Unfortunately, it was almost pure white like milk, tasted synthetic, and neither I nor my sister could enjoy it. I kindly asked if it could be remade or replaced with something else, but the staff declined and told me in a very condescending way I'd need to pay again if I wanted a different drink. Which is fine, a simple apology would have also worked. That was disappointing on its own, especially since this has been one of my favorite coffee shops and I've brought plenty of friends, neighbors, and even visiting family here to support the business. What truly drops this review to one star, however, was the shocking response I received from one of the employees. She cussed me out, yelled, flipped me off, threatened to call the cops on me, and screamed for me to never come back--all while I had my baby with me. I've never experienced such unprofessional treatment from a business. I can only hope the owner reviews the cameras from this incident and takes the matter seriously. Sadly, I will no longer be returning or recommending this café to others.

Ever since my buddy and I were ripped off by Hertz in San Diego nearly six years ago, I began my Google Local Guide and Yelp escapades in order to provide free insight, enjoyment, humor, commentary and most importantly address professional courtesies that businesses can best themselves by. I've noticed of all places Greyhouse proves itself complete opposite ethical and basic consumer centric sentiments. There is no other place I've been to in over 3,000 restaurants, stores, and even gas stations that gets my blood boiling like the price gouging and disregard for espresso standards. Not to mention there isn't that much for quality here, The Eleventh House has been and still is the official standard in the area for bean counters, according to all my coffee snobs. Sacred Grounds, Fuel, Star City, Indie Coffee Roasters, and even Vienna are superior across the board for consistency, rewards, pricing, variety, and even just accessible parking and space. I anticipate I'll get another curious response from management for this but really want to see no reply until I can come here and enjoy Greyhouse like any other typical java joint I've been to and want to try again and again.

I don't think this location serves crepes and other food items unlike the bigger location, which is fine as a drink is enough for my study needs. I came in the morning to order a latte and finish some work, and the environment was so comforting. The ambience made me calm and focused, perfect for a study space. It was quite early so not many people were inside, which was nice as it made it wasy to find seating. I ordered the London Fog Latte Iced (it was so hot this morning) in regular size. The staff were friendly and my drink was made instantly! Such fast service :) I found a table to sit and study at. My latte was SO DELICIOUS!! I love how I could really taste the tea flavor, unlike other places that drown out the tea with lots of milk. The London Fog was silky and rich with the early grey tea flavor. Totally will come back again to try the other drinks.

They typically have a collection going for different important causes, sometimes local, sometimes global, and actively provide a safe space for all. I usually make my own coffee at home, but there are times when I am pressed for time and order ahead at my nearby Starbucks before heading to work or elsewhere. This Starbucks, closest to me, has always delivered. Every single time I've ordered it's been ready in the allotted time, which allows me to get going to my destination without missing a beat. Additionally, I've met friends there a few times for a cup and the atmosphere has been terrific. The staff is friendly and it's a nice respite when I get a chance to slow down for a brief moment.

The seating area is quite roomy. No overstuffed furniture. The upholstered furniture is more like a doctors waiting room. The is a "bar" that is table height where you can sit on a stool and wait for your drink or just sit like I'm doing now as I write this. The nitro cold brew tap is up front here. There are also bar height tables and regular tables plus a long table for groups. Overall it just seems more light and roomier than older Starbucks. The new staff did well. Since this is as close to my home as Starbucks gets, this May become "my" Starbucks.
