Always love a good drive thru! I realize I'm spoiled by the amount of Starbucks locations (if you see that as a good thing that is haha) I'm used to at home. Needed a specific Starbucks fix the other weekend while in West Chester and was so happy to come across this location again as there don't seem to be many in the area? (I've bookmarked it now, so I don't forget where it is next time I'm up there haha). For context, it was probably around 5ish on a Sunday. Our order was ready quickly and accurately, exactly what you expect of your usual Starbucks experience. Friendly service too :) Have not been inside this location, just the drive thru, so I can't speak to that part of the store, but would hope it's a similar experience. read more

This is the most consistently amazing Starbucks that I have been a patron of. They rock!! Today I had Grande Iced Chocolate Almondmilk Shaken Espresso. It was delicious! This place used to be amazing but they're prioritizing online orders over anything else. Went inside to order and waited 10 minutes for anybody to even come over. Our drinks took another 20 minutes. All while 5 workers stood around making online orders. read more

No complaints about the service. I do have to complain about the fact they were more worries about mask protocol then handling problems. The good: Got 8 shots over ice and 2 sandwiches. Came out with the wrong cup with is fine. Sandwiches were quick, nice. As I turned to leave, my cup scrunched upnand I lost a couple shots of espresso. I cleaned it up and went to tell the barista just so they know that there's a lightly wet floor and they could handle it. As I was explaining what happened, my mask apparently got caught on my stubble and slowly lowered below my nose. So a completely different barista who saw me talking decided to chide me about my mask. I'm not against wearing my mask as it is currently required. Nor am I against adjusting it if needed. But it is rude to interrupt someone attempting to communicate a situation because you wish them to adjust their mask because it's below their nose. read more

I'm a Starbucks fan and if I see one I all of a sudden they thirsty. This store has got to be the best and fastest service I have ever received. I was in and out in less than 5 min. The employees were very genuinely nice and all smiles. Other Starbucks I've been to ESP inside Target or the mall, they will take my order then while I wait I sometimes over hear their inappropriate personal conversations. It's not the biggest Starbucks store and was occupied with many people with laptops, and I see why. So professional here, there's plenty of Starbucks but I will def be returning to this location when I do my weekend shopping. read more

I end up going here most mornings because it is the closest to my house. The parking lot at that end of the shopping center isn't fantastic, but you will always find a spot. Sometimes the line is out the door and sometimes it is fairly empty, but it's never so busy that it's not worth waiting. This Starbucks doesn't seem to handle volume as well as most of the other Starbucks I've been to and occasionally seem frazzled- granted, those are downtown and probably much more used to high volume. They have a normal selection of food, drinks, and items to buy. I also saw Starbucks' sugar-free vanilla syrup in their shop, which I don't see often in the stores and usually end up ordering online. They seem to run out of things more often than other Starbucks, like cup carriers or the lid stoppers sticks (not sure what the technical term is for those things). I wouldn't come to this Starbucks to do work- they have a small number of tables and it always seems cramped and loud. Most times when I'm there, there are no tables open. I also notice that my normal order costs more at this Starbucks than other Starbucks by about a dollar- I think because they actually charge for the extras (soy milk, flavored syrup, etc.) while most other Starbucks I frequent don't charge me for them. But overall, it's a decent Starbucks and the main one in the area- the only other one that I know of nearby is the Starbucks in the Target near Brinton Lake. read more

This review starts out at an unlikely place - Panera. Popped in there for lunch. My girlfriend just moved in so we are without wifi until Friday and I figured I would eat and cruise the web. Had lunch and a coffee that was fair. At least until they kicked me off the internet after only ONE HOUR! Never in all the years I have gone to coffee shops/sandwich shops that offer free internet was I KICKED OFF because you only get one hour of surfing! Are you kidding me????? There were at least five employees on and they were talking through their head sets about the holiday music that was playing overhead. All good, but I waited at the counter for a couple minutes until one of them walked over to take my order. I ordered a drink in a venti reusable cup and they enthusiastically suggested their new mermaid cup and even came over the screen to show me it before I decided. They never make my drink right, and I order straight off the menu with no modifications. As a commuter student at WCU, I am often looking for a place to spend a few hours between classes where I can study. As I've got my car in tow, it's nice to not have to worry too much about parking. This Starbucks is in a shopping center, so there is always plenty of parking available. Also, since it's a little off the beaten path, this Starbucks tends not to be packed with other students. The Starbucks itself isn't very big, but I haven't ever had an issue finding a table. The store is also generally neat and clean and the service is prompt. I can't even begin to describe how annoyed I am with the line being wrapped around the building and onto the street. Which don't get me wrong I get it that only the drive thru is open right now and everyone needs their coffee. It what I don't understand is why BOTH entrance ways to the Starbucks are both open so now the cars are in 2 separate long lines and taking turns going to the drive thru. Fucking ridiculous. I'm already in line behind 20 cars but now I have to be put behind 10 more cars that came in from the other direction? Nonsense. So after waiting a half an hour to finally be my time to order. They're already out of all breakfast sandwiches. Could have called that. Then I proceed to order my super simple coffee that never gets made correctly despite the simplicity. I ordered a venti iced coffee with classic syrup, cream, and extra caramel drizzle. And almost every time there is either no classic syrup or no caramel. Now keeping in mind I've already waited in the huge line of cars that is still growing. And I know if my coffee is wrong I won't be able to go around again. So I see them go to hand it to me and it already looks too dark for the way I like it. So I ask them to add a little more cream. They do and then hand it to me. Me, clearly not learning my lesson, pulls off without tasting it. And regret set in when I took that first sip. Not only did they go overboard on the little more cream but it literally tastes like a glass of milk and I can't taste the caramel at all.
