I come here all the time because the food is always fresh and the atmosphere is so welcoming. The baristas consistently go above and beyond, especially Zayne, Abigail, and Victoria. Everyone is friendly, accommodating, and makes each visit enjoyable. I highly recommend the matcha peach and strawberry drinks, and I always look forward to trying the monthly specials for a unique and flavorful coffee experience. My personal favorites are the Nutella and Rocky Road. One of the things I love most is the open, sunlit space. The natural light creates a bright yet calming environment that helps me relax and hyperfocus on my work. It's become one of my favorite places to enjoy great coffee while being productive. May 30, 2026 Took some family from out of town because it is one of my favorite places and hyped it up. Went two days in a row . Ordered a tumeric chai latte ( usually the only chai I drink) and a Biscoff latte. The coffee is usually consistent . Unfortunately not these two days. The Biscoff did not taste like Biscoff at all and the tumeric chai tasted bitter and gritty. There are a lot of new staff so I'm wondering if that was the difference. read more

So, tried Cuppi during the weekday morning and the food and service are still great. About 75% of the tables are full with lots of groups chitchatting and folks on their laptops chilling. So, a very nice and comfortable place to hangout. Recommend the sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant. Another good one is Apple delight on a croissant. read more

I've been a few times for just coffee and once to try the food - and I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu. They offer a wide variety of flavors of both coffee and food. I ordered the avocado toast with a poached egg and it was delicious. Even more, it was plated beautifully. I've rarely gotten such an aesthetically pretty meal in a sit down restaurant and certainly wasn't expecting it at a coffee shop. On a weekday morning, the place was pretty empty, but on weekends, it's hard to find a spot inside. The shop is large and sparsely decorated. My work colleagues told me to visit Cuppi when I'm in the area. I walked in, clean space, modern ambiance, and a very subtle jazz piano music being played on their nice sound system. Another thing I noticed is the nice coffee smell without any food smell which is a thing that bothers me at most of the coffee shops! Nice barista greeted me and I immediately noticed the Vigilante beans and then I felt I'm in good hands! lol the best beans we have in the DMV!! I'm a regular at the Cuppi Coffee in Bristow, VA and a fan of their small, local business! Yesterday I became aware that they had recently opened a third location - this one over in the Lake Ridge area. So of course I had to make a visit to check the place out. It's a much larger space than the OG Bristow, VA location. It's in a retail complex called "Dillingham Square." I ordered the Smoked Salmon Toast and a large cold brew with Half n' Half. The Smoked Salmon Toast was tasty - and the cold brew is its usual strong, highly caffeinated self. I enjoyed my food while surfing the internet on my notebook computer via their WiFi network. This was one of the best café experiences I have ever had. I came in with zero expectations because I almost gave up on any type of café experience, but this one restored my faith in it. The music and the decor was very welcoming, and not to mention the food and drinks was not only delicious, but the people had a very familiar food vender service, not only were the workers kind and speedy with their service. We had high hopes for this cafe and were excited that there was a local coffee shop nearby. However after 2 visits, we do not plan on ever coming back. On both visits the cashier seemed annoyed and rushed us to order as we looked at the menu. They seemed like high school/college kids so we let it slide. However, the drinks were realllly bad. I got the honey graham and my bf got the tiramisu latte. Both tasted what I can only describe as dirty water, nothing like their descriptions. Second, the coffee shop is CUPPI Coffee. I have been a huge CUPPI Coffee fan since they opened their Dumfries location. I enjoyed the Dumfries location so much I tracked down their location in Bristow. I was beside myself when I learned they were opening a third shop in my neck of the woods. CUPPI Coffee has quite a few reasons to pat themselves on the back. Their shops are always clean and neat. The shops are set up for solo work sessions, chat with friends, lunch with your kids or anything else you can think of. The most important part is the coffee. CUPPI Coffee uses Vigilante coffee beans. They are definitely one of my favorite coffee roasters. Their shops baristas are always friend and I have never received a poorly made cortado from them. Superb coffee shop. If you are a northern Virginia resident find yourself a CUPPI Coffee location. You won't regret it. Enjoying life one cortado at time! read more

