Nice little cafe in town that serves tasty (& creative) drinks. The staff is always super helpful in recommending drinks and they usually have a nice variety of seasonal choices. This time I got a pumpkin cold brew latte. I wouldn't order it again, it was tasty, but VERY sweet. I'm not a huge fan of sweet coffee drinks. I'll stick to the cold brew black from now on. My husband got a dirty spicy chai for the second time and likes it. It is also sweet, but the spice cuts it down a little bit. The kids each got a chocolate covered rice crispy. They have some good chocolates and desserts to choose from. Parking can be tough if it's a weekend or evening. It's all meters/street parking. I had an unpleasant experience here. The shaken espresso tasted acidic and over-extracted. I usually just deal with it, but my friends also tried it and convinced me to speak up about it. We picked this place because we saw good reviews, but experienced quite the opposite. I politely brought this up to one of the staff, and she was so rude and non-apologetic to me. She looked at me like I committed a grave sin for requesting for a drink remake. What could have been a one-off drink instead became a negative experience. I stopped into the newly opened shop today for my tasty black coffee. I buy this coffee brand to brew in my home, because it is the best! The bathroom and cafe were clean. The man and woman behind the counter were very friendly and nice. I saw a couple of dogs in here - a dog- friendly place! I look forward to coming here again, just before the West Chester Grower's Market. I did not notice if they sold bags of coffee, because I still have bags of coffee that my husband purchased from their warehouse for my Christmas gift- he bought me a lot. After I finish my bags, I hope the cafe sells a variety of coffee to brew at home! Having this brand of coffee every morning makes my day so much better! read more

This is a cute spot in downtown West Chester with plenty of seating (two stories) for working or chatting. While I would come primarily for the ambiance, the coffee was pretty decent too. Turks is my favorite spot. They are consistent with their drinks - all the baristas know how to make all the items the same. They are also friendly and work well under stress - esp when the line goes out the door, well worth the wait every time! The last time I was here it was under Fenns. Before Turks Head open, the workers were nice enough to let us take a private tour of the new place and all of the changes and work they've done! The cafe looks really cool inside! As far as their coffee goes, I'm very pleased. I ordered the ice coffee with oatmilk and pumpkin pie flavoring. The coffee by itself is awesome, and the pumpkin pie flavor is good but not too sweet! My mom ordered the gingerbread latte and she was very satisfied with her order! Best little coffe shop in town! Always has great live music outside on Saturdays and super awesome/welcoming staff. They have typical coffee options as well as seasonal specials. There are usually some regulars that hang around and listen to the music and chat. The vibes are always great and the coffee is always delicious! The service was amazing!! I enjoyed the atmosphere and I loved the outside seating...until... my friend and I got told we couldn't sit there because we weren't customers even though I had bought a drink . She was super nice about it but the boss was more of my issue. The boss did not want my friend who had a separate coffee to sit there which I thought to be absurd!!! read more

A few weeks ago my daughter and I went to Turk's Head Café and very much enjoyed a caramel Frappuccino, a strawberry smoothie and a chocolate cherry muffin. A wonderful feast - it was really delicious . I can highly recommend the place. Besides the delicious libations and the excellent food, the folks at the Turk's Head Café were really nice. The lady that helped us was super friendly and knowledgeable, I got the feeling that she could talk about coffee all day and she gave some great recommendations. The smell of this place is amazing, it is truly a coffee lovers delight in there. The price for the beans was also very good for the quality that you are getting. If you buy 2 or more bags it's $11 dollars a bag. Overall this is my new go to place for when I am looking for gourmet coffee beans.

They have some tables inside and a few tables outside to eat at. If I lived nearby, I would surely visit every weekend. We discovered it on a Saturday and sadly, they are closed on Sundays. Usually, I have a very pleasant experience at Turks Head Cafe. Today, that was not the case. I understand that many people pride themselves on being able to emit passive aggressive behavior and fully get away with it. Usually these individuals are immensely good at making it seem like they aren't doing anything wrong. Correlation does not ALWAYS equal causation, but I think it is worth noting when the data is present. For anyone who doesn't know of my work, my name is Kerry Moynihan and I am widely regarded as one - if not THE - most renowned dual intellectual and feminist theorist of this generation. My work in displacing, dismantling, and destroying traditional gender roles has been met with utmost controversy. I am going to take a guess and say that the two employees present at Turks Head Cafe today who I interacted with - a dark-haired man and a dark-haired woman dressed in a navy blue t-shirt - may be aware of my notoriety, though I must not make accusations just yet. However, this man who served me charged me an extra dollar for the matcha drink I ordered, according to the price listed in the photo that was withdrawn from my account (the price he claimed the matcha drink was, was $6.00, yet I was charged $7.00 for the order). This purchase occurred on February 9, 2026. Considering everything I just mentioned, there was also a $53.91 charge that occurred on February 10, 2026, at approximately 12:00am. Again: while correlation may very well not equal causation in this case, the data is present - in case it is. May I add, as well, for the woman who served me today: obviously, there are millions of people who care about the fact that women now have brains and a work ethic as opposed to seducing men to get what they want. One advantage you have over your present male counterpart today is that you can do what he could never do. If you are interested in not doing your job properly, then there are plenty of men out there who will allow you to have sex with them for all the resources you could ever possibly desire. I know this because these men have fought me for a very long and very hard time to ensure that a woman with internalized misogyny - which you seem to have - can continue to utilize her sexuality to attain anything she wants from men who have resources and status. I do not know what you are waiting for when your ideology aligns perfectly with men who "want to take care of" you. read more

Rude barista (Nola) Dismissive and out of touch owners. Yes it's a family owned (except for 1/4 owned by Jere Kane. He was the worst to me when I had a legitimate concern about a Barista and the taste of the coffee she handed me on 2 occasions. I was a long term regular and actually recruited a Head Barista for them before they even opened. This business is a disappointment to me. The coffee is bad so I used to order teas (expensive) just to support them. No wheelchair access. read more

Glad to see another coffee shop in town! Owners are super friendly and the space is awesome -- there's ample seating between the window seats downstairs, spacious upstairs, and cozy patio. My order (an espresso shot over ice) was made with a new two-bean espresso blend they offered to me, and it was really flavorful. Will definitely be back! read more
