I went to get my daily drink at Starbucks and decided to change up the location. They were extremely rude to me when ordering and at the window. At one point they closed to window and ignored me for 4 minutes. Once they gave me my drink, the cold foam had melted into the drink and was non existent. Don't go to this Starbucks. read more

I went to Starbucks at 9 AM to get me and my friend's drinks and went through the drive through. When I first pulled up I was greeted by a rude employee, every time I go they never seem happy or welcoming. I was being overly nice and then went to the window. This was a different employee, both girls, and was rude to me as well. I was trying to hold in my tears because I was trying to do something good by getting my friends drinks and it resulted in me getting treated like crap. I got my drinks and they weren't good at all. I even got a drink carrier which they didn't put the drinks all the way into the carrier and they spilled all over my seats. read more

Space is not clean or organized.. corporate obviously has tried to help out but this location clearly doesn't know how to keep clean or organized the drinks in a smarter way. Only 2 employees who are great and the rest are nothing but rude/dismissive. Sarah was so rude I almost left the store crying. The app hadn't sent in my drink modifications into the store for pickup so when I got there (it was a busy time at the store) I waited for one of the baristas at the counter to ask for a remake. She talked down to me like I didn't understand the simple concept of how ordering worked, I showed her my order through the app to show I requested modifications, and she still remade it wrong. I asked her to remake it another time while profusely apologizing because I know how stressful rushes can be and she just replaces the ice with tons of milk so at that point it was no longer the drink I ordered, just a trenta coconut milk. All of this while giving me a look that my entire presence was inconveniencing her. That said, after going back a few times it seems everyone else (except the previously mentioned) is nice and some make my day better. read more

Everyone here is polite and very kind. The dinning space is nice and clean. They are quick and have drinks ready in a timely manner. I visit this establishment frequently and have never experienced what the other reviews are talking about. Mindy (sp?) always has a smile on her face and is very kind and it brightens my day every time. Anna is super patient and is willing to answer questions or check on your drink no matter how busy they are. I called in a mobile order this morning due to the app not working. Kristene answered the phone and was so horribly RUDE!!!! She started out by saying that she couldn't take the order over the phone, then told me that if I wanted to place an order over the phone I would have to wait for her to get food out of the oven..... upon my arrival she was equally as rude to her fellow coworkers. Drive thru service was mid and the drinks were poorly made. Location needs some reconsideration of employees and/or training.

They gave me regular milk instead of soy milk even though I have an allergy/moral obligation to animals. I recognized the taste difference. Absolutely disgusting. I haven't had dairy in years and if I had more, I could've gotten really sick. The employee was LAUGHING. Tempted to throw my drink at them. To make matters worse, the line was doing the pay it forward thing, and I paid for two drinks behind me... To not even get my proper drink. Line around the building, which is normal for a starbucks. It's just the location this was placed in, is very dangerous in my opinion. One entrance is dangerously slopped. Had to sit with my foot on the throttle waiting for the line to move so I could get off that slant. The other side where the line waited to turn for drive thru, made for a blind hill for people to drive past. Accidents waiting to happen. Would have given one star, but gave two because of there speed. Other than that, being super excited about my bacon gouda, when I finally pulled the sandwich out driving down the road, it was cold. There was a line around the building, which is normal for a Starbucks. On a Sunday, there was a long line of about 15 people. I ordered a tea (tall) and a drip coffee (tall). I asked if the barista would please move my two cups up, I had somewhere Ii needed to be. Instead of being met with a polite denial or a kind articulation of the company's protocols, I was met with a very poor attitude. The employee sharply said that if she moved my two drinks around, it would enable everyone's drinks to be pushed around. The partner was offended that I had asked a request. The Starbucks partner then proceeded to move my drink *back* in the queue despite my request. This location took longer than 30 minutes with a very minimal order! This partner's behavior seemed petty and immature. In the past, some of the baristas have been very conversational in past visits. read more

They take so long to make any of the orders and today I walked in and waited another 10 minutes and they told me that they didn't have my order so I went back out to get my phone to show them my order and she's like oh now I see it. Our service was prompt and friendly, but the thing that stood out was was server at the drive through trying to keep her cool while repeating that a egg and cheese croissant was not gonna happen. A whole mess. 30+ minutes for a mobile order. Ordered at 7:50, got there at 8:05, waited until 8:20 (had to go to work). Still wasn't done. Asked her how much longer (her being StAr, the manager) stated I have to wait just like everyone else (with attitude) 5 minutes later I asked her to throw my ticket away since it's been 30 minutes, she said "k". I walked towards the door and she screams "so what you don't want you money back?" There were at least 15 people waiting in the lobby and not happy. This location is seriously horrible. This is probably one of the worst Starbucks that you could go to. Super slow, super rude, I waited in the drive thru line for almost an hour. The customer in front of me kept trading her drinks back and forth with the barista running the window. This has been the worst experience for me and I will not be coming back to this location and I may not return to any other Starbucks for awhile either as this exent have completely put me off. Stopped for some caffeine while traveling from West Texas. The place was busy. It is a small place. It could use a good organization and cleaning day. Service was not very personal. Most team members did not smile. Drink was made in timely manner. Restrooms were fairly clean. This is one of those chain places that needs undercover Boss to where the break down is. read more

This is one of the worst Starbucks I've visited. The employees all yell at one another -- orchestrated by the tattooed manager who always yells the loudest -- and it is incessant, going on for hours. I can even hear them through my headphones which are on high to drown them out! Staff often ignores you. We were there today and two staff members walked by as we waited and didn't greet us or even smile. A few weeks ago a young man behind the register was almost downright rude to us, but was all smiles to the teen girls after us. Lame. The problem is the manager with short hair and tats. Again, she is the loudest, and upon observing her over the course of several visits it seems she yells for attention, as if she wants everyone there to look at her. Located at the northwest corner of SH 51 and IH 20, this location is in the middle of a ton of other chains and shops that make up a pretty largely populated and extended "corner". Access from the south is a little tricky, but the drive thru lane is wide and easy to navigate. My usual drink was made well and served by a smiling barista, what more could you ask for? read more

What a terrible experience. The barista *Starr* could not keep a complete train of thought. While I was waiting in line, she forgot to call out an order so the customer had to come ask for it. Then when he complained that it was cold she turned it around on him. She messed up the customer's order in front of me 4 times because she couldn't pay attention long enough to finish his order. She would stop, talk and cut up with coworkers. This store was very busy on this morning. By the time it was my turn, there were 6-8 people waiting. I asked for dark roast and they had ran out and not brewing anymore, it was 9am. I made my order with a pike instead and ordered a grande in a venti cup. She asked "so do you want a grande or a venti". Again I said grande in a venti, she asked the same question again. So I raised my voice because clearly she can't hear. She then took offense and began to talking down to me for "yelling" at her. I asked if we could just complete our transaction, I don't need her talking down to me. She said the coffee would be free and I refused. I wanted to pay for the coffee and she said no It was free and wouldn't let me pay. Again I refused and said I wanted to pay and if I couldn't I wouldn't take the coffee. She simply said "ok then" and refused payment. Terrible customer service. Had there not be so many people in line I would have asked for a manager. I went a few minutes down the road to the Willow Park location and it was great. It took less time to drive here than I stood in line for a terrible experience. read more