Place was cute and a good size. Would be a nice place to work from! Matcha Ube Latte - 1.5/5. Looked like the matcha was already mixed in with the ube when I received it. It was grainy and the taste of ube with matcha was not good. Wouldn't get again. Salted Caramel Latte - 3.5-4/5 their coffee is definitely better than their matcha. We have been waiting for a good coffee/bagel place in Woodbridge! The space is huge and very clean. Very nicely decorated as well. We went around 10 in the morning, so it wasn't crowded. My husband ordered the banana bread iced coffee, which he loved. We also ordered sausage egg and cheese bagel and croissant sandwiches (came with chips on the side) and a strawberry cheesecake muffin. Everything was very fresh and so delicious! They even heated up the muffin for us. And the food was served to us beautifully on a tray, I just loved the aesthetics! Wonderful and friendly customer service as well! If you pass by this place, I recommend 100% coming in no matter WHAT. My boyfriend and I were searching for a quick sit-down breakfast spot and I had seen this place online. We were expecting just a standard little coffee shop but what we got instead was so much better! I have to say this is probably the best coffee shop we've ever been to (compared to the states we've been and almost the entirety of Europe). The croissants were delicious and the coffee was incomparable to anything we've had. And that's saying a lot! I had a blueberry matcha and just the little step of grinding up the blueberries to add in gave it such an authentic taste it was truly delicious. Woodbridge location- I've visited this cafe multiple times since it opened, and I really wanted to love it since it's right by my gym. The bagel sandwiches are definitely a highlight. That said, there are a few consistent issues. The iced coffee is never actually cold, even when I ask for extra ice, and the espresso isn't the best. I've ordered the same drink multiple times and it's always hot. The cafe also isn't always clean, tables often have crumbs, and the floor is sometimes dirty. Service can be hit or miss, sometimes staff are friendly, but other times I've waited quite a while without being acknowledged. This spot has so much potential because of its location and food, but the quality and service need more consistency. read more

Just went to Cuppi Coffee in Lake Ridge for the first time. It was great! Had the salmon toast - FANTASTIC! The coffee was divine. Staff is pleasant and helpful. I love that we now have a place in Woodbridge to get a fun sandwich with some personality. I'm excited to try other items on the menu. Parking is not ideal but be patient, you'll find a spot (it's definitely worth it). I'll absolutely be a regular! Waiting for cute merch! I need a koala shirt! :) read more

My hair stylist mentioned this new place, so I went after my hair appointment to check it out. The place was clean, service was friendly, and food was yummy. I used to love coming here before they expanded to their third location because the quality was always the same. I would love their black sesame latte and we'd travel far there just for that, but would explore other options and they were always just as good. When the new location opened up and it was much closer than the other Dumphries's location it was great the first month but overtime they started taking away more options and the quality of the coffee change. Now the only difference between all the options is the name because they all taste the same. I noticed that once the owner stopped working to make the coffees that's when it started to go downhill. I found mold on multiple things that I had ordered, which is why I stopped going overall, I don't know how this place declined so quickly, but it's such a deer café to me that I hope it turns around because every time I come back after a hiatus, my opinion doesn't change. I just hope that they can improve the quality before Tatte opens up on Miniville next year. Ever since Tous Les Jours opened up, I've made the hike over there or just settling for Starbucks but Cuppis used to be my number one and I want it to be. I love the branding. Coming from a background of 10+ years in coffee I can say this was probably some of the worst coffee I have ever experienced. I got a standard vanilla latte made with whole milk. What I got was the most bitter thing I have ever had. I asked if they were using Arabica beans or robusta, to which no barista could answer me. My wife got the mango smoothie made with whole milk, it was just a milk slushy with barely enough mango flavoring to just turn it barely yellow in color. I did an online order-- when I came in they were obviously busy but it was hard to distinguish between those who were waiting to order and those who had ordered and where you pick up online orders. I had already ordered online but there wasn't a clear sign from the get go on where to pick it up. I finally figured it out by a hand written sign, or so I thought...I stood by the side counter for over 15 minutes. Didn't interject because they seemed busy and I figured someone would ask because multiple employees had made eye contact with me several times and I didn't want to be nuisance. Finally I thought the hand written sign meant I needed to go to the cashier to let them know I was there. When I did I got a pleasant, "next time go to the side counter" which I responded I did and was waiting for almost 20 minutes... The coffee was great the one sandwich was awesome the other was okay. Don't get me wrong cCOFFEE IS GREAT but the service when the owner is not there is so bad. Do not go on the days the owner is not there. I had to wait over 30 mins for two sandwiches and then was told it would be another 10 because something happened. Plus for my latte was made wrong after waiting 15 mins for it. i have recieved horrible customer service from this young man with a unprofessional hat,completely unsatisfied they should not be hiring young teenagers.I waited 20-35 minutes possibly more if i include the time i was waiting in line, i would say i spent an hour there to receive a coffee that wasnt made to my satisfaction AND i found a hair long black piece of hair once i arrived late at work.i think they should be wearing hairnets,and should work more on their customer satisfaction.do not recommend at all read more
