I love coming here, the food and drink are always good quality. I ordered a drink and 2 food items online. The drink and one of the food items came out quickly and when it was predicted to. However, I waited 15 extra minutes for the other food item. I told one of the workers the issue and showed them the order on my phone. I waited an additional 8 minutes and nothing was done, so I brought the issue up to another worker. She was helpful and we got the food item within minutes. read more

I am done with the store and giving them second chance after a second chance. The guy was completely rude to me today when taking my order and then they still got my order wrong again.! For a beverage they cost over $10. You would expect better quality service.. I have reported these guys to corporate multiple times this place is just trash. In full disclosure, I only stopped here initially because I needed a clean restroom, but it turned out to be one of the nicer Starbucks I had been in. The interior was well designed. Very modern. There are about 3 other Starbuck's in this same shopping plaza: one in Fred Meyer, one in Target and one in Carr's, but this one is a stand-alone store. A cool Alaska "Been There Series" mug caught my eye, which I bought for $13 and added a quality double espresso for a quick jolt before hitting the road again. I want to say that my experience here was amazing, but I mainly came because no other coffee shops were open on a Sunday morning in Wasilla. They also have Perfect protein bars which are tasty! I ordered three shots of decaf espresso. I'm always amazed at how much smaller the espresso shots are at Starbucks when compared to the coffee huts I've started to frequent. And the price is sooo different. Starbucks still charges me an outlandish price for my tiny splash of vanilla sweet cream. I used to respect Starbucks, but I'm much more impressed with the customer service, flavors, and espresso at just about every where else. Also, this store is cold. I sat as far away from the door as I could find, but there were still drafts. I want me a toasty warm coffee shop where I can do my grading. They do have a tiny kids corner at this place. Starbucks get too much hate in this town even though they set the standard for what a high-end coffee shop is. KBC serves better lattes imo but Starbucks hits a home run in everything else they do, esp their cold brews! read more

This is the 4th time I have received a drink that is not full. The 3rd time I called and informed them and this time I am posting here. I have tried it with and without whip and it is still the same. OK, I love Starbucks for many reasons, I only go here to get my green tea or a quad shot mocha because there are cheaper options and I'm spending money for somebody family locally not corporate food. But like I said, there's lots a reason sometimes you just can't find anywhere else to go and there's consistency but when I get a mocha and 20% of it is not even in the cup at the top and it cost me about six dollars it pisses me off. Since this is the only stand alone location in the valley I guess I couldn't have expected expedient and quality service. I am used to the Seattle Metro area Starbucks' that are quick and courteous. Unfortunately that is everything this location is NOT. They take forever in the drive-thru and the staff is anything but courteous. I went in the other evening around 5pm for a meeting and it took the staff a good 10 minutes to acknowledge that I was standing there. They were too busy chatting with their friend asking about someone's relationship than to acknowledge a paying customer. Once it was my time to order I was given the wrong drink at first and then had to wait even longer for a replacement of the correct beverage to be made. I cannot say I will request to come back here. I prefer Mocha Moose over this Starbucks any day of the week. read more

This morning's Starbucks experience was the best ever! I ordered a Praline Chestnut Latté and a croissant (oh yeah, and 2 small pup cups for the doggies in my car) and both were absolutely delicious. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service and the atmosphere was friendly and festive. A great place to go relax and read the morning paper while warming with a specialty coffee. Highly recommend! Added bonus, Starbucks uses arabica beans. read more

I worked at Starbucks and I have to say I'm disappointed with the store managers customer service. I like a couple of the baristas and a couple of their shift supervisors, but the rest of the staff is disappointing. I know my drink is a complicated one, that of a prior Starbucks partner, but it doesn't need a side of eye rolls to go with it. I know exactly how I like my coffee and I give the exact measurements, not because I don't think you know what you're doing, but because my drink tastes good. read more

Poor service will drive to Carr's in Wasilla or Palmer for my Starbuck's coffee in the future. The time from ordering and getting my coffee was unacceptable. It was not that busy except for the drive up window. So I wait while several cars were served and people picking up phone orders. I guess walk in customers rate last If they would have told me I would have to wait 14 minutes or longer I would not have ordered. Poorest service I have ever had at Starbuck's. The manager was present and doing interviews. Do not worry about correcting the poor service I will not be back. read more

Usually, I love this place. They always make my coffees just right. The only reason I'm writing this review is because there is one woman who always has an attitude when my husband and I come through. I've called several times about her, they always tell me they'll talk to her, but the next time I see her, nothing has changed. So I'm hoping that they'll see this review and do something about her attitude. My husband and I are paying customers and I don't like feeling like I'm wasting someone's time just by ordering a coffee. I never catch her name because she always speaks so fast and then leaves the window before I can say a single word. She has red hair, glasses and a tattoo on her right wrist. This morning, my husband forgot his wallet. He realized this after we had ordered. So when we got to the window, he told her nicely that he forgot his wallet. She literally almost threw the coffee at my husband's face and said in a very bitchy tone "Just take it!! HAVE A NICE DAY!" and then slammed the window before my husband could even say that we were going to come back and pay for it or even say thank you. I honestly want to go back and throw the damn thing in her face. This isn't even the first time she's ever done this. Her and my mother got into an argument because my mom ordered a 20oz coffee and she gave her a 12oz coffee but charged her for a 20oz. This woman insisted that she was right, but of course my mother won the battle. She threw a free coffee coupon into our car and closed the window. Every time she is working and we go through, she never seems to have a good attitude and she makes me feel BAD for buying a coffee. Something needs to happen here. She obviously doesn't have what it takes to work customer service. read more

The staff is the best. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE! I'm a manager at AT&T and am CRAZY about having a positive and upbeat attitude with our customers and they exhibit the same traits. My favorite place to have a sit down with my white chocolate mocha and cheese Danish. They are also kid friendly!! I feel their service is good and about average pace on getting orders done. They have only once messed up my order since they opened up. I also love my Carmel ribbon crunch with extra extra Carmel crunch topping! Yumm! They would get the 5 th star if their location was better. They are in the worst possible spot for getting on the parks hwy, and coffee shops must have an easy route in and out.
