I looked to my left and saw that I needed to place my order on a kiosk. After placing my order, one lady came from the back and started making a drink. She must've been working the drive-thru. The whole time that I was standing there, no one said anything to me. The other lady came from the back with the hashbrowns and the muffins. She made my drink too and just said my name. I walked over and just grabbed it. Since they didn't speak, neither did I. The place was clean. There wasn't much in the display windows. A lot of the muffins were gone. The tables were clean and so was the bathrooms.

The waitress was good, however, told me to pay for my food and to get my coffee next door at the burrito place. I thought it strange, but complied. I came back, sat in a booth, and waited. She brought my order in to go packaging. I told her that I was dining in. She went back, plated the food and brought it out. The eggs were over hard, and the hash browns were blonde. When I caught her attention, (there was only one other person in the place,) I explained what I ordered. A few minutes later, she brought me my eggs, they were cooked correctly. I asked about the hash browns, she brought them out and they were still blonde. She asked if they were done enough, or if she should take them back. I asked her to take them back. They came out brown this time. I spoke with her about it not being her fault, and asked about the cook, and she told me they were talking to someone and not paying attention. I hope I reassured her that her service wasn't the issue. So, I conclud the cook is busy on the phone or talking to someone compromising the quality of the food. I would have chose the buffet for the salad, but they didn't have blue cheese dressing. The cook, NOT the wait service, is why my rating is so low.
