I went through here and they didn't put the lid all the way on my hot tea so it ended up getting all over my van door that I have to have detailed now. Plus I ended up getting burnt on top of it, and the lady that did it was laughing and trying to tell me that it was my fault. They really need to work on their customer experience, because when a customer has their drink spilled down on them and their vehicle because the workers don't put the lid on it's not the customers fault. read more

Worst service I ever received at a Starbucks. We waited in a long line with only 1 person helping a long line. There were 8 people working and no one was in line at the time for the drive thru. When my husband said something to Joyce at the cash register about the service, she sarcastically asked if he wanted a job. Joyce did not apologize for the extended wait. She never entered our orders for our breakfast sandwiches, so we waited and waited. We had ordered a bacon egg and gouda sandwich and a sausage and egg sandwich. When we asked about our sandwiches, some else made them up and we received plain egg sandwiches w/o the bacon or the sausage. It took us a half hour total and we never received the correct order. read more

That was the slowest starbucks I've ever been too. It was 8:30 am, there was practically a line out the door, yet the 6 baristas was only 3 of them working, while the other three stared at the ceiling. This was a stop on our roadtrip across Nebraska...a much needed reason to get out of the car and get some caffeine. Considering its location in the middle of nowhere NE {sorry guys, most of NE is "the middle of no where" and I'm from Smalltown, WI...} it was really busy when we stopped by! The staff was great and able to describe a new drink, recommend some adjustments to make exactly what I wanted and then executed it perfectly! Did a mobile order to make our time off the road as short as possible. Went to drive thru and there is a sign it is temporarily closed, so I go in and stand in line which is long. When I get to register they tell me "Oh don't you know mobile orders are at the end of the counter!"obviously no I didn't as I always pick them up in the drive thru! When I get on the road and go to drink my pink drink that I ordered with 3 scoops of strawberries, there are none! Guess what I'm not going back now that I am on the interstate. hello my fellow yelpers. I I am extremely disappointed with the customer care that I received. The lady working at the window yelled at me for my voice volume when there was issues with the speaker. How unprofessional! the worker made me feel demeaned and embarrassed. The coffee shop itself was superb but the worker that served me showed much sass and rudeness. read more

Not a whole lot to say, other than it is nice to find a Starbucks, close to the interstate in York! Quick late morning stop to grab coffee, and a breakfast sandwich. The place was clean, our orders were filled pretty quickly, and could grab free wifi with their 'Google' provided wifi. read more

Pretty solid Starbucks with a good selection of food and good service as well. Better than some of the other central Nebraska Starbucks.

As a college student it's great to have a coffee shop so close by to grab a quick cup. Always tastes great and always good service.

Coffee is good but the Bathrooms need to be cleaned. Lots of stuff on the ground. U know what they say. "Clean bathroom means clean kitchen"

This is by far the best coffee shop in York. The service here is very consistent, moderately paced with a very friendly staff that works hard. I can't say that I have any complaints for the fact that this place is always extremely clean and the coffees are always high quality. Best location ever. I bet this store could expand and really bank for it is always packed. read more

I was so disappointed today. For nearly a year now I stop at the York, NE Starbucks and the service and cleanliness are horrible. The one bright light in this store was the new manager. She always welcomed everyone with a smile and expressed appreciation for the customer support during the transitional stage of this store. This petite firecracker was the hope loyal customers had been waiting for. Starbucks really does not appreciate or care to serve its customers If they did, they would have done everything in their power to convince this amazing person and leader to stay. I stop here frequently due to it's location on my drive home. Drinks are well made, but this is consistently the slowest Starbucks around.

Always happy to have the choice of Starbucks over Mcdonald's, Hardee's or other truck stop fare when on a car ride. This is a nice, large Starbucks but the tables and bathrooms were not so tidy. In the time it took for them to prepare my iced tea (over ten minutes) I was able to have the panini they served still frozen in the middle reheated. Worst Starbucks experience ever. We stopped here on a Friday afternoon and the staff was in way over their heads. They had no discernible system for making drinks in order. We waited twenty minutes for two of our three drinks - the third they forgot entirely. Several others waiting indoors were in the same boat. The drive thru line did seem to move much faster than indoors, so if you really can't wait for Grand Island or Lincoln, I'd opt for the drive thru! read more

We stop by this Starbucks frequently due to its location off I-80. As other reviewers have noted, the service is very slow. The service is not only slow, but very rude. They acted as if I didn't exist. They handed me my coffee without looking at me. The only time that they acknowledged me was when I asked if paper comment cards were still a thing.
