Suppose to be a pink drink!! Where is the pink??????! I asked for light ice and per usual it's a cup full of ice!

I really hate this location! They never get anything right! I hate that it's the one closest to my home. I stop going for months on end, in hopes that things will change and it never seems to ever be a pleasant experience. I ask for light ice every drink, every time they have disregarded that. I asked for a pink drink with sweet vanilla foam, and got served purely milk and cold foam. Where is the strawberry base?? Is it bc the carton ran out for my order and they didn't want to open a new carton? Like pink drink has to be the simplest order. Yet, I also get pure milk!!! Too expensive to be screwing up a simple order!!!! Get it together man

New Starbucks who dis??? Located directly across the street, well kinda from the old location, I am excited that this location is finally open!!! Walked in to a welcoming well lit and refreshing location!! Major upgrades all around!!! Plenty of seating with plenty of space so if you do coffee and chill you are not sitting on top of each other!!!! My iced caramel macchiato was made perfectly and my egg bites were toasted to cooked bacon perfection just the way I like them!!! A bigger plus is they have not Cold Brew and Nitro Cold Brew on tap!!! It was great to see Mo's smiling face along with the smiling faces of the rest of the baristas!!! The wait to order was minimal and I had my drink in my hand in less than 4 minutes which is great to me considering the foot traffic was steady in addition to the line at the drive thru which was moving right along. The location is easily accessible right from Old Bridge Rd. Plenty of parking and the drive thru entrance is in the back of the building!

Lake Ridge Starbucks is new-ish.. The drive up lines enormous. Inside is spacious and tables have been moved aside due to Covid. The orders happen in the back and the air is on. All those are plus points, however it seemed to us that this place does not do order-in well, at all, anymore. We ordered 2 coffees and scones, as well as croissants. Our scones (which we wanted in the plastic wrap) were unsealed - so they were destined to be stale the next morning (or with 4 hours to be succinct) after our barista said "And you want 4 scones in plastic wrap" when we made the order at the cashier. 3 baristas were clueless about a basic coffee cup order. One quipped "I've worked at Starbucks for 30 years, and I don't know how to cope with this coffee." Um: Say what?? The coffee for my girlfriend, was not a 'White Chocolate Mocha' but rather just a sludge of milk with chocolate - essentially thick chocolate molasses. That was after both the receipt and the sticker on the drink read: 'White Choco Mocha'. How hard is it to brew a cup?? So, we got home 20 minutes later and our entire morning is shot - because baristas at Lake Ridge are dopey and tired, or simply can't read! Starbucks these days hires mopey grouchy moody baristas that slouch around, get free college, wear obscene t-shirts that advertise sex etc., belittle clients, moan and groan through your visit - or at least that was Lake Ridge - and then very openly make you the entirely WRONG coffee you pay $16 for in the end. Where's our token of appreciation for being a neglected and during-Covid19 visiting customer? Perhaps you'll thanks us, by yanking our rewards stars early or hiking the prices? Stay away from Lake Ridge's backwood-baristas. We're coffeeing elsewhere. Rebel review: 3

This is a nice newer Starbucks with plenty of space divided up into casual seating groups, a long table to work at and a separate area filled with two person tables. Service is fast efficient and friendly. Baristas will actually go out of their way to engage you in friendly chit-chat as they take your order or make it. This is the way every Starbucks SHOULD be, but seldom is. Kudos to management!

My go to Starbucks every morning! This location is located off Old Bridge Rd so it's very convenient for me while on my way to work.Always go to the drive thru line since it's more convenient and I'm always provided with excellent service from the baristas. From being greeted at the speaker to accurately receiving my order and getting my order in a timely manner, not once I've had an issue with this Starbucks. They always make my drink just the way I like too especially when I give them complicated drink orders sometimes haha. However, the only issue I have with this location is that it's hard to get in and out of sometimes and the drive thru line can be crazy at times as well.

Very calm and chill place to hang out. I ordered a Toffee Nut Coffee and the Uncle Johnny Hot Savory Panini. The sandwich was good, it wasn't cut all the way through but good flavor. It had a lot of onions and peppers but not bad. I would like to come back and try their Crepes but would come back again.

I ordered a vegetarian crepe, and my friend got an Oreo crepe. Both were decent, but honestly pretty underwhelming. The flavors were fine, just not memorable, and definitely not something I'd go out of my way to get again. I also tried a vanilla chai latte, which was the same story--good, but nothing special. The biggest downside for me was the value. I ended up spending around $17, and it just didn't feel worth it. Between the portion size and the overall taste, it felt like something I could've easily made at home for a fraction of the price. Service was okay. The woman working there had a more straightforward, no-frills personality--not particularly warm or welcoming, but not rude either. Just very to-the-point. The space itself is also pretty small, with limited seating. It's probably best suited for quick stops or takeout rather than sitting and hanging out for a while. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but it didn't give me a strong reason to come back. If you're nearby and curious, it might be worth trying once--but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

The Spot at Belmont Bay is officially our new brunch problem!!!…read more We went to The Spot at Belmont Bay this past Sunday for brunch, and I'm just going to say it: this is the best brunch in the area. Not "pretty good for Woodbridge." Not "solid little neighborhood spot." I mean clear-your-calendar-because-you're-going-back good. We ordered the Breakfast Board for Two, and it was exactly what brunch should be: generous, fun, shareable, and absolutely loaded. Eggs, bacon, house-made sausage, smashed potatoes, Belgian waffles, biscuit, gravy (so good), fresh fruit, Greek parfait, and pastries of the day all showed up on one board like brunch had assembled the Avengers. And here's what makes it even better: everything is made from scratch. You can taste it. Even the sausage is made in-house, which explains why it stood out so much. The smashed potatoes were seasoned beautifully, the scrambled eggs were fluffy, the bacon had that perfect crispy edge, and the waffles were golden with just enough crunch. The biscuit was soft and buttery, and the cinnamon roll situation on the side had absolutely zero interest in helping anyone make responsible decisions. Respect. But the absolute star of the show was the spicy Bloody Mary. Best Bloody Mary I've ever had. Full stop. It had real zip, great spice, and that pickle salt rim took it completely over the top. Salty, briny, spicy, savory, it hit every note. Add the crispy bacon and lemon garnish = forget about it!! The drink menu is no joke either. They've got mimosa carafes, mimosa flights, sangria, margarita flights, brunch cocktails, dirty sodas, coffee drinks - basically, The Spot looked at brunch beverages and said, "Yes. All of it." We also had a mimosa, and it was bright, fresh, and exactly what you want sitting next to a big brunch board. We also had the chance to meet the owners, and they were fantastic. Warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they're building. That makes such a difference. You can tell when a place has real people behind it who care about the food, the service, and the vibe. The Spot absolutely has that. I liked it so much that I'm already going back for their bourbon tasting Saturday night, and then again for their Father's Day brunch on Sunday. Great food, great drinks, great owners, great atmosphere, and scratch-made brunch that actually delivers. The Spot at Belmont Bay is a winner. It's a cute small place so make sure you call and make reservations!
