I have been here several times and the staff is always super friendly when I come in and make your drinks fairly quickly. The staff keep the store in pretty good tip top shape which is always a plus . They are a fairly large store with a fairly large seating area where you can catch up with friends or sit and read a book. They also have WiFi for those who wish to crack open the laptop to get some work in. read more

This place is always hopping, so it's helpful that there are two sets if doors. However, I would suggest more seating. They're plenty busy, but the seating could help people relax more? The manager (Oxana?) is a bit rude and has made it uncomfortable for me as a customer when I hear her reprimand her staff out in the open. It's unfortunate. They are also often not open at their posted hours, so I generally do not come here after 5pm as I don't know if they'll actually be open. I still enjoy coming to this Starbucks in the center of Warren, NJ. If you come during the morning hours you will see people enjoying sipping on their coffee, lattes, or tea all the while conducting business or working on their laptops, or friends getting together for a visit. The atmosphere is one of relaxation, and peace. They have nice music playing in the background but not too loud.Compared to some of the other Starbucks I've been to this Starbucks is laid back and not noisy. Everything is neatly displayed. The menu is easy to read and what I like that Starbucks implemented is a mobile phone in your order... There is a special area for pickup and it saves a great deal of time if your in a hurry or are ordering for a group... The staff is always nice and friendly. This is one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to. Every single time I come here the drinks they make for me are superb. No exaggerations. My drinks are always made pretty quick also and the store is always clean. The Barista's are kind and they go above & beyond. My personal favorite Barista's are Paulina and Shawn. They always go out of their way to ask me how my drink tastes and are always willing to re-make and/or add something if it's not to my liking, but it always is. They're just the absolute greatest! Always thought this was odd before COVID as you always see people touching all the drinks but during COVID just seems crazy. My husband and I stopped in to kill some time while waiting to meet someone. I ordered and oatmeal which was delicious. However when I went to sit down at a table that had booth seating with it I noticed how dirty the place was. There where other tables available but they all had crumbs and napkins on them. I sat at a table and brushed away the crumbs to eat and there was crumbs and spillage between the cushion and back of the cushion. I understand that they might of been busy in the morning however I noticed that the ladies even though they were very nice when I ordered my food never came out to clean the tables or sweep. Also noticed that there where two nice cloth chairs that I could sit at but they had stains on the side of them. Even though I don't live in the area I wouldn't return even if I did.. read more

This is just an average, medium size Starbucks. They do not have outdoor seating, and as of today at least, are not one of the Starbucks serving alcohol. Its a large enough place where you can bring your laptop and get work done at a table without interfering with their business. Its located on the side of the L-Shaped Kings Plaza, which is at the intersection of Mountain Boulevard and Warrenville Road. Parking is never an issue. The service has always been friendly. My go place for tea. My favorite English breakfast tea and java chip frappe with extra chips. Just love it. It same style store like other, nothing new to it. It was clean and crowded with customer. I've been frequenting this location for fourteen years, and with the exception of a rough patch in management about five years ago, it's my favorite location by a long shot. EVERY barista gets to know you and your order, but if you're not a regular--don't worry!--they'll still treat you like gold. There's plenty of room to sit and hang out, and there's been only a handful of times (Sunday morning around 9:45 usually...) where the line is twenty-deep and you can't find a chair to snag. I moved to North Jersey a few months ago and my new Starbucks is okaaaay... They have a drive-thru which takes away the sting of missing my Warren baristas, but I make a point to always grab my iced grande unsweetened iced coffee with cream from here whenever I'm down visiting family and friends. This Starbucks is awesome! I live in Virginia but frequently stay in NJ and this is my go to Starbucks! The staff is the reason I continue ur to come back. They are super friendly, attentive, and quick to complete your order. They know most regulars by name and are never too busy to make you feel like a regular yourself. The coffee and all the food is just as good as all the Starbucks. They have a nice atmosphere in this location. DO NOT GO HERE! Their customer service is very poor as others have mentioned. They do NOT honor the "0.50 refill policy" (free for Gold Star members like myself) that every single Starbucks in NJ honors. I never even left the store as per the refill policy. I just spent $5.50+ on a Venti Frappuccino and was told that the only way I could get a 0.50 refill is if I purchased a cheaper drink. THAT doesn't even make sense. The official policy on the Starbuck website does not reflect what they are practicing (and not to mention, they took pleasure in arguing with me for several minutes with a long line behind me). The policy states, "get free refills of brewed coffee (hot, Iced Coffee or Cold Brew), and tea (hot, or iced) during the same store visit REGARDLESS of the original beverage" All I wanted was an iced tea, now they've lost a regular customer for life.
