lot of traffic. What's not to like about your hometown Starbucks? The employees are all really friendly, even with a decent amount of turnover. Starbucks coffee is pretty consistent no matter where you are, so it's the people and the location that make the difference. Only downside is the typical Starbucks drive through line and the limited parking. This place craves more parking, but there's no space left for it. read more

Traveling by and decided to stop for coffee. I got a cold brew with almond milk and they handed me a cold brew with white chunks in it. Went back through the drive thru and they apologized and said they forgot to shake the almond milk and if they don't shake it, it will be chunky. I've never had chunky almond milk but whatever. They make a new one and it is just as chunky, if not more. Disgusting! I ended up asking for a third replacement just black. FYI, almond milk is not chunky, nor has it ever been. Worse service ever. I don't know how a location could be any slower. My orders are consistently slow, taking over 15 min of waiting regardless of drive through, in-store, or mobile. There's never any apologies. My most recent time before today was at 6:34am with 0 cars in the parking lot and 2 cars ahead of me in the drive through. My 1 coffee took 17 minutes. The two cars in front of me had 1-2 coffees a so not like they had large orders. Today I did a mobile order. Again...6:30ish AM. Not busy. Put the order in when I drove by, dropped my kids off at the middle school, came back. About 15 from order to pickup. I STILL had to wait 10 min inside waiting on my iced coffee. How can it take 25 min?!! That's why I ordered before I dropped off my kids when I drove by and saw the lot and drive through were empty. Oh and I watched her make my cold foam cold brew...I may as well have ordered a plain cold brew because less than 5 min later my foam has dissipated (which never happens when made correctly) and there's no salted honey flavor. read more

The worst Starbucks you can go to they need to go to college for a course in following a customer order and getting it right. I go through the very slow drive thru and just get a dark roast with 2 Splenda and light cream and 95% of the time if they put cream or Splenda in it they have so much cream in it you can't taste any coffee only cream and it's cold and they are over priced too.
